Upon seeing the shift between Drew and Grayson, Aika's eyes locked with Drew's with a look of calm acceptance. A heart speaks, finally. "From my understanding, my new adviser was shot. He and Sir Jakup were the ones closest to your location if my reports and findings are true, which I know for a fact they are since I found Sir Willow after the incident occurred with a fresh wound in his shoulder which I made to close as it could have been a rather serious injury. Now, from what I've gathered from the conversation that has been in this room, some of you do not trust nor respect Sir Willow with his new position. I'll have you all know I personally chose him, and he did not prompt himself for this promotion in rankings. The only thing he has done is follow my orders as instructed. That leads us to the present, and why you've been gathered. Sir Grayson, I'd like you to truthfully explain why you have attacked my adviser and, in turn, have attacked me?"

featherleg Everyone shifted a few steps back and away from Grayson. There was an exchange of glances, everyone had their own thoughts but to outright attack a fellow Conrad, that was out of line. Grayson stood firm, this wasn't about to break him. "I see this advisor of your choosing to be unfit. A background of no military, nor knights, or apprentice at all. What hope do we have for a simple farm boy to lead us into victory? He knows nothing, he is unfit. The only reason he is here is because his whole family is dead, orphan since youth and orphaned by another. Not even anywhere mentioned of any training of sorts. Hence to see him be my advisor I take it not. And before you ask where I got such information I am not the first." He now explained. "Everyone in our unit whom has integrated with the outside relief, had done a little digging for background information. We want to assure that these outside hands are safe to call relief." He shifted a little in posture. "I guess to say, had sir willow come as a lower rank, had we no issues. But given his background of nearly nothing, it raises more questions then solutions. I'm certain your generals raised brows too. To decree someone of almost an empty history up high no questions, that brings fear is all." He shook his head, "had that been an enemy, we would have shown the biggest sign of weakness. To allow the most inexperienced, to lead this group."

Aika's gazed dropped to the arrow before her as she took his words into consideration. "I understand that his background is nonexistent and he lacks experience, but I am at a point where I must make decisions quickly. You are correct that my generals are concerned about my choice, but they always have been. I am no warrior or knight, the only ranking I have is my birthright, and even that has been taken from me. Like Sir Willow I am inexperienced in battle and the position I am in. That is why I trust my generals to guide me. However, I need an advisor to aid me as well, one that one understand my view point on this war and how I want to guide my troops. Seeing as though we have found a position miles away from our enemies last known location and word that another ally's caravan will be arriving shortly with supplies and troops, now was the best time to appoint a new advisor. Once our ally arrived they'll be aiding Sir Willow in how to correctly advise our army. My hope was that, perhaps, you would all aid your fellow comrade with his new position. Now I see I should have directly spoke to you all about this, and I apologize for not doing so." Her eyes gazed back towards them all.
"This however does not excuse attacking a fellow soldier. If you have issues with my orders then you should come and discuss them with me instead of taking your anger out on another soldier, especially like this. If any of the generals knew about this they wouldn't even allow you to stay within this camp."

featherlegGrayson nodded firmly, "if those are your wishes, then there is nothing more to discuss." He stiffly stated. I may not agree , but if I hear it from you then there is no more to dispute. But still-he should be in pain, or at least showing signs of a limo, he appears fine-"Then that settles it." Drew sighed. "We herd what we wanted to hear, nothing more nothing less." we're discussing a wound, but-i see him fine as day. That was not what I saw when he was slashed against the arm... and then before I left he mentioned an older wound. Was that an act? Vidal nodded , "All good here-ideas split but it's fine as is." but we have yet to hear about our pending doom, right? "I guess we will work double time for our mistake." Ungus stated in a shameful sigh. "What seemed like a joke come morning ended in humiliation..." Jakup turned,"If there is no more discuss, shall we have right to leave?" He curiosity asked. "If there is another matter to attend then let it be so." Rowlin listened silently, he didn't want to input any thought. He felt guilty as is, and even more upset towards the outcome. If it missed-could this have been avoided?

Tom tapped his chin. He accepted her answer, but wasn't going to supply any more information of his own. "Yes...?" he said. "You know people there. I know people there. Anything else?" Well, he had know people there. About 40 years ago. Anything or anyone could be there now. He had know them when he had still been a witch, but now was not the time to tell Lily that. "I'd be more willing to tell you more if I could tell what you know."
"Like what would you want me to share?" Lily asked, because she really didn't know where to go from there. Did he want her to start naming names? That didn't seem too dangerous. Of course, you could never tell with someone like him. (Oops, super sorry for the late reply. I lost this in my bookmarks and forgot to post.) Tom thought for a second. He didn't know of anyone that was still alive that he could trust, except Eveline. And it was unlikely she knew that cowardly vampire. But, he could ask this. "Would you turn me in?" he asked. Such a simple question. It admitted so much, and placed trust. But it also broke so many secrets that were in the way. And, Tom knew, he could escape if he needed.

"Just keep in mind that if you have doubts in my decisions, you are more than welcome to discuss it with me. Do not take your anger or doubt out on your fellow soldiers for something I had my hand in. Do I make myself clear?"
Truthfully, she wanted to say more. She wanted to yell at the top of her lungs how concerned she was in her troops own egos and how afraid she was of each and every one of them. How deeply wounded she was to see one her own troops wounded by the hand of another based off of her own doing. Not only that, but if Rowlin was such an easy target in this situation then she was in an even worse position. /I need to start training more for battle. Kyv can only do so much to aid me. If I am to lead I need to start with guiding myself./ She thought as she kept her brave, steel expersisson on her face.

featherleg ((So here's an update on my intersession course. Q.Q Three book chapters due Saturday Night, with about 20-30 questions for the first two chapters, and 8 for the third. On top of that five book chapters with 20-30 questions respectively due Sunday. The first exam is Tuesday, and we've had two quizes so far; expecting 9 more >.< This month )) The entire group nodded firmly in understanding. "Should something appear out of line, we will surely come to you" Ungus stated. He then turned his attention over to Vidal who too nodded in agreement. "We should have waited longer in the morning for your return, to have herd a response... but-still we did as ordered." vidal added. "We had no idea that anyone was wounding anyone in the lest..." His voice held slight frustration at the thought. I know Grayson can get over his head, but this was too far"Aye-" Grayson softly added. "We shall ask and wait-" "Just a moment-" Drew now raised a finger. "I do have a question, one that has been bugging me from the time of the incident-" "-He's probably mad as is from what knocked him off the tree-" Grayson dismissed the question before it was even asked. "No not that" Drew firmly shook his head. "It's something else-something that is starting to drive curiosity." "Then ask." Jake encouraged. "W-Well.." Drew now hesitated for a moment, he wasn't sure how to ask, and perhaps it wasn't too important but it was a question that affected well being. "R-Rowlin, how did you receive a blow to your side? If we take Grayson's word for fact on your history, just how on earth did you receive something deep?" He stayed and overheard? Rowlin was listening from the background, it was until the question directed towards him that he leaned slightly off balance. This was something now of concern, H-How long was he listening in on is? Did he stay the entire time, did he see Lady Aika? "Would it be that off importance?" Jake questioned calmly. "And-if you don't mind me asking, how long did you hear this disupte?" "W-Well.." Drew hesitated even more, "I herd the fall, and a simple gasp but I did not stay long. I ran-ran when told." His voice softened. "But I did overhear something about the side and an older wound-actually it wasn't just that time there was another time when a large portion of the camp was rough housing. They dragged Rowlin in and I found myself going into it too... we interacted and I almost considered you impossible to keep still, but that time I grabbed you and ruffed you down a little, it was after-after when I had the odd smell of blood along my hands." "C-Couldn't it have been someone else's?" Ungus raised a brow. Drew shook his head, "No... it couldn't have been. I really only roughed housed with Rowlin, and it was threw aggressive peer pressure. I perhaps wouldn't have noticed the scent of blood, but Rowlin somehow dragged me along the ground, so I decided to wash my face afterwords." "Is that when you noticed the scent?" Vidal was captivated by the story, it was like a tale of some heroic moment, despite the simplicity. Drew nodded, "I wanted to check on him to see if there was any blood-well after I checked myself but I did not see anything of a mere scratch. A bruise here and there, but-nothing more of the sort. Yet for a few days after seeing him was a harder task, he kept his distance and evaded everyone but somehow kept up with all tasks. When we did and all have been seeing him he walks upright so I later assumed that it might have been my imagination....but overhearing something about an older wound I couldn't help but ponder. As to whether you received it during or before our fight." "D-Don't think of it as a personal attack." Drew quickly emphasized, "We-We are to work as a team, and perhaps discussing these matters would be a good step. If you are to advise any of us, it would be wise to know where defaults lie and reinforce them for the long run." ...He has a point, but- Rowlin turned to see Jakup who nodded cheerfully. I guess honesty may work best here, right? He turned his attention back at Drew. "I understand, and agree completely." He awknowledged, "But to be fairly honest, I-I cannot say where that injury came from. An accident back home, or an incident during my travel here. I-I cannot-remember... I truly cannot. It leaves a blank space, but I do remember Sir. Derrick tending to it when I awoke. You can ask him, but even he asks me to this day what happened..." "I believe it to be a farm incident." Grayson nodded assuringly. "Working with animals, harvest, and at other times throughout the season can lead to injuries sometimes. Weather it be an animal going out of control, or some tool gashing against the side, I see it as a possibility." Drew nodded, "Very well then, but-does it not hurt-right now?" Rowlin shook his head, "the pain has been there for a while-eventually it just sits there if left untouched. A twitch here and there, but after almost a year's past it just became normality." He shuffled his feet lightly. I cannot tell them about whatever happened in the forest-even that drew me by surprise. Whatever it was it-it is not something any of us would be comfortable with. If I said it I might be considered crazy, nonetheless; for now it appears like they think the pain is still there-"Well with that I have no questions left to ask." Drew nodded before stepping back.

At the end of the groups conversation, a loud knock sounded at the door before one of the generals--General Pierce--entered the cabin. "Princess, Lady Celestia has arrived with her caravan but something is hunting them. A scout was sent forward saying they can hold but not for much longer." Aika's eyes widened before she glanced down at the floor, cursing to herself in her native tongue. "Find Sir Derrick and his men. We must secure this caravan at once." Grabbing her breastplate from the armor stand, she quickly secured it as well as a few other pieces of armor. "Seeing as though you are all here and equipped, ready your horses. We leave at once. Sir Willow and Sir Jakup, you will remain towards the pack of our formation. The rest of you will form around me as you see fit." With that, she parted the wall of the group and left the cabin, whistling for her stead to come to her. /Celestia, for once, don't be foolish and reveal what we are./ Auransky

The group stiffened towards the knock. The news at first seamed welcoming, but the audition of something else was most displaying. The six stood in place silently awaiting orders. It was only when they were directed to that all of them knelt down quickly in acknowledgement of their given orders. Quickly they left the room and raced out towards their horses. Seeing as their gear was nearly in tact, many of them bounced on their horses and lacerations camp to find Derricks and his men. Rowlin wondered for a moment. Where would Derricks be, the others were looking for his men, but where would the mother Hen hide? He rode around the camp seeing as people were shifting about their day. Heading around the bend behind some quarters he spotted Derricks sitting on a stump. "Derricks!" "Aye what is it my boy?" Derricks calmly greeted. "Princess Aika requires your assistance-" Rowlin blinked at a stiff finger wag. "Say no more." He nodded, "ill meet you at the entrance." He raced off. Rowlin nodded then headed back towards the entrance where the five were waiting. "Alright let's catch up with our General." Grayson firmly stated. "Aye-" Drew nodded. "Then let's go!" Ungus signaled his horse to quickly chase after Princess Aika. "She headed in this direction." Vidal Quincy added. "We'll take a uniform approach, and keep our tank in the front." Jakup suggested. "Drew and myself can take the opposite far ends for longer distance." "Ungus sticks to the back and if needs he'll rotate with Vidal." Rowlin added. "Then that leaves the swordsman to the left and right." Derrick called out as he caught up tp the group. "My men are on the side taking cautious distance, they will step in as the stealthy assault." featherleg (Enjoy your time! Aika met with the scout that had been sent as well as General Pierce at the entrance of the forest. "Have the caravans been damaged at all?" She asked the scout as she waited for the rest of the troops to meet with them. "No, but Lady Celestia's cannot risk damage. The cargo we have stored in there is very special, and if the enemy got its hands on it....". The scout shook his head as he looked out towards the forest. "I understand. Let's hope we aren't too late. Do you know what was hunting you?" The scout froze as he looked between her and General Pierce. "It's not normal, that I know. It must have come from the mountain as we didn't notice it until now." "I'm sorry, but what do you mean by it? You're not being hunted by a troop?" The scout shook its head. "Whatever it is, Lady Celestia knew we wouldn't match it for long. She knows these terrains far better than I and my company." "What truly an honor it is to serve your side." Derrick called out as he closed in. He didn't need to turn his head to picture the expressions of everyone behind him. bunch of scaredy cats...."We have fetched everyone as requested." Rowlin calmly stated. Nodding back to Derrick as she pulled her stead next to his, she glanced back at the approaching troops before locking eyes with him before she spoke in a hushed tone. "This is not going to be a standard fight. I don't know what we're about to encounter, but if I lose control, you must pull everyone back. Their safety is of utmost importance, not mine." (Rolling with the idea that Derrick knows and is fully aware that Aika is a Vampire cause it seems to fit), With that she turned and nodded towards Rowlin. "That is comforting to hear, let's hope your words translate into actions." Turning to the scout, she gestured for him to lead on and then signaled the rest of them to follow. Auransky

featherleg (all good) Derrick nodded firmly. He turned his attention to every one else. "Quickly form within your teams. Keep close, but see to the grounds where you see need fit." He lastly used a few hand signals. "Close to our fair lady, but make haste, as I order." He addressed. He saw nods then turned to Aika awaiting the next move. Seeing as she was moving, he signaled the others and quickly all groups formed formations within formations. They adjusted quickly and silently. Jakup took the far right corner from where Aika was, while drew took the rear left. Vidal took the back and Ungus slowly moved along the front. Lastly Rowlin, and Grayson aided her from left and right. From there Derrick's men adjusted around this first formation.

As they rode through the forest, Aika began to pick up on the scent that--while at first was sweet and almost relaxing--sent chills down her spine. Magic, when used rapidly, left not only marks and burns, but a strong odor that swirled around the user. Extended her left arm, she made a small gesture with her fingers, pulling them altogether then sending them apart like a burst of fire to let Derrick know who was fighting up ahead. Catching sight of the first caravan, Aika slowed her horse until it was safe to depart and then made a beeline with the scout towards a large area of charred and burnt trees where. She scanned over the troops until she saw Celestia, neck and neck with a large, ominous, dark beast that looked like it was born straight from a nightmare. It's eyes were a crazed yellow, it's fur torn and overgrown, and its teeth and claws far to big to make sense to the common man. Biting her lip, she quickly drew her sword from her back, turning her worst in a quick, circular motion as the blade formed once more into its every flowing red essence. Taking a final, unnecessary breath, she became nothing but a red blur as she began to attack the monster. Auransky

She finally said, not voicing that she didn't think many people would take her seriously anyway. "No, I wouldn't turn you in." Lily added for clarification. Now this was exciting. If you had told Lily this morning she'd be making secret deals with vampires, Lily wouldn't believe you one bit.

"Well, if nothing comes to mind then I've got nothing. Most vampires we've encountered in our cases were corrupted anyways." Corruption in the vampire community wasn't uncommon by any means. It usually occurred when vampires became bloodthirsty or had gained access to far too many enchantments. "We've never really encountered any from The Court, if I recall correctly..." The Court was a general term to refer to the community of vampires the lived normally within their own realm. Unlike modern times, nobility and royalty were still prevalent due to the factor of Bloodlines. However, assassins and guards were also highly regarded since many royal nobles wanted to protect their families from anyone who would dare attack them in any way. RosestarWith that out in the open, Dalton finally entered the scene, looking quite red in the face from running into the building. "Alright, I'm here. What else do I need to know before we get started?" He was clearly weak, and was causally leaning against James' desk, but anyone with eyes could see that Dalton was not the picture of health.

"That the mission isn't until next week." Aika said as she grab one of the office chairs and pulled it over to Dalton. "Naomi is out trying to get information. I assume she'll probably go to the families estate to see the condition it's in but until then all we can do is wait and prepare." Once Dalton was seated she hand him the note that Oliver had written. The note itself was lightly torn and had a few marks that seemed unnatural to the common eye, but upon closer inspection it was clear to see that Oliver has used some type of spell to get the letter outside the palace. The handwriting was small and some of the letters looked like they were written with a trembling hand. Simply, the letter read,"My name Oliver. My family is from the Magic community. We have an estate in Terra. The people here took us from our home. It's very cold, and I don't know where Papa and Mama are, nor my sisters or my brother. I escaped the wagon they took us in, but I'm lost. Please help us." "I know you want to go and save them all now Dalton, but we need to tread carefully here." Aika said in a firm but concerned tone. featherleg ((If this is nowhere near what you intended to do; just let me know and I'll correct it. xD)) Derrick took the signals at hand. It was plain at best to see that this was not something of the ordinary. He turned his head back then signaled everyone to disburst into the woods. He next turned his attention towards Ungus and Drew; "Head left and assure clearance with a rift on my men. Should all be clear we meat up north but only before you have taken a round approach." His attention next turned towards Vidal and Grayson; "With that head right and as well meet north only after taking an round around the woods. "Jakup take the rest of my men and return the way we can but take a snake's approach and slither around to assure any tag alongs are forced north towards the area of interest." His attention turned generally to everyone, "When striking occurs a shall signal you all to come. To those not familiar with this signal for assault my men will notify you at haste." Ungus and drew made their way left through the woods. They gazed around and checked the group following. It was exciting yet fearful. But something that drew their minds was the tactic at hand. "W-Why would we split off at a time like this?" Ungus wondered. "It sounds unethical.." Drew agreed. "Because.." One of the knights rode up towards the two. "This tactic is one that has captured many victories under Derrick's previous lead." "The tactition?" Both Ungus and Drew questioned. The knight nodded. "It's hunter to prey, we scout and force at a distance our enemy to retreat." "But they can take us out." Ungus raised a brow. "Hence we are divided by classes to assure a more rounded defense." The knight added. "We make the enmy think that we are small, and allow them to return to their source so they gain the upperhand. Knowing the east and soon south will be aiding we sweep the forest floor and attack from all fronts. Hence this is the snake which has killed so many." Both Ungus and Drew had an expression of astonishment, to be using a tactic from someone who was...well dead. "Ah this is great!" Grayson stated in excitment. "What is so greaT?" Vidal blinked. "We're attacking and might be under attack." "So what?" Grayson nodded. "Derrick is using a tactic he and his lead used in many battles past. This is a simple tactic, a slow and persuasive, but carries a fantastic ending." "You seem to know a lot about Derrick and his lead." Vidal blinked. "Yes! My father was a knight too before his passing, he worked with both Sir. Derrick and the tactiton for two battles before." "Oh I see." Vidal nodded. "And what happens if we fail this set?" Grayson nodded, "It comes with a secondary wave." Seeing the others head off as ordered he slowed his horse to allow Princess Aika to get ahead. He noticed a rather confused expression on Rowlin. "And what comes of that boy?" "W-Well.." Rowlin gazed around. "What can I do?" He asked bluntly, with uncertainty. "Oh right-" Derrick carried an expression of realization. "Oh yes-you come with me." "Alright-but should we not catch up with the princess?" Rowlin raised a brow. "No-my boy. We should not." Derrick advised. "Instead I'll have you check this area then ask you head north behind the group of your choosing. Battle for you is not the best in your current state." Derrick calmly addresed. "Current state?" Rowlin leaned out, "What has it that I am in no condition to fight?" Derrick shook his head with a sigh, "The wound on the side, have you forgotten?" He blinked now. "That wound-" Rowlin cut himself off. "That wound is nonexistent I am fine, and durable to fight. Now let me assist oh please." "No-" Derrick gazed away. "Give me a why?" Rowlin demanded. "A promise.." "A promise?" Derrick moved his horse to block Rowlin from continuing on. "A promise to a dying soul, a soul hence a served; a soul I consider family to this day. I not let his death in vain, therefore you will not fight this fight, not yet in the least." "Not yet?!" Rowlin's tone rose a bit. "Until a confirmation of who we are fighting, you will not fight and that is final." Derrick firmly stated. Rowlin wanted to speak his mind, but the expression on Derrick's face was too much to bare. "A-Alright... I play but if the signal is at best I will partake.." He gazed away with frustration.

(That was great! You can keep it as is ^^ ) "Celestia, what is this beast?" Aika called out as she tried to attack its arms but each time she got too close, the beast would knock it away with one of its elbows. "It's a native wolf specie that lives in the mountains here." She replied while conjuring a burst of flame that surrounded her arm. "They don't hunt humans unless it's primary prey leaves or becomes to hard to find." With that, she sent a wave of fire towards it that began to swarm around its upper torso but was soon put out by the soon beneath it. "However, it seems that something has corrupted it. We need to put it out of its misery quickly!" Having a better understanding now, Aika concentrated her anger that usually was controlled within the blade. Her eyes filled with crimson as she became a blue once more, but now her attacks made contact. And with each strike of her blade, the beast began to howl, making its presence know as it turned its attention away from the enchantress and towards the heart seeker. Auransky

featherleg"Did you hear that?" Vidal turned his head towards the way back. "With a battle i's natural for animals to be spooked." Grayson assured. "Anyways keep an eye out and await for Derrick's pursuit order." "F-Fine..." Vidal turned and kept going. "That sound-" Drew turned his head. "We should-" "-No.... continue with orders." One of the knights ordered. "B-But?" Drew added. "Trust your mates to fill up their end." Another Knight added. "F-Fine.." Drew nodded. Jakup scowered the south with others following behind. He paused in a clearing then turned his head, "We should head back around once more.." He sounded uncertain after a sound of what he could of sworn to have been a howl sounded off in the distnace. He gazed around unsure before a knight pointed in a different direction. "Alright Rowlin...I will trust you as I have trusted your brother." Derrick commented calmly. "Stay here-stay here and wait for further orders." He firmly stated. "F-Fine.." Rowlin nodded. Quickly Derrick rode off again after Princess Aika who was up ahead. He glimpsed behind him to check for Rowlin, but it appeared like he stayed in place. "My lady-" He rode into the clearing cautiously. By the looks of it she was occupied, but he knew he would eventually receive a response. "M-My lady shall I lead everyone to a false point away from this area?!" He called out remaining cautious. His eyes would occasionally fall upon the creature before them all, it was difficult to look away, but he kept himself in a calm deameaner. Willow would have loved to deal with somethingv like this... blast death...

For awhile, the only thing she could hear was the sound of the wolf in front of her and her own breathing, which was more of human response to keep her focused on what was in front of her. Once Derricks voice broke the barrier, she fell back towards the tree line surrounding the small clearing, become a visible being once more. "Do what you must Derrick! This beast is starved and will make sure to hunt unless we stop it!" It was only in these few moments did she feel a slight tinge of pain riding up her arm, but she quickly dismissed it and re entered the fray. Seeing that Aika was taking on the offense, Celestia quickly ran over to where Derrick was. "Sir Derrick, I beg of you to secure the caravans at once. If this beast gets to them we're all doomed. I understand you're men might be confused but please, make sure they make it to the camp so this trip wasn't in vain." Auransky

featherleg ((Question; Caravans we're defining as a wagon right? lol It has many meanings I need to be sure.)) ((Secondly; bring everyone in to fight it or just secure the transport? xD)) "Aye-" Derrick nodded firmly then turned his attention over to Celestia. "I have an escort waiting not too far the way we came. The Caravans let it make haste at once." He glimpsed around the clearing, "I trust the escort and I trust all my men-they can and will deliver it to the camp." He turned quickly then whistled on a high note. "And that's the signal." One of the knights alerted Drew. Drew blinked, "A whistle? That can be taken for anything." "Perhaps, but one beat means assemble. Two beats caution assemble. Three whistles offensive assemble. One low and two high refer to assemble and attack at once." He added quickly. "Alright then" Ungus agreed. "Let's go, quickly!" he added. Grayso turned, "That's the call!" "Really?" Vidal raised a brow. "Let's go, I'll let you know after.." Grayson turned with his group following after. Jakup blinked, "Aye the infamus call.." He nodded then raced after the sound. Rowlin flinched hearing the whistle, T-That tone...that whistle-W-Where have I herd that before... He shook his head quickly, N-No now is not the time to be asking such foolish questions.. He quickly rode up ahead in the direction of the whistle. Derrick quickly assembled his bow and quickly focused on the best before him. A strike should be more then enough to get its attention-then my steed and I will make haste to lure it off.. He carefully adjusted, keeping a close eye on the beast's nose; once he saw the right spot he fired his arrow away. It's moving so this shot might land elsewhere... He carefully prepared to shoot another, just in case though he would drop everything and take the reins in hopes of luring.

(1. Yeah we're talking wagons here, but more so the fancy/royal type. 2. I'd say have most of the troops attack but have a small group be redirected to help secure the caravans.) Celestia nodded back to Derrick as she reached her hands out towards the beast, muttering something strange under her tongue before bolts of lightning began to swirl around her and charge towards the beasts back. In the meanwhile, Aika had managed to strike its right paw, making sure to sink the blade deep before she fell back. The beast howled once more in pain before attacking her with its claw, which slashed across her stomach and sent her flying back into one of the trees. "Princess!" Celestia called out, her eyes wide with disbelief before filling with rage. "You'll pay for that you deprived hound!" A large formation of lightning collected around her hand before she sent it in a sharp arc into its head. Auransky

Rosestar "Tread carefully?" Dalton demanded, sitting down reluctantly. Immediately, he felt better. Less dizzy. How did Aika always know what he needed? "Are you serious? This seems like a situation that needs, like, direct assistance." Why else would they have called him in today? Wait, they didn't actually called him in, he just jumped to it. Dalton wasn't even sure what to do at this point.

She nodded as she sat down in her seat, her eyes flickering between Dalton and James. "Calhouns secertary won't be back until then, its mandatory that she goes with us." She was somewhat relieved to know that she was going, but for reasons she wouldn't disclose to them. "James do you mind if I speak with Dalton alone? It...shouldn't take too long, I promise." featherleg ((Alrighty! I ask cause that term is used in my history classes when describing migrations of people, for merchant reasons. )) Quickly arrived the swarm from the right. The knights slowed awaiting their next order, but at the same time many of them raised shock at what was happening before them. It was when Derrick sent out orders that they quickly moved as requested. "Grayson, Vidal;make sure the Caraban makes it to camp. Now without a moments haste; my men shall assist." Derrick ordered firmly. "Yes sir!" Quickly the swarm replied. Grayson spotted out the Caravan out in the distance and quickly led the way. Once into contact he had the other knights secure it. Ungus turned his head, "What in blazes is that thing?" "Probably a nightmare.." Grayson added then turned to see a firm confirmation the the Caravan was secured. "Alright make haste!" He called out to have it flee the scene. In came Vidal and Drew. They like the rest of the group stood in awe; but it was short lived by Derrick's call. "Vidal, Drew I want you two to take that thing down." Derrick called out agressively. "Hide behind Vidal's shield and take it head on." "Y-Yes sir!" Quickly the two said. Vidal jumped off his horse and took hold of his lance and shield. Quickly he approached the beast unwilling from an angle. "This is for hurting our beloved princess!" Drew from behind quickly shot out arrows as quickly as he could. He didn't wait for a second thought; seeing the princess being attacked as she was; this was the last thing he wanted to see. "You will pay you fowl beast!" Jakup arrived, at the moment Princesss Aika was slashed across. The best before him did not cross his mind, at the moment he was captivated with what had happened to his princess. He jumped off and ran across the clearing removing the whip that lazily hung around his shoulder. Quickly he slid into the clearing tossing out the whip to grip onto the beast's hand. He agressively took his stance, "Dare to die..." He stated angrily. Rowlin made his way up then stopped quickly to see the view. There was some beast; Drew, Vidal and Jakup taking it head on. On the other end was Princess Aika on the ground, and not well. Derrick was in shock as well, but this was no time to gaze out. Quickly he turned his attention away from jake who waited for no orders, then turned back towards Rowlin. "W-Willow; take the Princess, get her out of here!" He ordered. "B-But-" Rowlin was shaken by Derrick's firm call. "Do it, or we're all in trouble!" Derrick had his horse gallop towards the Princess, but kept himself close to the main clearing. Blood sets anything off.... this is no different..With the given order Rowlin shifted his horse, and raced out of the clearing in the direction the Princess had been tossed in. Getting between the bushes he slowed his pacing spot her out. He was concerned, but a part of him wanted to fight. He shook his head, now wasn't the time to argue. He made his way then paused as he spotted out Aika. Quickly jumping off his horse he approached the Princess, "M-My lady?!" HE called out then knelt down to where she lay. "D-Don't worry we'll get you tended back at camp." He stated. He wanted to lift her onto him, but the nobility herritage snapped in his mind, he said without really thinking; "P-Permission to carry-" He blinked realizing he spoke his thoughts. He was upset, concerned and very out of it by this point. Get her back to camp, and from there if everyone is out, I-I can tend her wounds until the others arrive, right?
