Sparrowtail was in camp, eyeing the prey pile. It was getting a bit low, so she looked around to see if any cats where nearby that she could take hunting with her. Crowpaw was tussling with Foxpaw just outside camp, the two trying to train up to impress their mentors later. Foxpaw, the larger of the two, and the strongest, had easily slammed Crowpaw to the ground several times, but Crowpaw was faster and tried his best to use it to his advantage, once causing Foxpaw to run into a tree in confusion. The two finally ended up tumbling into the water when they halted, panting, and returned to shore. Foxpaw seemed a bit freaked and quickly shook out his fur; not that he'd admit it, but water gave him the chills since the flood. Shiverpaw was collecting moss, rather begrudgingly, but it had to be done and it was an apprentice duty. She kept her head above water as she swam back to camp, trying to keep the moss dry. ( My starters! Removed Smallnose as she was replied to, by the way I'll reply to that in a bit. cx ) |

Tawnyhaze was walking along the shore, deciding to stretch his legs. He heard the two apprentices tussling and walked toward them. The tom appeared just in time to see Foxpaw coming out of the water.
"I didn't think you believed you were a fish Foxpaw." He said, sitting on the shore.

Foxpaw blinked, grinning sheepishly at his mentor. Crowpaw had hurried up to stand alongside his brother, prepared to tackle him again if need be. "Oh, hi Tawnyhaze!" Foxpaw greeted. "Don't think I am either, just fell in is all."

Tawnyhaze flicked his tail, mentoring hadn't come easy to him and he still wasn't quite sure what to do with Foxpaw.
"Perhaps you would like to practice fighting on the shore?" He asked.
