And Jas яєɗ Scarpath My idea is that the deputy position remain vacant until a suitable person shows themselves. The person should be responsible, very active, and mature. If they meet those criteria, then their cat should be named the deputy if applicable. They themselves will then he given the "RP Moderator" status, allowing them to enforce the RP rules anywhere in any four Clans. My idea for the member staff ranks:
Admin - Us. The highest-ranking staff members; our final word is the final word. We'll have a PM between all four of us, where we can discuss major decisions. Only we can start natural disasters and create prophecies/omens.
RP Moderator - The people who own deputies, and anyone else who the admins agree is responsible and active enough for the position. They can enforce the rules in the roleplay as a whole rather than just the Clan their cat(s) is/are in. While they can't create natural disasters or prophecies, they can grant permission for a character to be killed or have a predator appear. They can also suspend roleplayers for breaking rules, but must get an admin's approval before suspending for greater than 7 days.
Clan Moderator - Anyone who we feel is responsible and mature, but perhaps not enough so to be an RP Moderator. They cannot give permission for cats to die or for predators to appear, nor can they influence time, the weather, or prophecies. All they can do is enforce the rules in their own Clan. Outside of the Clan in which they are Clan moderator, they have the influence of an ordinary member. They can suspend someone for up to 24 hours, but after that need an admin's permission.
I'm thinking a staff member will be required to say so in their siggies or their statuses, just so people can know right away who they are. Thoughts?
