Heavywolf should try to help the tom alongside with Roseshine but with caution. stonekeeper "Okay, but we need to be careful," Heavywolf cautions, leading the way down the slope toward the injured tom. Roseshine appreciates Heavywolf's assistence. +1 respect. As the two she-cats near the tom, he squeals, trying to back away from them. Up closer now, it's clear that one of his front paws is twisted in the wrong direction, and he keeps one of his back legs lifted to try to keep any weight off of it. He doesn't get far before nearly tumbling, but Roseshine is quick enough to grab him by the scruff of the neck, pulling him back to safety. "We're not going to hurt you," Heavywolf assures, quelling the little tom's fears. If he were in a clan, he looks like he'd have just been apprenticed. "I-I climbed up here to try to get away from the rouges. They chased my mom off and- and when they left, I tried to get back down, and- And then my legs-" He seems very frantic, hyperventilating and chest heaving. Roseshine gives Heavywolf a wary look. What should they do to help, if anything?

They should try to calm the tom down first and then let him explain the rest of his story in order to try to figure out what they need to do next.

( Amora Alright then! Can I send Sunpelt [just realized I gave them the same suffix as Icepelt, whoops. Maybe they're sisters] out hunting right away, with Shrewtail following close behind looking for herbs?) For sure you can do that! Also yes it's a little funny, but cute that they have matching names. Sunpelt and Icepelt head out to hunt for fresh-kill, with Shrewtail trailing close behind. Walking at a casual pace, he soon loses the two warriors to their hunting- nearby if he needs to call for them, but not directly in his sights. Following his nose through the territory, Shrewtail picks up the faint scent of comfrey- but when he veers toward it he's surprised to see a black-stripped she-cat digging at the roots, apparently already gathering the herb. She is blatantly in DawnClan territory, and startles as Shrewtail nears, staring wide-eyed at him. What should he do?

They should try to calm the tom down first and then let him explain the rest of his story in order to try to figure out what they need to do next. "Whoa, whoa, calm down for a second-" Roseshine soothes, crouching down to seem less intimidating. "We want to help you get down from here, but we can't do that if you don't explain the situation first." Roseshine attempts to calm the tom, and succeeds! Charisma revealed: +2The tom takes a few ragged breaths of air, just focusing on calming himself down for now. Finally, he flops down onto his side, giving his damaged limbs a rest. "We were staying in a little tree clearing- my mom and me, and... These cats came in saying that it was there place now! And we weren't allowed anymore! They chased us away, and I climbed up here, and when I tried to get down I twisted my paw really bad, and scrapped my leg up on the rocks. I've been trying to find a good place to climb down from ever since, but I just don't think I can do it."

"Excuse me," Shrewtail speaks, careful not to be accusatory, "But you do know that this is our territory, don't you? What are you doing here?" The she-cat still seems frazzled, but doesn't immediately flee, shuffling her paws- which are covered in dirt- as she apparently tries to come up with an answer. "I'm... I'm not much of a hunter, but I heard that these "Clans" like to use plants," she explains, seeming a little embarrassed. "I thought maybe they'd trade me some food if I could bring this to trade, but I didn't think I'd get caught." Up close, it suddenly seems obvious that despite being quite a large she-cat, she's quite under her long fur. Will Shrewtail ask her to join? It sounds as though she doesn't have any warrior training, and only very little understanding of medicine.

One of them should try to find the best way to help the tom get down while the other should keep the tom calm. Heavywolf searches for a way down, as Roseshine keeps speaking to the tom in a calming murmur, telling him everything's going to be alright. He still seems a little frazzled, but he's better than he was a few moments ago. Heavywolf spots a thin slope downwards, somewhat steep, but less so than the sheer drops or staggered hops needed to get down any other way. The tom may be able to slide down there without needing to jump, but it could be dangerous. Alternatively, Heavywolf could try to support him or carry him down, which might put her in danger as well.

Does she have family she needs to bring it back to? Is she sick? These could all be crucial factors. After he figures out these details, Shrewtail should bring the she-cat along to find Sunpelt and Icepelt, and check for their approval as well.)

Heavywolf should try to support the tom on the way down the thin slope carefully. Roseshine could stay behind Heavywolf in care either her or the tom falls. Heavywolf presses herself carefully to the tom's side, supporting his weight and moving just a little bit ahead of him as they make their way down the slope. Roseshine follows closely behind, ready to grab if anyone slips. At first it's alright; Carefully getting footing, making their way down. But when Heavywolf starts sliding, she can't find her footing again, sending both her and the tom slipping down the slope. Roseshine moves forward to try and grab them, but she only reacts fast enough to save one of them from the drop. Whoever falls will not die, but may be injured. Who should she grab?

After he figures out these details, Shrewtail should bring the she-cat along to find Sunpelt and Icepelt, and check for their approval as well.) As Shrewtail rattles off questions to her, the she-cat looks nervous, but she does answer the question. "My housefolk have been gone for so long- they haven't been around to feed me, and I'm no good at hunting. I've been able to catch a few things, but not enough to keep me well-fed. I don't think my housefolk are coming back and- and I don't really know anyone else. I stayed in their den all the time before this happened." Soon, the she-cat is following Shrewtail to find his clanmates, her paws shuffling nervously in the dirt as they look her over. Icepelt has a single, small mouse, while it looks like Sunpelt has managed a shrew. "Well, if we think there's enough food to spare we could at least give her a chance," Sunpelt offers. Icepelt is quick to chime in, a little suspiciously- "Yes, but she's a starving kittypet as well. Will she really be able to contribute anything?" If she's allowed into the clan, this she-cat will likely have to go through some training to be able to be considered a warrior or a medicine cat. Should the clan accept her?

Roseshine should grab the tom. Reacting quickly, Roseshine grabs the tom by the scruff, sliding a little ways down the slope with him before coming to a stop, safe and sound. Heavywolf goes off the side, improvising a limp-body technique at the very last second. She comes out with a few scrapes, but nothing that won't heal easily as long as they're kept clean. Everyone is now safely off of the rock formation. What should Roseshine and Heavywolf do with the tom now? If they bring him back to MountainClan and let him stay there, he'll likely need to heal up before he can start training.
