The Feisty and Battle Hungry
You scramble up the earthy hills that border the strange cats territory that you've heard so much about. Trying to navigate, you hear the dog barking behind you. Without stopping to think to turn and flee towards a large thicket of brambles, but before getting there, you plummet down at least three feet into a large pond. Gasping for air, tou break the surface, panting. All around you you're faced with lily's, brilliantly coloured with oranges and pinks dazzling your eyes. You hear a howl of pain and turn to see a beautiful she cat standing over the body of the small dog "What we're you thinking?" the strange cat said "You lead the dog right into our territory and-" the she cat cur herself off and stared at you. You felt the lilies surrounding you and saw them almost glowing in the host midday sun. The cat spoke again "the lilies have chosen you, this is our way. You must join our Clan!"

Territory
LilyClan territory is mainly made up of hills and forest. It has open areas, but also some very secretive secluded areas. The camp is situated umongst the trees and next to a pond full of very mysterious lilys. The is a soft area of earth covered by boulders and bramble thickets. It has to be regularly fixed due to birds destroying the bramble thickets.
The furthest hill in the territory is neighbourd by a bunch of Twoleg nests. Due to that fact cats rarely go there. Although a lot of herbs grow next to their dens and Medicine Cat's regularly go there to get them. The Twolegs only venture into the territory during Greenleaf and Lilystar has organised patrols to.... Deal... With the ones who stray too far.
Southwest of camp, there is a large area of marsh. This is used when an apprentice becomes a warrior. There is hardly any prey there and all the water is dirty. Many snaked live there and some are venomous. It can be very dangerous for a cat to go there and cats rarely go unless for their warrior test.
At the very top of the highest mountain, a long trek away from the territory there is a small cave, with an entrance tunnel just large enough for one fully-grown cat to squeeze through at a time, if they are in a hunting crouch. Inside the cave, there is a beautiful, clear crystal, sometimes as blue as the Greenleaf skies, sometimes as green as the greenest grass, sometimes as golden-orangey-red as the most beautiful sunset and sometimes as white as the purest cloud. This is the Moon Crystal. It is said that this crystal never appears the same way to any pair of cats. Growing around it, is a strange, purple flower, found nowhere else in the entire area surrounding LilyClan. To commune with StarClan, you must pick one flower, consume the petals, and sniff the fragrance. Touch your nose to the Moon Crystal, and the spirits are with you.

LilyClan's Origin Story:
Lily was once a loner, cast aside by her twolegs and left to die after being tossed into a fast flowing river. She would have drowned if the current hadn't carried her to a nearby bank. A kind she cat, named Sage, had found Lily and nursed her back from the brink of death. Lily had, at first, been very grateful towards the she cat and looked up to her as if she were her own mother. However this didn't last. Sage grew very attached to Lily, never letting her leave the makeshift nest that she had build from twigs and moss. As Liky grew, she became tired of her confinement to the small nest. One night, at the age of 8 moons, Lily left the nest as Sage slept and walked as far as her I experienced legs would let her. After managing to climb and small hill, she looked out on the many forests and fields before her. Her breath caught as she realised the beauty of the work around her. Even though she was thankful towards Sage, she knew that she had to leave and find her own territory. Without looking back, Lily left that very night, travelling for many days before finding a small glade and settling down. Other cats had joined her on her journey and named her their leader.
One night, as the rest of her friends slept, Lily was kept awake by an aching in her heart. She'd been feeling like something was missing ever since becoming the leader of the small group. Leaving her friends, Lily set out on a walk to clear her head. After an hour or so, she came across a tall hill with a large cliff situated in top. After traveling to the top of the hill, Lily happened across some strange purple flowers. Noticing their beauty, she took one between her teach and took it with her. Just before she was a bout to leave, she noticed a small entrance to a very dark cave. Something seemed to be calling to her from within. Unable to resist the pull of fate, Lily entered the cave and traveled through the winding passages until she happened across a large glowing stone. Pressing her nose against the stone she had visions of her ancestors. They talked to her about her duties as a leader and the traditions she must up hold. After the visions faded, Lily returned to her new Clan, LilyClan
Lily, now Lilystar, thought that everything was going brilliantly. All her cats were healthy and some new Kits had arrived. But peace didn't last. Three sunrises later, a group of foxes attacked their camp and killed a cat. This continued for almost a moon and countless lives were lost, until one day, Lilystar was out on a patrol and she came across a bright orange lily. Next to he lily were three dead fox cubs. She took it as a sign. Carefully she took the flower back to camp And left it in the small pond next to their camp. Ever since that day, Bo foxed have even been spotted near the territory. So now LilyClan worship the lily and the other lilys that have bloomed besides it.

Traditions
One of LilyClan's traditions is that all Kits must be able to swim and keep their heads above the water of the Lily pond. Before they become apprenticed they must stay afloat in the pond from sunhigh to sun set. If they can't then they drown and the mother must abandon the body beyond the border of the Clan. It signifies that the kit was never part of thr Clan and wad too weak to be an apprentice.
In order to become a warrior, an apprentice must survive on their own for three days on the marshland southwest of camp. If they do not come back they are deemed dead and mourned accordingly, but ultimately considered never part of the clan.
When a cat becomes an Elder they are promoted to the softest nests and treated very highly. They are praised for their service to the clan and worshiped second to the leader. Leaders frequently rest with the elders and take part in their rituals. The leader has a very strong reputationship with all the elders.
When a cat dies they are bathed in the lily pond and then buried under the closest hill to camp. Usually small flowers sprout from their grades, although they're not lilies.
Lilies can be deadly to cats and cause kidney failure. In order to become the leader of the clan, the Deputy must survive eating a petal of a lily or they are deemed not worthy and abandoned outside of the territory for thr foxes.

The Rules of LilyClan
1. Please follow the basic WCF rules, as well as these rules. Every participating member gets three chances. On the third rule break, they are removed from the roleplay.
2. 3+ sentences per post, and try your best to use correct grammar. I understand that some people have issues but just do your best to make sure it is ok. I would recommend checking what you have written before you post it, or using a dictionary app to help with your spelling/grammar.
3. Please make sure to use realistic cats in you Roleplays. No cats that have any unnatural colors, or unnatural abilities. When roleplaying, your cat is not going to catch every piece of prey, be able to leap the farthest, battle the best, etc. Keep it in a realistic spectrum. When making your cats, please also try to keep balanced genders.
4. Do not post forms on this thread. All forms must go on the Forms + Conversations thread (linked in the first post). Any forms posted here will be ignored.
5. Please be active. I simply ask that you make at least five posts per week. However, for higher roles such as deputy or medicine cat, I ask for you to make at least ten posts per week because bigger roles require more responsibility.
6. If you do not make a post for two weeks, you will be removed from the roleplay. To rejoin, just report your form. However, if you get removed three times, you will not be allowed back into the clan.
7. Please be polite to other players. This includes not killing a cat without a user's permission.
8. You may roleplay up to 10 cats at a time. If you no longer want to use a cat, we can simply arrange for their "death". Also, one important role per player (for example, if you're the deputy, the rest of your cats can be warriors, apprentices, etc., but not medicine cat).
9. When speaking OOC, please use some sort of brackets such as (), {}, or [].
10. You may create two cats that are mates, mentor and apprentice or indeed any other paring.
11. When mating or kitting, please fade to black, fade out, etc.
12. If you are going to be inactive for two weeks or more, please post here prior to that. If you do not, you have the chance of being removed from the roleplay.
13. If you wish to leave the roleplay at any time, just let me know on the Forms + Conversations thread.
14. No kit-stealing, please. I don't want it in this Clan.
15. Have fun, after all, that's what Clans are all about!
16. You may create any plots/sub plots that you wish, but don't be surprised or indeed offended if I say that you need to scrap the plot. I want this RP to go a certain way. Most plots will be accepted, but conflicting ones will not.
17. T. LGBTQA+ characters are accepted. If you do not approve of this, please do not insult anyone on this RP. Just move on. We don't need you here x

Personality:
LilyClan are ferocious and want what's best for themselves. They are devoted to there own clan members and will never back down from a fight. Many of the members go by the Leader's word without question. They love all of their members and are very close... But if a member disobeys the leader or fail in their ceremonies... Then not cat is sad when they're killed/cast out of the clan.
Pelt And Eye Colours:
LilyClan cats usually have dark brown pelts. Other colours that they can have include grey, black and beige. Most females in the Clan are calico or tortoiseshell. Most cats have amber eyes and very few have yellow. There have been only a few cases of cats having orange eyes in the Clan. One of which is Lilystar.
Fighting Style:
LilyClan are vicious fighters. They rely on their sheer strength alone. They have only a few strategies and spend most of their time developing new battle moves. Although it is frowned upon by most cats in the surrounding area, one of the first moves that an apprentice is taught is the killing bite. Apprentices train with claws out and if they're spotted fighting with sheathed claws they are punished.

Russetblaze had been basking in the warm afternoon sun outside the warrior den. Looking up to see pawsteps approaching, he stood up to greet Lilystar. "Lilystar," he meowed, dipping his head in respect, and promptly settling down beside her, "how was hunting?" He made himself comfortable beside his clan leader, shortly beginning to groom himself.

She gets worked up and anxious easily, and tends to hold grudges for a long time. She has low self-esteem, and is insecure about her place in the Clan. She doesn't really like fighting, but she didn't want to be a medicine cat either. However, she's also ambitious and vengeful deep down, and is not above manipulating or hurting others if she feels like it's necessary. //Frostpaw was born as a kittypet and had two parents and an older half-brother, as well as many other cats living there. However, their Twolegs were rather neglectful and eventually Frostpaw and her brother ran away as kits until they were stumbled upon by LilyClan a few moons ago and taken in. Russetblaze purred. "Way to make me feel better, pal," he meowed, eyes twinkling. Sitting contiguous with the leader of his clan, he felt somewhat proud, even if he did grow up with her. Though he was older than Lilystar, he did not think himself as better or more worthy than his leader. He even held some kind of veneration for her.
