Sam was left in a confused position and expression. "Yeah, alright. Yes, we can be friends!" He shouted awkwardly across the courtyard, getting some odd looks before several of his wrestling buddies made their way over to him from the other breezeway. Sam saw them coming and shoved the lanyards into his bag before they reached him. He started a conversation with them, smiling and hiding what he was up to. He hoped he'd see her soon.

[ ooh, maybe she takes a shot at writing her own song and doesn't tell her mom until the moment before she gets on stage. she's gained a bit of confidence by hanging out with Sam (again in secret) and begins playing with him. he plays guitar and such. this can be after he learns it her, like in Hannah Montana where Lily and Oliver keep her secret and help her navigate through life lol ]

Samuel parked his mother's grey Toyota Camry in the last available parking spot at the convert in the front lot. His shock was apparent when he stepped out of the car to hundreds, maybe thousands of girls dressed in various sparkles and glitter with bright hair. He closed his car door slowly as he watched the screaming girls with posters and such running towards the front of the arena. He slipped his coveted pass under his jacket as he followed the girls towards the entrance. Once he got closer, he turned and left the crowd to follow the signs for VIP entrance. Several high pitched screams greeted him as he reached the entrance guarded by two large bouncers and a line of super anxious girls who thought they could get in and meet Rosey. Sam shook his head at the desperate girls before looking back at the black men who gave him a confused look. Sam gave a shy smile and unzipped his jacket to reveal the lanyard with the shiny laminated red labeled VIP pass. Along with that, he handed them his ticket. Both men scrutinized it and his lanyard before they handed the ticket back and one gave an approving nod and let him pass. "Enjoy the show, young man," his deep voice rang from his throat. Sam thanked them and entered the brightly lit entrance. He followed the bright cinderblock lined hallway. Sections were roped off so he simply followed the path until he got to VIP seating lounge. Sam's eyes widened. Several super fans were already inside, all girls, digging into the chocolate fountain to pay him any mind. He passed the girls and headed to the couch to chill and wait out the crazy girls.

The girls looked up to see her mom and they seemed to freak out even more. Sam tried not to visibly roll his eyes. The girls rushed her. "Oh mi' gosh! Mrs. Winters! It's so amazing to meet you!" One girl still had stinky chocolate hands and was wiping them off with a paper towel when Chris walked in.
Sam watched the girls interact with the manager before Sam stood up and straightened his jacket. He didn't step forward though. He wasn't sure what was next. Was Rosey coming in here or would they meet her just before she went through the tunnel into the arena stage.

Sam observed silently as the girls squeaked and crammed into the small bathroom to clean up. He rolled his eyes without them seeing and got up and made his way over to the food table. He helped himself to a plate and grabbed the tongs from the large fruit bowl and started to picking out the green grapes and the watermelon.

Sam lifted his head, a confused expression on his face as he turned around to face the girl. She had a lot of make-up and a very pretty and seemingly expensive dress on, plus a pink wig. "And pink hair and make-up are definitely your thing," he raised an eyebrow, searching the eyes underneath, wondering why that voice brought his brain back to school.

"And familiar," Sam raised an eyebrow, taking a bite of his grapes with a playful smile. "Grape?" He offered her.

"And you wouldn't tell me if you were familiar to me, would you?" He joked with her, letting her take the grape.
Chris returned. "Wrap it up honey, it's time to head to the stage,"
Sam raised another eyebrow with a smirk on his face. "Saved by the bell," he replied, taking a bite of one more grape.

A bouncer led the small group to the VIP section right behind the gates below the stage. Sam looked up at Rosey in silence as she entered stage left and the crowd was deafening. Sam tried not to flinch as the roar overtook him. He did not know any of her songs, but knew they were upbeat and girly-pop. He looked around him at the fans. They had their hands up and were screaming their hearts out along with the music. He guessed Rosey was a big deal. There were a lot of people here and he wondered and believed the venue could very likely be sold out.
