Oh boy, crap phone post here we go ——- Once on his feet with a little help from the other warrior, Briarcurl padded after him. The detail of how everyone was grouped up wasn’t lost on him completely, but it hardly seemed relevant right now. He heard other whispers of possible going on some sort of patrol, and he couldn’t swore he heard Greywater saying something about finding the badger nest. Surely he’d heard wrong, though. This wasn’t the time to be doing such a thing. Well, maybe it was, but not so soon after the attack, at least. Maybe after everyone else was healed up and there could be more cats. What would happen if he did find the nest? He didn’t want to really think about that. Instead, he found himself stopping just beside Stormcreek, nodding his greetings to Maplelight. The tom didn’t put any particular trust in his voice right now, so he was left just listening. It was odd for him to not speak up, seeing as he was usually lively and just bubbly in general. Today was different, though, and for obvious reasons. When the idea of her joining came up, he nodded once more. ”Of course you can join us.” There was no reason for the concept to be denied. Besides, the more cats out there hunting, the more food the clan had. He didn’t speak up after that, however, as other approached the she-cat with ideas or questions on patrols. Well, it seemed that she was taking charge. Which, in all honesty, was good. Somebody had to if they were going to get anything done, and the idea calmed him a little further. Hey loves.
I'm sorry for being gone.
A lot has been going on and now I either have Strep throat or bronchitis (Haven't been able to get an appointment at a doctor yet.) High fever and fatigue. I was even in the hospital again a few days before the actual sickness hit because of some intense pain in my abdomen. I'm also having issues with passing out when I over exert myself.
I've been doing a lot with my mother the past few days. She actually doesn't have to get surgery yet so she has decided to wait on that until either after the first of the year or after my child is born.
I ALSO might be buying a house for 35k$ this month if we get approved for the loan so I hope that goes through and moving will have to happen which will take a few days while we set everything up and get internet at the new place (I'll inform you if we do wind up moving).
So a lot has been going on and it's a bit hectic.
I know I have excuses to be gone but I really shouldn't be gone so much when I know I have plot important characters. I'm really sorry for that. <

That’s a lot to deal with and it’s better to take time off for yourself to make sure your okay rather than push yourself to interact with people and do things that you don’t have the energy for
