"Yeah..." Icekit said. He on the other hand wanted to do heroic things, just like his father, mother, brother and sister! He was looking forward to beating Lionpaw at a battle training session, just to prove how fast he could catch up, and be the best! He was a bit angry at Harestar though and huffed. He was about to make a rude remark when a thought occurred to him. "You think Harestar's sick? I mean, he delayed our apprentice's ceremonies, and he's visiting Nightglisten! I hope he isn't sick." He suddenly regretted his anger at Harestar.

Burntember purred and met Erminetail's gaze. "I'm glad," she mewed, grinning at the tom.
Sunkit sighed and leaned against her brother sadly.

Ashtail purred and answered. "Sounds like it'll be fun! I look forward to it!... And thank you too, for listening to em rambling about my clan, I mean." He added the last part with a sheepish grin.

"You'll be an apprentice soon too" Flurrykit reassured Bramblekit. "And In a few moons we'll all be able to go out exploring together" the silver she-cat nodded.

Sandpebble smiled. "I liked learning about your clan. I hope..." she trailed off a bit, trying to word it correctly, "I hope you get to see them again one day. I know how hard it can be to be away from family."

Nightglisten nodded, uncertain if that reply meant Harestar was alright with him stepping down. Standing up he headed for the den's exit. "That would be best, I'll wait outside to listen, then." He replied before quickly ducking out.

Icekit looked over at Bramblekit as he appeared after his comment about Harestar maybe being sick. He narrowed his eyes at the kits, but recalled Quietwillow's words not to say anything about his heritage or be mean, and stopped. "Yeah." He agreed with Flurrykit, a bit bluntly. "You'll get there kid."

"I'm really glad I have someone like you Burntember" Erminetail sighed. "I feel like I can talk to you about anything, it's nice" he glanced at his paws for a heartbeat before meeting her gaze again.

Troutwhisker was in camp trying to relax. With Doeleap getting closer to her kitting, his nerves were on edge and it was taking every fiber of his being to stay out of the nursery. He knew she could handle it, this wasn't her first litter, but he was still freaking out.
Gingerfoot was out of camp taking a walk. Hawkfeather was doing better these days, so she wasn't all that worried about him. In fact, it was quite the opposite. She couldn't get her mind off the tom, but it wasn't concern toward him. She found herself growing affectionate toward him, even developing feelings, and she didn't know what to do about it. So, instead of confining herself to camp, the orange she-cat decided to get some air and clear her head.

Ashtail looked a bit sad for a moment, and slowed his walk slightly. He took a deep breath and sighed. "I hope so too... which is why I should talk to Harestar. I came to find help originally, I still have to."

"Whoa!" Lavender said her eyes wide. She couldn't wait to learn how to hunt and fight! She was excited for a moment before a thought crossed her mind. "W-Will the other cats like me?"
Galefoot twitches his whiskers feeling sorry for her. "I think you will make some good friends."

Harestar stood up on the tallest branch, starting the name ceremony. He assigned Boldpaw, Icepaw, Sunpaw and Flurrypaw mentors, and gave Hawkwhisper, Swan___ and Storm___ their warrior names. "I would like to announce that Nightglisten is stepping down as our medicine cat, and Pinepaw is our new apprentice." He signaled his tail for cats to stay, and explained his dream. "I have been given a dream by StarClan. They showed me a field of pine needles, with the bodies of dead cats on top of them. It wasn't until Ashtail appeared, leading a group of OakClan cats, that the deadcatscame back to life. I beliee we must rescue PineClan and bring them here as a border Clan." He paused. "The chosen prophecy cats are Sandpebble, Nightglisten, Sparrowpaw, Stormpaw, Erminetail, Badgerstripe, Rainfang, Troutwhisker, Redfang, Riversong, Icefire, Blazingheart, and Shiverpelt." he declared. "I want you all to leave this mid sun."

Burntember turned in shock to look at her daughter. there had to be a mistake. Her baby couldn't go! And what about Erminetail? She couldn't lose someone else she cared for! Not after Sparrowhawk! She turned to Harestar "Is it required that all the cats you named go?" she asked.

Ashtail looked a bit shocked, almost frightened, by the news. He nodded, and said in a slightly nervous voice. "Looks like squishy star things will have to wait too... well, at least you still get another adventure with me, eh?" He said with a nervous chuckle.

Icefire's ears shot up in surprise when her name was called and she puffed out her chest. Finally! she thought happily to herself. With Tawnyhaze gone and her brother having kits, she felt so alone.
