The water has risen and laps at her paws. Rocks litter the edge of the pool, creating a bridge to the other side, where a black statue rests. |

But... your will to survive can't be weak. It's a scary experience, I know, but once you're gone... Hold onto yourself. Take comfort in the fact that you existed. And know that Emigo and I... no, everyone will save you someday." The shadow cat's words seem to come from experience, even though they're from such a young voice. Even as the number hits 0 and Brindlemask's form fades, the yellow eyes are full of determination.

Many questions soared through her mind to ask the shadow cat, yet not one question slipped past her lips. Her amber eyes were focused on where Brindlemask had once been a few moments before.
She had spoken with the other a few times and grown to like her.

One is called Nix.
The other is She Who Sees All Evil.

(It makes me sad to see Brindlemask go...Oh well. I'm literally tearing up. But, there's nothing I can do about it. I can't believe I got so attached to her.  ) As Brindlemask heard Allie's words, her gaze filled with confidence. She looked around her, a sad, but happy smile on her face. She had made many friends on this experience. Now she had to go. "I'll miss you guys..." She croaked with sad, and happiness. "But I want you all to never forget about me. I'll...I'll always be there for you guys." Brindlemask smiled, even thought tears ebbed down her cheeks. She felt happy, happy that she had friends. As she faded away, she kept her gaze on Ilex and Larkwing. I'll miss them both... She faded away before she could glance at anyone else. |

The book opens on its own.
They are nothingness given form. They are not individuals, for they have lost their sense of self. Their will to exist is the only reason for their unnatural existence. They only seek to exist by taking the existence of others. There are only three known entities that do not exist that are not lost in the will of Nix.

The book opens on its own, once again.
There is the image of a white serpent. Its large wings take up most of the page. It is completely white except for its head, which has a black circle on top. Its eyes are pitch black as well.
She sees all evil, and it never escapes Her sight. She has been awoken and will purge all lands that house wickedness. Evil will be plunged into nothingness, and everything will be purified.
