Sure. I can do like, a little thing with Squirrelflame. Im still trying to get used to his personality XD) The handsome firey red-furred cat glanced around the forest as he strode proudly across the grounds of Lionclan territory. He didn't have any particular reason for going out, but figured the walk would do his health well. And a healthy cat led to a healthy shiny pelt, which was always top priority for the tom-cat. Squirrelflame wrinkled his nose in disgust as a moist leaf laid directly across his path, and the russet-colored cat quickly side-stepped it before continuing on.

Honeypaw had gone out on her own earlier in the day to do some extra training on her own, trying to test herself while everyone else was asleep. She didn't want to be a bother. On her way back, she caught the scent of the young warrior then soon spot him coming her way. The smaller cat quickly ducked out of the way, wanting to watch him without him seeing her. It took everything in her not to chuckle at how he maneuvered away around the leaf, she waited a moment or two longer before stepping out once more to make herself known. "Wow, I sure do feel honored to be in the presence of royalty like you Squirrelflame. Should I lay myself out so you no longer have to grace your delicate paws on the dirty floor?" She croons as she teases him, playfulness glinting in her good eye. Squirrelflame wrinkled his nose as the apprentice appeared before him, the tom rolling his eyes. "And touch your pelt? I'd be better off rolling across the ground right here and now." He replied, not stopping his walk. He passed Honeypaw with a swish of his tail held high, "I can still smell the mousebile on you from cleaning the elders fur." Squirrelflame laughed rudely, giving Honeypaw a smirk.

(HELLO THERE r u gonna be online long enough to *rubs hands together* RP?) I can certainly try, though with classes and homework + the fact that I have to attend a wake this weekend, I might not be consistently active.

"And let their stinky paws on my pelt?" Squirrelflame snorted in disgust at the idea, "I'm taking a walk. What are you doing?" He questioned, looking down at her with a twitch of his ears.

Squirrelflame stared at her for a moment, an odd expression on his face, before looking forward. The red-furred cat's fur lit up from the sun filtering down, his fur shining like a fire. "I can see why you'd want too, just look at me." He smirked, keeping his gaze forward.

"How I am?" Squirrelflame echoed quizzically. "I'm fine, handsome as ever." He purred with amusement, before the tom leapt forward, and looked at her. "But just walking is too boring." The warrior commented, looking back at Honeypaw.

Sounds fun and like Dusty is gonna be bad at XD) Shadowbrook fought the urge to smack her apprentice upside the head. "And what learning would you have done if you followed me, and fell out of the tree and broke your back? Or if the Twolegs had seen you and caught you and took you to who knows where! That's why you have a mentor, Softpaw. They go first, they decide if the situation is ready for you to learn, and then they teach you when they think you are ready!" The black-furred warrior practically snarled, fur puffing up as she glared at her apprentice. Dustypaw pulled up, the shrew in his mouth hanging limply. "Maybe three's enough... I've been out here for forever." He sighed, looking up at the sky. The sun had moved further down, and he didn't think it'd be long before it was dusk. The tabby sighed, and quickly headed back towards his buried kills. Maybe if he was really really lucky, he'd catch something on the way. Softpaw fluffed up her pelt, but instead of responding, she spun on her heel and turned away, padding back towards the camp. Her mind buzzed with anger and her tail lashed behind her, but she kept her jaws shut and her eyes trained straight ahead. Aspentrail's mouth gaped in a yawn. The sun was sinking lower in the sky; Dustpaw should be coming back soon.

"Well if you're sure..." She trails off before taking another bite. She watches Snowstar groom himself as she continues to eat, being silent for once which could be a good thing or not. When she's finished she licks her lips, getting her whiskers as well, and sits up, licking her paws as well. "Thanks for the meal, Snowy. It was absolutely delicious." Roxy says it with a purr, her pale eyes glinting. "You're welcome," he said in return. The words sounded a bit stilted coming from his mouth. Snowstar wasn't all that used to anyone personally thanking him for his deeds, though admittedly he didn't much care to pay attention to the overall feelings of others in the first place. The tabby was quiet for a while longer, then he decided to break the silence. "Woodland prey often has an interesting flavor to it, different than river or mountain but pleasant all the same." Roxy licked her whiskers then started to groom her own fur in their shared moment of silence. When he speaks up again she raises her head and gives a small smile, parts of her fur sticking up in the back because she hadn't finished grooming but she was oblivious to this. "I don't think I've ever been up in the mountains, nor do I hang around the river often." She recalls the too many times of her attempts at catching a fish only to then fall into the water herself, almost getting swept up under the currents. It leaves a frown on her face and she gives a shudder, shaking the thought away before she looks back up to Snowstar.

(The only rp I can keep up with is this one now lols)
Shadowbrook's lip curled with irritation, tail lashing back and forth. She glanced back in the direction of the twolegs, before stalking after her mouthy apprentice. She had a good idea on what Softpaw would be doing the next couple days... And it didn't involve leaving the camp for training. In fact, Shadowbrook saw a lot of moss and dirty nests in her immediate future.
Dustypaw sighed, tired. He had gathered up his caught prey, finally having met the requirements his mentor set when he was almost back at camp. The squirrel was fatter than the last one he had caught, which was part of the reason he had managed to snatch it up. It was so obese, it had been struggling to climb a tree when Dustypaw launched ontop of it and killed it. Now, with one dove, a medium-sized shrew, and one fat and one scrawny squirrel, he finally pushed through the entrance and padded into camp. He glanced around for a second, before spotting his mentor and bringing the prey over to her. He dropped it on the ground in front of her, and after licking his lips to get rid of the furry taste on his tongue, spoke. "I got them, just like ya asked."
Squirrelflame hummed in thought as he padded through the forest, tail twitching over his back. "I'm not sure. But this conversation isn't very entertaining. Maybe... a race?" He said, eyes sparking at the idea. While he didn't enjoy getting dirty or anything that'd mess with his handsome looks, Squirrelflame was always eager for competition. And there was no clearer competition than a race.

And there was no clearer competition than a race. (Oops i kinda forgot about this) Softpaw lashed her tail. She didn't mean to get so snippy but she wanted to learn. In her mind, she thought of a plan to sneak out of the camp during the night to see them. Aspentrail gave a nod of her head. "Go put them on the fresh-kill pile, take something for yourself, and get a good night's sleep. I have something in mind for later." By later, she meant during the night. She had a favorite spot to go to during the night, and she wanted to pass that down to her apprentice.

Squirrelflame considered. "From here back to camp." He stated, stopping. "I dont know about any prize, I don't really want anything from you and I am going to win. The rules are no messing the other runner up, and first one through the camp entrance and to the fresh kill pile wins. And we start on the count of 3." The russet red laid out quickly, before smirking down at Honeypaw.
Shadowbrook trailed her apprentice back to camp, keeping several foxlengths back to give Softpaw some space.
Dustypaw sighed in relief, picking up the prey and bringing it to the fresh kill pile. He dropped most of it, but kept the scrawnier squirrel for himself. The brown tom padded away from it and back towards his mentor before flopping down and beginning to eat silently.

Aspentrail purred, giving her whiskers a few touch-up swipes. "We are done for the day."
