Ilex heard Larkwing and sighed, "I only Betrayed because...because I knew I would be, I was sure of it, I don't know any of you, but...but you are so kind Larkwing..." She noted, overhearing the she-cat, "But Brindlemask was not hurt by that, no, she was hurt because of Heavystrike, he broke a statue knowing there would be consequences. I can't believe this..." She said, finding herself ranting to Larkwing, as her anger was only growing, perhaps Larkwing might understand. "I...worked with Stonestreak..." she said with tears in her eyes, "Is she really gone?". (What is this rank I have?) "She isn't here, she should've returned here when I broke the statue...." Larkwing growled. "It all stems from Voting, Heavystrike, was betrayed too. While I disagree he shouldn't have taken a deal with consequences...." Larkwing trailed off, her mind bringing memories of her discussion of the Vote with Stonestreak. |

"He...he broke Emigo's statue. I didn't know what it would do, I had 3 points. Even though Brindlemask and I both chose betray, both of us were unaffected, and we both decided to be friends. But...he knew Emigo's statue would have a consequence and broke it still. I chose to break Allie's to try and fix what he did. If only some..." Ilex muttered, and sighed, "Heavystrike, come over here. Did you know Emigo's would take away her points?" She asked, her voice wavering, but she stayed by Larkwing. She was on the brink of tears, she had issues trusting others, but she lost two of her friends...well...would loose.

(What did I miss you guys?) (Well... Heavystrike took Emigo's offer. He got the 5 points... at the cost of draining all of Brindlemask's. She's still alive for a while because of Allie, but the band's effect will take effect soon. Everyone is in the main room at the moment) |

(Well, Ilex and Heavystrike made it through the coals, and found two statues. Heavy strike decided to break Emigo's, but knew of possible consequences. Brindlemask lost all of her points, and they went to Heavystrike, to try and fix it Ilex broke Allies, and everyone gained on point, except Brindlemask who is between 0-1)

Ilex lightly smiled, "Okay. At least...she's still alive...", she reasoned, and looked at him. "I guess...I can forgive." She agreed silently. She heard sobbing and raced over to Brindlemask, "Hey...clam down, look at me, if I could...I'd give you some of my points..." she said comfortingly.

Heavystrike walked over to both Larkwing and Ilex wondering if they would punish him as a clan leader would. "Emigo told me he would offer the deal to only one cat." He began his heart still pounding. "He never mentioned to me he would take another cat's points much less say what the consequence was." He reasoned. "He only told me points would be awarded after going through another room, only after breaking the statue did he take her points without telling me." "You didn't know. Nor the severity of the consequences..." Larkwing murmured. She had wanted to check out the Library earlier, but she had decided jumping straight into a Trial was best... |
