( I'm back. c: Hey guys! ) (See ya!) Thistlespots leaped after her, latching onto the same gull's wings with his teeth. The seagull let out a cry of alarm and struggled away with surprising strength. The other birds fluttered away and Thistlespots bit deep into the bird's neck. Sinking her claws into the gull she helped hold it in place while Thistlespot's gave it the killing blow. After it's struggle it was now limp, so Smallnose relaxed her grip, spitting out feathers as she grinned at her clan mate. "Excellent!" She said, and bowed her head for a moment to thank StarClan for it's life. "Say, I think we make a pretty good team." She added. "I probably would have lost my grip if you hadn't helped." Honeypaw frowned. "Everything is dark and narrow. It's just creepy." She told Foxpaw, wrinkling her nose. Foxpaw gave her a reassuring nudge with his shoulder. "Ok, how about we go back if the next place is not the caverns? I admit is is a bit stuffy in here, but I don't want to have come all this way for nothing. If it's just another fork we'll give up and head back to camp, sound good? That way we don't get lost!" Crowpaw had stopped upon noticing he was way ahead of the others, but was glad to see it was indeed a bit lighter up head. Not by much, but if they where going to continue maybe it was a way out, or the caverns where wider and let light in up ahead. He sat and waited until the others caught up patiently. ( rustyspatula Should Smallnose and Thistlespots meet up with the search party and help? ) Honeypaw nodded at Foxpaw's words. "You're right. I guess we can keep going." She was wondering what the caves would lead to. |

Mothdapple nodded somberly and led the cats the ocean. "Tawnyhaze and Heathernose, check down that way." He jabbed at the left of them with his tail. "Icefire and I will search the other way." He nodded to Icefire and set off, tasting the air. He scented OakClan cat, but figured it was just the aftertaste of his Clanmates that often ventured to the beach to hunt, explore, or bond. The sand shifted between his paws and silence, other than the waves crashing against shore, lingered. He gulped. Icefire padded along with Mothdapple. "Maybe we should check the caves?" She asked. She thought he might be lost. |

Heathernose searched for a while, but she wasn't able to find anything. She stopped for a few moments, thinking about where else he might have gone. "Maybe we should try searching in the caves?" she finally asked Tawneyhaze.

As icefire walked through to the entrance of the caves, she spotted Heathernose. "I see you had the same idea as us," she told her.

Tawnyhaze stayed behind the she-cats, watching with golden eyes. He was more of visual cat then relying on his senses.

Also I noticed that Fox isn't listed under my username, is it because he's a loner, or was that just overlooked? cx No cats outside the clan have the rper listed. Icefire took a few steps into the caves before a rancid smell hit her. "Something smells bad." she told the group as she wrinkled her nose. (I'm about to make Owlpaw and Snowpaw into warriors. Ivyriver do you have a preference for her name? And *MorningGlory* do you want Juniperpaw to be in their age group as well?) |

Heathernose followed behind Icefire, keeping her nose In the air. The bad smell hit right before Icefire mentioned it. "Yeah, I can small something bad. It smells like.......like a dead animal or something."
