"Of course. You earned it." Fallenstone smiled. "Go ahead and head to camp. I bet Bran is eager to learn more from a full medicine cat." The she-cat grinned then began to run towards camp before suddenly stopping. "Wait Fallenstone, should we discuss the prophecy more? I don't know what it could mean." Lakeshimmer's ears drooped slightly, she couldn't help but feel that she should understand it if even only a little.

Fallenstone turned his head towards Lakeshimmer. "All I can tell you is to brace yourself for what's going to happen." He mewed, trying to hide the sorrow in his eyes. He turned away and padded back to camp over to Skystar's den. "Skystar?" Fallenstone mewed.

Lakeshimmer nodded, a little worried as to what Fallenstone could mean. She padded back into camp wondering if she should go to her nest to tell Bran the exciting news. The-cat looked up at the moon, finding comfort in it's silvery glow and the twinkling of Silverpelt.

Cricketflight - Tom - Deputy? If not just warrior - A wiry light brown tom cat with a short, thin coat. The tip of his unusually long tail is a chocolate brown, and is usually dusty as he tends to drag his tail, and lashes it back and forth in the dirt when he's thinking. His eyes are a very intelligent, albeit slightly dull shade of green. He is on the thin side, as well as the tall side, and this is accentuated by the fact that his limbs are exceptionally long. - Born and raised in the clan. - Brother of Antnose, Turtledrop, and Ryeflower.
Antnose - Tom - Warrior - A small, lithe tom with a soft and thick, albeit short black coat. His coat fades from black toa dark brown around his ears, paws, chest, and the base and tip of his tail. His eyes are dull green, but are sometimes showered in little flecks of gold. He walks with a bit of a limp due to a severe back injury he recieved as and apprentice, and also has a bit of a nervous twitch. - Born and raised in the clan - Brother of Cricketflight, Turtledrop, and Ryeflower. His inherent shyness, his limp, and his twitch all give other cats the impression that he is weird, and so they tend to ignore him or act mean toward him most of the time.
Turtledrop - She-cat - Warrior - A small tortoiseshell she-cat with a thick, fluffy coat. She has very large ears with little tufts of pointed fur on their tips, and very large green eyes, with the same golden flecks as her brother Antnose. She is naturally very poised and neat. - Born and raised in the clan. - Sister of Cricketflight, Antnose, and Ryeflower.
Ryeflower - She-cat - Warrior - A pretty, lithe she-cat with a mottled light brown and dark brown coat with the long tail and limbs her brother Cricketflight has. Unlike her siblings though, she has light blue eyes instead of green. - Born and raised in the clan - Sister of Cricketflight, Antnose, and Turtledrop.

(Hey! I'll add you another time. Lagging really bad atm. You're free to join us, though!)
Bran and Skystar were sitting inside Skystar's den. Skystar murmured lowly and Bran, though not loud enough to hear from outside, seemed to be reassuring him in a much louder tone. They paused when Fallenstone mewed from outside. Bran glanced from the entrance to Skystar, then back. "I'll leave you to it." He chirped before standing up and padding past Fallenstone. The black tom made his way over to the fresh kill pile and pondered for a few moments before deciding on eating a vole.
"Come in." Skystar called for his medicine cat. He sat in the center of his den, tail wrapped neatly around his paws. His fur was well groomed but the tom looked exhausted. "I hope you don't bare bad news." He stated wearily, glancing up to the elderly cat.

"Bran!" Lakeshimmer saw the tom grab a vole from the pile. Padding over she grabbed a shrew for herself. "You'll never believe what happened." The she-cat looked ready to burst with excitement.
(I'm having the same problem, originally i thought it was with my computer but now that you say that @blanket pig I feel a little better)

Bran perked his ears and lifted his head, turning it towards the she-cat who was bounding over towards him. He tipped his head to the side, waiting for her to spill her story as she settled down with her food. "Did you decide to share your thorn wisdom with the whole clan?" He teased.

Lakeshimmer flattened her ears in embarrassment, but quickly perked back up. "Sure the deserve to know that they now have two full medicine cats." She mewed causally before taking a bit of the shrew.

Bran leaned forwards to take a bite of his vole, but stopped dead when Lakeshimmer shared her news. He looked surprised for awhile, probably trying to decide if she was being serious or not. Finally, he smiled fondly and gave her a purr. "That's great! What's your name, then?" He pressed, leaning in with excitement.

The she-cat grinned as she watched the tom try and process her news. "I am now Lakeshimmer." She purred happily as a sudden breeze picked up and blew threw her long glossy coat, the light dancing off of it like a shimmering lake.

Fallenstone shifted his paws, looking down. "I'm afraid I do." He rasped. "I received a prophecy from Starclan." His expression was dark. His eyes full of sorrow and worry.
(I drew Lakeshimmer and Fallenstone if anyone would like to see)

"Suiting." Bran purred before returning to his meal. After the creature was reduced to bones Bran started to groom himself. He shot a look over at Lakeshimmer. "Now that you've got your full name I guess you're certified to give me proper medicine cat training." Bran teased, but wouldn't lie that the idea of being taught the uses of all the herbs was something he was interested in. "I'll ask Skystar to change my name to Branpaw right away." The tom purred.
Skystar's shoulders slumped and his gaze hardened, but he tried to lighten his tone as he spoke. "Please, share." He pressed. Anxiety bubbled in him but he did his best to refuse falling into panic. After all, he hadn't even heard the prophecy yet and he had faith that Starclan wouldn't force terrible hardship on his clan with their prophecy.

"When the sky meets stone, the sun will finally rise and warmth with spread across the clan" Fallenstone told his leader. "The visions I had when it came to me weren't exactly pretty."

(ME!ME!ME! *cough* *regains composure* I mean I would like to see)
Lakeshimmer finished her meal as well and smiled after licking her lips. "That I am and I won't go easy on you." The she-cat teased back. "You'll be the best medicine cat." She purred jokingly before adding, "After me that is."

Skystar's ears flattened and he glanced away. It took a moment of thinking, but the tom regained his thoughts enough to press the issue further. "Your visions, what did they show? Is there any sign of what this means or a way to stop any of the ill omens from it?" Sky meets stone. Skystar didn't want to voice his worries, but his fur prickled along his spine at the thought of this meaning that his clan would be driven to live in some cave or mountain range.
"I don't think anyone can come above someone with your knowledge." He replied, shooting her a smirk. "Burdock root instead of Marigold for a wound: Mistake or a stroke of genius?" Bran asked, making a light hearted jab at the she-cats mistake earlier that day.

Fallenstone whispered. "In my vision, I saw fire. So much fire. I heard you scream my name but no matter what I did, I couldn't move. And then i saw a cat. A large cat, bigger than I've ever seen with a mark in the shape of a sun. Then, everything went black." Fallenstone shook from the thought of the fire consuming him. "My time is almost up, Skystar."

Huffing, she looked away with her eyes closed acting like she had been gravely insulted. "Marigold prevents infections and since the thorn was in his nose I assumed that infection already set in." The she-cat retorted. "And I had good reason to assume that, his nose was so swollen and red." Lakeshimmer couldn't keep up the act any longer and let out a laugh.
(That looks awesome Ghost)

(Hello again.)
(Also will Cricketflight have the deputy position or will he just be a warrior...? I don't want to be pushy or anything I just want to know do role-playing purposes.)
Cricketflight and Ryeflower stood together nes the entrance to the camp. They were considering organizing a hunting patrol, and were looking for a third cat to ask to join.
Antnose was himself just returning from hunting. He carried two decent mice in his jaws, and deposited them onto the prey stash. His limp was more pronounced than usual today- he had exacerbated his old injury during hunting, and pain shot down his leg each time he took a step. He wasn't about to complain, though- he would rather suffer in silence. It hurt like this often enough, and he didn't feel like whining to the medicine cat all the time about it. He lashed his tail- the joint catching slightly- and looked for something to do around the camp.
Turtledrop lay, sunning herself. She had already been on two patrols that day and was catching a well deserved break do a few minutes. She stretched for paws out, and arched her spine, and stayed in t position, completely relaxed.

(Okay your prophecy has me super intrigued and I get some spoilers?)
Goldenstorm noticed Cricketflight and Ryeflower standing near the entrance and decided to see what the two siblings were doing. "Hello Cricketflight, Ryeflower." The golden tom sat near the duo neatly curling his tail around his paws.

(Yeah you're fine ash)
Skystar listened intently, face growing grave. "Nonsense." he grunted, flicking his tail. "You haven't finished Lakepaw's training yet and surely Starclan wouldn't approve of an apprentice being left without a mentor." He tried his best to reason through- or rather just try to reassure himself. Losing one of his most trusted companions wasn't something he thought he could afford any time soon.
Bran tipped his head towards her and leaned in. He lowered his voice. "Admit it. You were hoping he had an infection." He teased before pulling back and sitting straight up. He licked his paw and swiped it over his left ear. "What's the first thing you plan to teach your apprentice? Besides nose thorn remedies."

(That'd be great! Which cat do you think would be a good mentor for her?)
(Okay cool~)
"We're trying to see if anyone wants to go hunting." Cricketflight responded. He noticed the wound on Goldenstorm's nose and tilted his head. "What happened to you?" He asked, concerned.

"I've already taken care of that." Fallenstone reassured his old pal. "I gave her her medicine cat name. And if it's truly Starclan's plan, she will do just fine." Fallenstone looked up at Skystar, his eyes softened. "I'll visit you in your dreams Skystar. This isn't the last you'll see of me old friend. Besides, when it's your time to come to Starclan you'll be seeing me every day and night until we fade." Fallenstone wasn't the best at comforting other cats, but he hoped what he said helped ease his leader's mind a bit. "I should have been in the elder's den long ago. In fact..." The old tom paused. "I think I'd like to rest in the elder's den until then. I will still help Lakeshimmer if she needs, but my old bones need rest."
