Hmm I'd love to add another Clan and play here-Snow or IceClan who live in the mountains and of course, derived from Maine Coon stock, would have pelts off many colors which actually shed out and go white in winter from a mutation in their genetics reverting to long gone ancestors deep in the Maine Coon and cat genetics. Long haired, very large, strong cats with massive paws with a lot of polydactyls.
The original cats from this Clan would be descendants of Kyestorm and Demonstone, and that is where the lore originates as they bring old Clan lore with them. They remember their ancestors with deep reverence, and honor them with the StarCave up in the mountains as their connection to Star Clan.
Have to think of something that happens in the distant past to drive their ancestors out to look for a new home. .probably two leg interference of some such thing. A patrol maybe consisting of those cats get captured by invading two legs and then escape to the mountains.
I have to come up with a character list but this is what came to me off the cuff. I am open to suggestions for names and such. . . so if I can play with this let me know and I'll get a history going. Only thing is their territory would be up in a mountain range nearby I'd think.

remember it's a fan world, it's all canon and yet none is actually canon.
Don't worry about allegiances seriously just go with whatever characters you want ;D
Especially in the beginning. You can work off others' characters later, but right now there aren't anyone else's characters to use, that's up to you guys to provide for us!

Lol. I wanted each of the Clans to have a lot of cats because the plot focused on a rift that split them in two, unfortunately that makes coming up with names extremely difficult.

Hello! Just wondering, but would any of the Clans be able to have a ginger cat? I looked on the font page and I saw mostly browns, blacks, and grays. :/
Another question, does it matter if my story is based mainly off of just two cats that are in the Clans? Meaning it wouldn't exactly be a huge turning point in Clan history? Not that it won't be a good story though. c:

Yeah, most of them would. Especially more russet cats, though the forest cats would be able to better support orange/gingers. One of my mains from my short was ginger patched in Storm.
And please do! That's really the point of this place. Most people are thinking big, but the small scale things are just as important to the world.
