Echoclan Remember our Cries! -Waring Clans Rp (Open)

Flamepaw bit back a yelp of surprise as Hollystone stepped on his tail. I didn't even notice it was moving, he thought despairingly. Once again, though, he did as he was told. Flamepaw struggled to stay low as he crept forward, using a leaf as a pretend target to help him focus. The tip of his tail started to twitch again but didn't lash back and forth this time. It was the quietest he'd ever stalked, but he gradually started to return to the height he'd started at before Hollystone pushed him down. Old habits die hard.


Nightflower twitched her whiskers in amusement. "Well you look lovely to me," she reassured the queen, turning to look back over the territory. A bubble of pride rose up in her chest, just thinking about the greatness of her Clan. She fought back the doubts that bubbled up with it. The general quiet recently left her uneasy. She shook her head to clear her thoughts. No sense worrying Willowbreeze, especially now. "So," she mewed, struggling to think of something to say that wouldn't cause any stress. "Have you been thinking about names at all? I know it's still a bit soon, but that seems like it'd be a fun part of the waiting."

Flamepaw cast his mentor a worried glance. If I lean back I'll certainly fall over, he fretted. But he did it anyway, shifting his weight back. He panicked a moment, thinking he was falling, but once he started to get used to it, he felt much better. "Huh," he said aloud, surprised. "It worked." He settled into a lower position, and this time it wasn't uncomfortable for him. The tail, though, would just take practice. Now that he wasn't thinking about it, it had started to move again.

Hollystone purred twitching her whiskers at him. "Nice work. This time if you feel like getting up just lean back against your haunches."

(I'm up for a plot.)

"Thanks Hollystone," Flamepaw mewed, smiling slightly. He'd started to give up hope that he could improve on his hunting, but maybe he had a chance at being decent after all. "Did you catch anything?"

Willowcreek smiled at the deputys compliment and looked down at her belly. "I can't deny i have but its hard when i don't know if they will be little toms or little shecats." She looked over the territory that her kits would one day defend, "I want them to have strong names they can be proud of. I must admit i was never fond of 'Willow'as a kit while others were called what i thought were much better things. I like it now though but i think a good name holds confidense." She knew she was rambling alittle but she didnt care. Nightflower was right, this was the fun part. "I like the name "raven".

"Go down to the meadow and maybe try to hunt a little." Riverleaf explained.

Riverleaf reaches the meadow and sniffs the air. She could smell some mice near by and crouches down.

Riverleaf leaped on a mouse and killed it. She looked up and turned her gaze towards Silentpaw.
