[Well with Houndpaw, you could either have Emberflower since she's the mother, or Leopardpaw as a fellow apprentice. And with Bluekit, you could have Moonkit. I'm fine with any of them.]

The original plan was for a fox attack to happen, we all still good with that?

Tigertail set off after the others towards the hills, hoping they would all have a good hunt, they needed it considering how low the fresh kill pile had gotten by then, so, once they got to the hills, he trotted further away from the others, nose up and sniffing for a whif of prey, and luckily, it did not disappoint, as soon the smell of rabbit wafted through the air and he smirked, staying low and quiet as he began his search for it, finding it chewing on a grass stalk not that far away. So, the tom got into a hunting crouch and began towards it, ignoring the rest of his surroundings.

Rabbitkit nearly jumped out of her fur when her brother got to her, she had been far too focused on her previous mission to notice her surroundings. However the fluffy kitten got over it soon enough and wiggled her small tail about. “I’m going to leave camp. We’re old enough, we should get the chance to explore, besides, no one here would miss us,” she explained, shooting a glance towards the camp entrance.
“Why should we have to wait for Swanstar to make us apprentices before we leave? I’m ready now,” she decided, looking back to Lightningkit, as if trying to decide if it would be better to invite him along or not. However it didn’t take her long to make up her mind and she soon let out a happy, inviting purr towards him. “You should come with me, we could explore together, see how far we can go. Maybe we’ll even be able to catch some pret to bring back!” She suggested, pouncing down into a hunting crouch as if to further prover her point. Rabbitkit was ready to go, she couldn’t stand the idea of staying in camp all day.

Houndpaw padded into camp with a mouse in his jaws, that he quickly dropped on the small, rather pathetic looking pile. He had woken up early that morning, and had decided to do some hunting. Sadly, he had not been able to find much. The big cat sighed and shook his head, padding over towards the apprentice’s den, where he sat down and brought a paw up to lick and brush past his ear. “Maybe I should ask Graywhiskers if I can go on a hunting patrol later, might have better luck then...” He mused to himself quietly, taking the quiet moment to look around camp, enjoying seeing what everyone else was up to. He couldn’t see everyone, as not the whole clan was in camp, but a good majority were. Patrols would have to be sent out soon.

(Absolutely! I think I had Fernleaf grab Leopardpaw for this patrol too, so briarfur could absolutely jump in with us here!)
Fernleaf to Tigertail (Mudstep + Leopardpaw)
Fernleaf noticed Tigertail quickly stalk off and tasted the air. She assumed that he had found something that she had yet to smell and shrugged her shoulders. She lightly turned her attentions to the other various scents in the hills, feeling a slight breeze ruffle her tortoiseshell coat. It was a warmer breeze, she realized, and felt her mind drift a little while she thought of warmer days. She had been one of the cats sick with the illness that shook the clan to its core, and she wondered how she managed to pull herself out of the illness when both the leader and deputy couldn't.
Then she thought about Goldenberry a little sheepishly, feeling a warmth slowly and comfortably creep across her pelt. She twitched her whiskers, an image of the beautiful medicine cat materializing into her mind, and thought bemusedly to herself that maybe it had been the power of love that cured her ills; the thought was so corny that the small she-cat had to shake herself free of the butterflies that threatened to explode from her stomach. She shook her head and tried to focus on hunting; so far she hadn't really scented anything, but she wasn't exactly trying either.

Tigertail and Fernleaf
Mudstep was silent as they wove through the area. Food was low, so he didn't object to joining the hunting party, even though he'd likely spend the rest of the day hunting on his own. He wasn't exactly pleased that an apprentice was joining them, since he was likely to scare off the prey, but he hadn't objected. Instead, he focused on doing his job, and kept his ears pricked for any sound or smell. Shortly after Tigertail split off, Mudstep did the same, catching the smell of a vole. It wasn't much, but he wouldn't complain. He dropped into a crouch and slowly crept forward until he was a tail length away.
Leopardpaw followed his mentor closely, watching everything that she did. The other warriors seemed to understand what each one was thinking, or at least that's how it seemed to Leopardpaw, so he watched their every move to try and figure out how. The tom had noticed the other two warriors split off, and wondered why his mentor didn't do the same. He decided to trust in her abilities as a warrior, but crept a little closer to see if he could smell anything.
Houndpaw
Emberflower had just returned from the patrol, and had sat down to groom herself when she saw Houndpaw by the apprentice's den. It had been a while since she last spoke with her son, as apprentice life was usually quite busy. So she stood up and padded over to him, flicking her tail in greeting as she approached. "Good morning Houndpaw, how is your training coming along?"

(That'll be up to you, I would guess! I think we originally took Owlcall and then managed to confuse him with Mudstep... but I don't see why Owlcall couldn't still be with them! It's been awhile since we first started this whole thing so it's a little bit of a mess. I would just roll with whatever feels good lol.)
Fernleaf to Leopardpaw
Fernleaf had thought everyone had split away from her, somewhat assuming that her apprentice had done the same. That didn't make sense, when she thought really hard about it and was sheepish about the fact that she jumped when she heard Leopardpaw following her closely. Her pelt felt warm again, but this time it was a very uncomfortable burn that crept down her ears and cheeks. In her daze, she had forgotten about the primary responsibility as a mentor. She had squeaked a little bit too and nervously tried to recover, "That was a uh... great stalking technique, Leopardpaw. You really got me!" Her tortoiseshell tail was fluffed up as she tasted the air for signs of prey.
She bounced back fairly quickly upon scenting the faint evidence of a sparrow. She shook herself and looked to the younger apprentice, gesturing in the direction of the prey scent. She indicated quietly for him to begin stalking in that direction, hoping that he would be able to detect what she had. They were upwind, luckily enough.
