( Ok, Hawk! I'll start it later. Anyone in particular want to rp certain characters among Cardinal's cats in the event she doesn't come back? I don't think I'll be claiming any myself, but I could if it comes to it for the story to progress. I'll mark them on the new page as temporary role players or something. )
"You seem to be doing very well with the clan... so I can't advise you to do more. They'll just have to come around." He said with a smile. "Now don't worry about it! I don't want to see anybody crying anymore, alright?" He said, however his smile almost looked forced. The conversation recalled to mind his friendship and love for Lilactail. She'd always been so nervous and sad after her relatives' deaths, and even before then she's been rather shy and easily frightened. He used to spend hours just talking her, trying to make her smile or laugh. She probably won't forgive me this time for leaving.

Kestrel remained quiet and thoughtful for a moment. "... Okay. Could you maybe some with me to talk to Harestar later, though? I-if mom's fine with it?" It was the first time that day he'd sounded nervous, even after her'd lost the fish and been attacked by a crab.

Erminetail suppressed a small jolt of surprise as he felt Burntember begin to groom his fur. Something about her purring and the repetitive motion of the grooming calmed him. “How do you know how to do that?” he purred. Boldkit purred loudly as he watched Sunkit fling the leaf back into the air. Will we still be able to play like this in a moon when we’re apprentices?, he wondered solemnly. “I can’t believe we will be hunting real squirrels in a moon!” he mewed trying to sound excited. (Hey Morning, I'm just gonna repost incase you missed these! c: ) |

RP: Mooneyes followed him staying close since she had only been there maybe three times. She felt as though she was looking forward to spending any time with him and she wondered if he knew that she had grown fond of him. She had even told him about her assumptions of Nightglisten wondering off now and then, she was growing suspicious of her mentor and she had been trying not to be so paranoid.

Ravenheart led her down the forest path out of camp, crossing the stream just outside the entrance and shaking out his fur afterwards. After this he kept walking, but at a slower pace, so that she could easily follow him, and beside this his slightly stiff leg was not good to run on for too long. After a few minutes he looked towards her as they reached the clearing. "Here we are." He said, flicking his ears and tail as he sat down near the center. It was a very small clearing, as cats in OakClan usually used the trees to aid them in fighting and hunting, and was surrounded by oaks all around. "You should try and have a lo- er, sorry, feel for the place first if you don't come here often. In battling you can use the land and trees to your advantage, which may be more difficult without sigh, but I do not think it is impossible." Can I really teach a blind cat to hunt and fight? He thought to himself, doubting his own skills more so than Mooneyes'. If she was determined and hard working she would get it, but she also needed a good teacher.

OCC: we could have so she confided in him about night glisten but she's kept pinepaw a secret from everyone... even her best friend..
RP: She smiled and gave her head a shake, then she walked around and felt around using her whisker's, paws and tail to feel around the clearing. "Are you having doubts already?" The dark shecat took in all the scents and sounds, where the sun warmed her pelt and where the shade cooled off her black coat. "If you don't want to continue i can understand and we can just keep to the hunting training.

After another bite and a silence, she asked, wiping a paw over her face. "So, how have you been faring lately, Gingerfoot? Especially now the clan is having a peaceful time of it." - - - Shiverpelt smiled at this, although she still had a certain tiredness and sad shine to her eyes. "I wouldn't say we were not friends..." She responded in an even tone, drawing a claw across the sand in a slow, distracted way. "I suppose that's better than anything..." She said, trailing off before properly finishing her words. Gingerfoot swallowed her mouthful before responding. "I've been well. Prey is running and the weather is lovely." She chanced a glance over to Hawkfeather, but quickly returned her gaze. "All of the new life in the Clan is a great sign, too." |
