Ripplewave tilted his head slightly at her words, the thought of being a father making him shiver. He didn’t know if he could ever go through with being a father, he had a hard enough time talking to warriors let alone kits. Not to mention the pregnant queen walking right beside him that made him squirm! He sent her an awkward smile, “why isn’t there a father?” He asked, realizing after he asked the question that the way he worded it made him sound like a mousebrain. He grimaced to himself, looking at his paws instead of fixing his words.

Silverdapple couldn’t help the small sense of relief that washed through her at his small but noticeable relaxation. Her words, in some way, had gotten through to him, and she was so grateful that they had. Over the moons the pretty silver she-cat had gotten used to reading others by their motions and their eyes, and gratitude was clear in Silas’s. She knew he needed to hear those words, and she was glad she’d said them. There was no doubt in her mind that the Tom had done the right thing that night, and she returned the smile to him happily. “I meant every word,” she promised lowly. A small part of her wondered why it was so easy for her to talk to him, and be with him, when she had never been so close to another before. She internally battled what it could mean, or maybe she was overthinking it all, she just couldn’t be sure. A small thought passed through her about asking him if he felt it to, the ease that came with talking to her, but she didn’t want to embarrass herself. What could she possibly be thinking anyways? He was still grieving over his lost mate and his kits, it would be selfish to ask him anything like that. Instead she took a moment to pull away from him slightly, her gaze fixed on her paws. “You should know that regardless of your past, you are a wonderful cat, and no matter the things that happened you have redeemed yourself since then. That was such a long time ago it seems, and I think you should know that beating yourself up over it will only make your life harder. You should try to live for your kits, and I know that it may seem too soon to even think of this, but there may be another cat out there for you. You have a family, and I will make sure that the family that is with me at camp will be well taken care of. They will know who you are and I won’t let them forget you...” she trailed off at the end, her voice merely a small whisper.

♡ Bun ♡ . Honestly I forgot that Lavender had her kits just being honest. So scratch that out of my post about Sundance then. I also decided to delete Violetdawn in the meantime to get a more active medicine cat in there while trying not to delete ѕρσσкуѕку 's Quailfoot because Spotted said he was going to die, and I thought then would be best for you to take back your spot after he did. However Spotted decided to demote Quailfoot to an elder as it took to long for him to die, and that other person who was supposed to be the medicine cat just up and left so :3 Your spot is still there. Although if I demoted you with the intent on leaving you demoted I would have told you.

He knew it was nothing to be embarrassed about, but the reaction was instinctive. He blinked his green eyes back at Flinttail, his gaze now lower than the other tom’s with his head lowered as it was. He caught a movement in the corner of his eye and watched as Sundance got up and started walking toward them with...Ripplewave? Odd, but his sister had always had a tendency to reach out to others. Maybe that’s what had happened there. They passed by on their way out of camp, and he could see that she was excited to get some fresh air. He couldn’t blame her. If he had to be stuck inside all the time he’d go crazy. He turned his attention back to Flinttail with a flick of his ear to brush off the encounter. “I’m glad I can trust you with this,” he murmured, suddenly quiet and serious. He looked at the black tom with an intensity he rarely showed, finding himself filled with some indeterminate emotion and unable to look away.

ѕρσσкуѕку , i'm glad i'm not where I used to be a couple years ago, or cutting her off but still having to deal with her would have been a lot harder too. Since a couple years ago I would rather try and please others than myself. I think we have an example in this clan's history that is very telling of that.. ^-^;
I couldn't say either what exactly it is that she had going on with her but she did keep telling our mutual friend things like "I don't think myname wants to talk to me anymore!!" and stuff similar to that phrase. I just didn't think she would act out so.. aggressively, in a professional environment too, you know? Everyone after that box pull was upset with her for how she acted. Her banging everything and slamming those boxes everywhere_{(they're metal btw so loud CLANGS)} gave everyone in that room anxiety. Literally we all had an out of nowhere meeting after she left because it was that bad. The things my coworkers were saying about her worries me because now they're not going to be happy to work with her, or be as good as they were to her after that showing, you know? They're going to talk about it to everyone else. So I am glad she left because I know she would have made things worse for her if she stayed for the next box pull. I don't want her to make things worse than they need to be. I do hope she cleans up her act with that soon so she doesn't cause herself more problems over this.
I really didn't like that she talked to people at work about it but when I worked it didn't seem like anything changed so that felt good. Didn't have to worry about that as much as I thought. :3
Also thank you for saying that it looks like i'm handling it well. I'm trying my best to. As much as I want to comfort her I know she wasn't a good person for me right now. And I can't go feeling depressed and upset all the time because of what's going on with her and her life. I have my own life to live and I don't need her problems thrown onto my plate. Honestly part of why i'm spending more time here, I feel, is because I don't have to deal with her anymore. I don't like to do anything when I'm upset. And a lot of my friendship with her left me upset 80% of the time. ]

Turning back to Silverstar, she dipped her head. “Silverstar,” she mewed as a respectful farewell before turning and padding over to her nest. She circled it twice before settling in, falling asleep almost instantly.
