In London, it's illegal to handle salmon under suspicious circumstances, fire off a cannon within 50 paces of a house, fly a kite in a public place, or slide on snow or ice. The Pokemon Spinda has over 4 billion possible spot patterns. Factoring shinies in, that amount is easily doubled. It would probably take you your entire lifespan and then some to legitimately catch all forms of Spinda.

If the starter Pikachu that you get in Pokemon Yellow is uploaded to Pokemon Stadium, it will have unique sound effects in addition to being voiced by Ikue Ohtani. Any other Pikachu just gets stuck with the computer-generated screams of the damned.

Tangela, despite being a clump of vines, could not learn Vine Whip in the game it was introduced in. No, it had to wait until Generation 2. In that same vein, Lickitung cannot learn Lick. But its evolution can for some reason.
