Coralmoon hesitated before following Galefoot through the hedge. She carefully picked her way through until she came out on the other side.
Burntember smiled. "Yea, and I'm glad it's you," she murmured, not realizing she was speaking out loud.

Ravenheart tilted his head to the side, remaining quiet for a moment. Glancing away from her, he nodded in an slightly distracted way, before realizing she couldn't actually see this and blinking, his gaze turning back to her's. At first those blank eyes had always been something be avoided- it was, almost, eerie to look at- but eh found he was quite used to her now, in fact, he thought she was rather pretty... not that he'd tell her that, of course. "I see... hey, have you ever tried hunting before, at all? Are you able to... er, considering?" He asked. He didn't want to sound rude, but he was genuinely curious.

Galefoot looked over at Coralmoon. "It was my old name though I have a few nicknames." He explained before walking over to Martha. "You are looking well how are ya?" Martha purred and sits down in front of him. "I am doing well for the most part. However, I can tell you aren't here just to see me."

“Thanks.” Redfang mumbled around the squirrel. She buried it by a nearby tree before turning to walk along with Blazingheart again. The she-cat walked on still her oblivious state. She felt a bit bad for being so quiet so she attempted to start a conversation. “How long have you been out hunting? Uh before I met up with you I mean..” She asked giving a shy glance at her paws. Blazingheart shrugged, scenting for more prey. "Not very long," he told her. He pricked his ears as he smelled a rabbit. "Want to take this down with me?" |

"Well, he is a medicine cat. You might be able to talk about me, but she..." He replied, looking as if the truth only just dawned on him then. He knew they were close, but up until now, he never thought it could be that close. Could Nightglisten really fall in love? It seemed almost impossible. "That's a difficult topic to talk about... Her and Nightglisten? You think it's just one sided... are you sure about it? It just seems too strange, he's not exactly the romantic type." After a moment of silence he added, with an uneasy smile. "You talked about me to her? Was this before we became mates?" He still wondered how he hadn't truly caught earlier that Honeydew liked him back. Who knows what else I don't know! Seems I can't figure even my own friends and family out!Honeydew sighed. "It must be one sided. I'd hope my sister would know better than to try to get the medicine cat as her mate." She said softly, before smiling softly as he added the next part. "Maybe I did, maybe I didn't!" She teased, flicking his nose with her tail. |

Nightglisten poked a paw into the water, as if curious. "... A few times." He responded, shaking his paw dry and jumping onto a nearby boulder the sun was hitting so he could warm up. "I've found out quite a bit in those talks, though." He said, a bit hesitantly, as if not sure he wanted to tell her everything. Being so close to a cat from his old clan had been so weird, and brought back a mix of memories, both good and bad. "My mother and father are still living, as is my brother, Batfang I think his name is now. So TimberClan hadn't quite destroyed everything when he left... He claims to have several other siblings as well, and a mate, so there's more relatives I didn't know a thing about!" He batted at a leaf floating by with his paw as he spoke, watching as it dived for the water and, twirling, floated away. "They think he's dead and he thinks that they're doomed. He came here to get Harestar to send cats over... but I don't see that very likely. I think... I think he hasn't returned yet because... he's ashamed..." Something I could understand... and something I do not want to go through again. He thought to himself, looking even more gloomier than before, if possible, and squinting as the sun hit his eyes."I "I'm glad your family is still alive." Wildmist genuinely told him. "I think Harestar might send cats over. I'm sure Timberstone, your brother and Harestar are already planning something now!" she tried to be optimistic about his situation. (Morning and Rain should we have something with Timberstone, Ashtail and Harestar? What's the plan?) |

PLOT IDEA: let me know if you guys think if it's good.
As I was updating the front page, I noticed that we don't have many mates, and all of the ones so far involve one of my characters! I thought it'd be a cool idea if we did some Bambi style plot while during the spring cats start coupling off or have love triangles or something. That way we could get a ton of different characters involved!
ALSO: Gathering soon with CedarClan and OakClan?)

Foxtails' eyes crossed as her tail brushed his nose, and he sneezed slightly. Smiling he said. "Hey, no fair! I think I have the right to know gossip about me." He said this jokingly, reaching to give her a soft cuff over the ears with his paw.

He didn't want his new family in danger, just as much as he didn't want PineClan to fall. "... It would be a risk, however. TimberClan doesn't give up easily, and aren't afraid to take drastic measures to get what they want... He mentioned something about them enlisting the aid of twolegplace cats. They're very effective with their... brainwashing, if that's how you'd put it. Even when I was young I can recall the rumors of their odd friendliness with cats outside the clans."

Smallnose looked at the forest floor as they walked. "Well... we did talk a few times. I'd say we were good friends for awhile there, but he's been a bit distant. I owe him a lot though, during the badger attack he fought beside me most of the time, sometimes I think I might have died if he didn't help..." She trailed off, as if a bit embarrassed by this. Why would I feel embarrassed though? He's just... or at least was a good friend, that's all, nothing more... she thought, but she was beginning to doubt her own thoughts. She wasn't quite sure she was in love with him, yet it seemed more and more like she was.
