Bramblewish looked around wildly, but was glad that she was back in the main room with everyone. Going into a corner, she didn't talk to anyone but was silently happy that her number had increased by 1.

"I-I don't know. I broke the statue while Stonestreak provided a distraction. She was supposed to come back wen I broke the statue," Larkwing, explained, the words tumbling out of her mouth. The last cat she would want to explain this too was the one who betrayed her and Stonestreak, alas she couldn't help herself. She was distraught and confused.

'How dare this mangy flea-pelt even speak like that? Someone just died, and she caused it! Stonestreak is dead because she was looking out for herself!'

It was because someone she had befriended died.

Ilex heard Larkwing and sighed, "I only Betrayed because...because I knew I would be, I was sure of it, I don't know any of you, but...but you are so kind Larkwing..." She noted, overhearing the she-cat, "But Brindlemask was not hurt by that, no, she was hurt because of Heavystrike, he broke a statue knowing there would be consequences. I can't believe this..." She said, finding herself ranting to Larkwing, as her anger was only growing, perhaps Larkwing might understand. "I...worked with Stonestreak..." she said with tears in her eyes, "Is she really gone?".
