(I never knew what animal my spirit guide was, but then once I pet a giraffe, I just knew giraffes were my guides c:< They're my favorite animal now.
I find spiritual stuff interesting especially in Survivors. They're religion is more complex than I thought it would be.)

(I've pet a lot of animals in my life, but I never felt a close, but instant connection to other than the giraffe. Some may think it's kinda weird that I feel connected to giraffes, but I just do. c:
Religion could be a subplot, kinda like how it is in the second arc of Survivors. What Spirit Dog does Fayne feel closest to, or wolf spirits if that's a thing?)

(It's interesting when Spirit Dogs visit you, they take form of those closest to you so you can't tell if it's a Spirit Dog or a deceased loved one.
I'm going to ask one more question before I head off to sleep. Who's your favorite character?)

Bird looked at Pine with narrowed eyes for a moment. "Nice to meet you." She just said simply, looking at the black and white female for a few minutes in total silence. "So, you're from here?" She asked curiously, shuffling around awkwardly to look Pine straight in the eye. "Of course, most dogs aren't. I'm not, I like to travel." The swift-dog added.

Pine shook her head, "I'm not from here; I'm also a traveling dog." She looked at the swift-dog. Her tail slowly tapping the ground in happiness. "When did you meet Fayne?" she asked in curiosity. How long have the two known each other? She also wondered if they'd let her join them. Oh, how she hated to be alone. The only thing she's really good at hunting was scraps.
She didn't want to be useless, though. She just needed to learn how not to make a mess of her prey when she killed it.

"Of course." Bird nodded, feeling a bit less wary now as she noted Pine's concealed happiness. "I agree with Fayne. We will be stronger and can work together in a pack. I e always wanted to be in one anyways!" She added with a curt nod, not able to suppress her own tail wagging slightly as she let her tongue loll. She looked between the two dogs excitedly. She was always alone, and never got to meet other dogs. This was the first time in so long... It was wonderful.

Pine got to her paws and looked at the two. "It's fate, isn't it? We all met today!" The Sky-Dogs must've brought the three together. Her tail started wagging a bit faster as she looked from the wolf-dog to the swift-dog. She couldn't stop her heart that furiously beat against her chest. She wondered what would happen starting from now? She calmed herself. "What do we do now?" she asked with a tilt of her head.

(Huge! ;0)
"That's okay with me," Pine said. She started to wonder if the wolf-dog went back to his Pack, would Bird stay with her? She couldn't bear being alone. Pitiful, Pine. You need to stop depending on other dogs. She knew that much, but she wondered how much she can really contribute. She shook herself in anger. She refused to fall behind. She'd prove herself a helper. She will not be useless. If the time comes, that's fine. I'm capable of being on my own! I've been alone for nearly a full turn of the Moon-Dog.

Bird gave a gleeful nod as she followed Fayne, trotting along swiftly with her two new companions. "We should stop to hunt soon." She suggested, only now feeling the empty ache in her stomach after all the joy and glee had subsided. "I'm hungry, how about all of you?" The others were probably just as famished, but she still cared to ask anyways.

Pine wondered how good Fayne was at fighting with that brute body of his. In a way, she felt protected. Bird was also a swift-dog which meant she could doge. Pine? The breed that dominated her body was an intelligent one at that. She was able to form tactics, most of them crazy at that, since she was very young. She could hunt, if she put her mind to it. "Starving and ready to go," she said in a humorous tone.

"Don't worry, Fayne! I'll share whatever I catch if you need it." All though Pine said that, it wasn't really what she was thinking. She was growing more confident by the second, but a part of her was ticked that the wolf-dog was bragging like that. She had never hunted with a Pack. She was always digging for scraps in the city. She's never been in the wild until destruction wreaked upon her city. The only reason she was named Pine was because every Ice Wind, longpaws would get nice smelling trees. She only knew they were called pines because of an older dog. Wow, I want to smell good when I become an Adult Dog! was all she thought then.

Bird also looked slightly annoyed at Fayne's bragging, but said nothing. "Pine is right. We can all share." She agreed with a sharp nod, sniffing the air and taking in all the scents. Most of them were stale, but some were easy to pick out from amongst the others. The swift-dog slowly moved along with her two new companions, and suddenly stopped in her tracks as a lizard scurried across her path. Letting out a little laugh, she tossed it up in the air. "Is this considered a catch?" Picking it up and giving it a final bite to the neck, Bird let it dangle awkwardly from her teeth. "I've never seen many lizards around these parts! It's pretty big....?" She stifled a laugh.

Pine walked along the stream. When she was younger, she'd always hunt minnows in the big lake that was at the center of the city. It was risky from all the dog-catching longpaws, but she never got caught. It was then Pine saw a river rabbit going into the water and then out. She stalked along the shore, looking at it before jumping into the water. She caught it, but she was being dragged underwater with it. It thrashed in Pine's mouth and almost got away, but with a hard chop on it's neck, it fell limp. She felt exhausted, but forced her paws to paddle. I'm not useless! She hurried back onto the shore, dropping the river rabbit and shaking her fur. I'm not a water-dog, but that was cool! Pine felt proud of herself and started to carry it back to camp.

(I'm on mobile currently so I can't do the colored names. Sorry.)
(I'm also going to make Bluebelle a bit older then she originally was, so she's going to be more of a young dog then a pup)
Bluebelle lay in the forest, her brown eyes staring dully at the squirrels playing and chattering in the trees ahead of her. It seemed so long ago, those days when she had everything, a warm place to sleep, friends, family, someone to look after her. She shut her eyes tight as she thought about the fire that had destroyed her comfortable life, letting out a pained wimper.
Moon trotted through the forest, her nose lifted in the air, looking for the scent of prey. She soon found the scent of rabbit, and followed the trail until she saw a plump rabbit grazing just beyond some bushes. She carefully checked which direction the breezing was blowing, her eyes glowing in satisfaction as she found the breeze blowing in her direction. "This going to be easy!" she thought to herself as she dropped to a hunting position and started stalking towards the rabbit, taking care to not step on any twigs or leaves. As soon as she was about to pounce, the rabbit suddenly perked its ears and dashed to its burrow. Knowing the rabbit would be too fast for her to catch, Moon just stared in bewilderment, wondering for a split-second what could've scared the rabbit. Suddenly, the lone dog snarled when she smelled a strong, unmistakeable, scent of dog wafting in the breeze.
