Wavecry stopped struggling against the branch and mud and looked to the apprentice. Brightpaw looked worse for wear, but at least she didn't seem wounded and could speak. "I'm right here Brightpaw." She said before sinking her claws in the mud. Now with the appearance of two of her clanmates, she felt more determined than ever to get herself out. She wiggled a bit more before bunching her muscles and pulling herself out. She painted a couple minutes before looking at the other two. "We're alive." She said, not sure if alright was the right term.

Blazingpaw couldn't believe it, but he was enjoying this. It felt like one of those great adventures from the legends. It was adventure and mystery. His tail lashed back and forth. Now he just had to find his sister and then they could save the clan. He grinned to himself, before his thoughts were interrupted by the queen. he blinked before shaking his head. He was just an apprentice. "You're the one with the hurt paw and kits. You take it." He said, shoving the mouse towards the queen. "No.... Fine we'll share it, ok?" Snakefang said. Talking kept her mind off Branchclaw. Looking at the setting sun she yawned. |

Robinfeather looked around, her eyes glazed. She looked around to see if anyone were near her. *did I get washed away from my clan.* she gasped as she realized she had a deep wound on her shoulder.

Sootstorm opened her eyes and coughed up a few mouthfuls of water. she heard robinfeather and went over to her. "Are you ok?" Then she saw her shoulder. *cobwebs* she looked around and quickly got some cobwebs she pressed it on her wound. Robinfeather felt cobwebs press onto her shoulder, she turned around and noticed sootstorm. "Sootstorm!" She meowed, "its good to see a familier face! Thank you!" She thanked the cat as sootstorm put on the cobwebs. |

Minnowsplash blinked as her kit shivered. At least he had the energy to do that. The queen's eyes softened, even if the rest of her was still tense, and she licked her kit a couple of times. "It's okay. The worst is over." She told him.
Blazingpaw reluctantly nodded, but held himself back until she took the first bite.
