The senior warrior dipped his head to Coonpaw. "Hello. How's your day going, Coonpaw? Do you have any plans to cause trouble?" Mothdapple mewed humorously, golden tail flicking.
Fernpaw grinned. "That would be lovely!" she mewed happily. "And don't worry, I'm not much of a hunter either. Or a fighter. Or anything, for that matter," she giggled.

“Harestar seems alright” she said bluntly. “I haven’t ever spoken to him and I wasn’t even born when he left so all I know is from observation”. She plucked a pigeon feather from her coat, “What do you think?”.
“We’ve got to have something we’re really good at! We just need to find out what that something is!” Badgerpaw purred.

"He could have been frightened" Ruewhisker said bluntly, remembering how terrified she had been, not from the flood but from having to climb high into a tree which brought back all of the painful memories of Hazelpaw. As a sudden afterthought she added "But if he is a leader and has multiple lives he should be more willing to make risks for his clan". She'd never thought of it like that.

"I'm not sure why I never saw it in that way" Ruewhisker looked deep in thought. "He must surely have a reason for it" she stated, her voice now sounding slightly worried. "If he wasn't a good cat how would he have ended up as clan leader?" she was asking herself as much as she was asking Mudfang.

"What's Waveclan like?" Ruewhisker asked Mudfang out of genuine curiosity. Taking the topic of conversation off of Harestar was welcomed as she felt uncomfortable with the slight sense of doubt she was feeling for her leader.
