(Holy magikarp. How does this get to 42 from 32 in one day?) (Well look at me!! I have been busy with school for the last week and it has gone up about at leeeaaassst 35pgs. I usually read back but not today.) |

Lightningshadow jumped back. What was she doing! She barely knew this cat! "Im so sorry..." She murmured and looked at her paws. She was scared that he was going to be angry by the way he tensed up. She started to walk away with her tail dragging behind her.

Lightningshadow looked back at him. "Im sorry for being so close you probably like someone who isnt awkward and..." She trailed off her sentence as he stepped forward. she looked at her paws and sighed. Why did she have to ruin everything.

Lightningshadow looked into his gaze before pushing her nose into his shoulder fur. She took a deep breath. She never realized he could be soft and loving as well as strong and tough. She snt that short XD XD  ))) |

He nuzzled into her scruff, taking in her scent. He breathed deeply, content to stay like this for hours.

Haha oh ya oops! ))) Lightningshadow purred. Gently pulling away from his grip. She gazed into her eyes, she had always thought of doing this but never knew it would eventually happen. "I think we should hunt and walk for a bit or something." She murmured quietly. |

Crowshadow put her fish down on the freshkill pile and said "You should have that paw looked at. The swelling will go down but I'll ask Berrybranch to give you a poppy seed." She walked into the med. cats den and quickly got two poppy seeds. Brackengaze nodded then sat down under the shade, waiting for Crowshadow. As Crowshadow came outside with two poppy seeds Brackengaze stared at the seeds and meowed, "Do i have to eat that?" The golden warrior waved his tail towards the medicine. "Well you only need to take one right now but if it starts hurting take the other." Crowshadow purred and added "the stings will go away in a few days." |

Lightningshadow purred, teasingly flicking her tail over his nose. She padded away to try and find some prey in the undergrowth. She made sure she kept an ear on Mapleblaze so she wasnt taken by surprise.

He watched her go off to hunt and he went his own way, careful not to stray too far, crouching when he heard a small rustling.

Lightningshadow paused to check the scent. She could smell traces of rabbit so she decided to follow it. Lightningshadow tracked the rabbit quietly, forgetting about Mapleblaze for the moment. She stopped in her tracks when she saw the rabbit eating at some grass two fox lenths into the ferns. She was lucky it didnt see her. She crouched ready to pounce. She crept up for a few mouse lengths then leaped with her claws unsheathed. She killed it with a swift bite to the neck. She was lucky she was fast. Lightningshadow purred, very happy with her catch. She walked in the direction of Mapleblaze.

While Lightningshadow hunted the rabbit, Mapleblaze was focused on the vole that he had heard. He finally spotted it, hiding under a root. It was fat, and was still eating. He crept up behind it, and pounced. It saw him right before he pounced but was slow to flee, and was caught and killed quickly.

Lightningshadow purred when she spotted Mapleblaze with the vole. She ran up to him and set down the rabbit. She rubbed her nose down his shoulder. "Nice catch! That vole is so fat!" She purred. She felt alot more comfortable with him now that she was getting to know him.

Mapleblaze purred loudly, "That's a nice rabbit, those are tricky too." He breathed deeply and nuzzled the top of her head.

Lightningshadow purred quietly. "Thanks." She murmured. She closed her eyes, she felt so safe with him there. She licked his shoulder before backing up. she picked her rabbit back up and waited. "We should bring these home." She mumbled between the rabbit. She started to walk slowly back home.

Lightningshadow fell in beside Mapleblaze, brushing against him as they padded home with their catch. She suddenly stopped as she thought. She set down her rabbit. "C-can i ask you a question..." Lightningshadow murmured.

"Sure! I'll be the attacker ok?" She said hissed at him and pretended to circle him. (Why?! Why do you have to leave!?) "Okay" he said pretending to growl "You can start now" Moonpaw leaped near him giving him the chance to jump on her back. |
