Small Myrnin | AU Room The thing with crystal wings which had just appeared caught Myrnin's attention. Something about her caused him both to be very nervous and somehow curious. Not about anything physical. The ... dragon? ... who kept muttering about scrolls seemed curious about who she was and what she was. But Myrnin might have been interested in what she was far deeper than what her wings and eyes meant. He tugged at Hange's ... well, they seemed to be wearing a robe now ... and asked, "Who's that?" in a very loud whisper. Then he looked back at the fluffy dragon. He hadn't meant them. He'd meant the flying girl. But the dragon just kept talking and it was distracting Myrnin. Mostly because of the pound of blood from the large creature. He'd edged closer to Hange because they were bleeding, but now he stepped toward the larger being. The knot in his chest tightened and he hardly knew what he was doing as he pounced on the dragon's long leg. The attempt at biting them failed utterly due to the fur. But the small child was still trying, fangs extended and all. They were just a very, very small set of them and might have scared a mouse more than a full grown dragon.

(I'll try to respond with the Arcanist in the crowded hallway and Philomel in the AU room tomorrow! Sorry for being slow, I've been feeling really icky today and just wasn't in the mood to RP. By the way, I think I'll say tat Anika blinked out of the monster room. She's not sparking muse at the moment.)

Hook looked at Ougi sideways as she apologized, puzzled by the sudden remorse she was expressing. Sure, she was an odd girl, but he was doubtful of the unpredictable change of heart whenever it was in his favor. He narrowed his eyes a bit at her next statement, curling his lip back. “Yeah, well look where that’s gotten me.” He spat back. Despite his hostile response, the pirate felt an internal satisfaction knowing that people where actually starting to notice his change in behavior. As annoying as it was to have it pointed out, it was reassuring to know he was really getting somewhere with his efforts. Of course, his pride was sucked out as Touka started her little announcement. His eyes shut slowly as her words entered his ears, frustration crawling up his throat. He continued forward for only a few more feet before someone else was speaking to him. Of course they were. He took a sharp breath as he glared back at the speaker, eyeing the Doctor venomously. “What?” He demanded loudly as she shouted out to him. He stepped closer as she continued, head slightly turned as he analyzed her courage to try reasoning with him. He simply stared until she finished, then looked back at Touka and Enjolras further back in the hallway. “No,” he snapped, then seemed to rethink which part of the spiel he wanted to answer. “No, no, because unlike someone who’s been in a couple rooms, I know how this damn place works. Okay? I can go in whatever door I damn well please, just like we always have. And you can stay,” he planted a hand on her collar, shoving her backwards a bit, all while lightly guiding Ougi in the same direction with the side of his hook, “with the people who want to deal with you. And I’ll stay out of everyone’s way. It’s perfect.” He finished loudly, glaring at the two he was familiar with.

Ougi - Hallway
Ougi frowned at Hook's reply. There was something within it... At first the sentence would have come off as a joke, as him sarcastically 'embracing change' or something of the sort. But she wasn't so sure it would be sarcastic. Was it possible that the pirate was changing, for the better this time after so much worse? She looked back when Touka started to give a warning. She wondered if any of the newbies would heed it in the slightest; just as she was starting to guess that The Doctor would be the one to do so, if any, this newer blinker appeared beside them striding down the hall. The student slowed when Hook fell out of step and she looked on with an intense expression, her voidlike eyes a little less glazed over than usual. As if he hadn't just confronted The Doctor, or reiterated his past feuds, and all were happy and well, she trotted lightly along the same direction they had been going. "There's no way to know that for sure..." she murmured to herself in a soft, curious tone. The Doctor's first question was successfully commandeering her thoughts toward the physics of the Paradox House. "It is possible that if I were to open a door, it would be a different room than if you did. Then again, it's possible it would be the same room. That's the beauty of having possibilities, but no certainty. Ah, how this makes me think of the Monty Hall problem..."

Elliot : totally not wounded - AU Room Elliot had made his way back towards the group, and quietly at best. He didn't land too far off as he initially expected. Thankfully . Furthermore , the heartbeats not too far made it easier to pinpoint everyone. FUrthermore, the emotions of confinement made the group a walking parade therefore easier to locate. He did notice more life, then he initially encounter when in the previous room. It didn't strike him too odd, perhaps inhabitants of this-wherever this was. He spotted a large creature , he was neutral on the though, furthermore the other hearts were neutral so it eliminated the possibility of well anything bad going on. He returned to the large group , and it seemed like everyone didn't realize he was gone. I'm fact everyone was focused on the newcomers , who he didn't recognize either. Then there was their change in appearances , specifically to the individuals he was with in the previous room. As for the others he couldn't confirm. He made his way across the scape, his barefoot feet making its way across the grassy , rough terrain. His feet were covered in scars, and stiches. Furthermore , underneath his bandages and wraps covering the entirty of his arms , he had a few recent wounds that has recently reopened. He noted it by the smell of blood, but it was minor , given the immense number of fresh wraps he was covered in. He was going to ask Hange about their change of clothing , and Sandalphon about his appearance , but what caught his attention was Myrnin biting the reptile , who didn't seem to take notice. He raised a brow , confused. Had the boy taken a poison - and needed a cure? He had herd of strange cultures where you need to do strange things to cure yourself , so maybe was the case. He crossed his arms. Observing the kid, who after a second observation he noticed a significant growth spur. Odd... He slowly turned his head away , then jerked it bsck. ¡¿¿ slowly he took a step forward , heading towards the kid nombing on the reptiles paw.

As Maladict transformed, Hector inhaled a breath of surprise; in his world, only the gods could transform at will. The man watched the bird fly away, genuinely quite impressed at Maladict's talent. Something tugged at the back of Hector's mind. Stories of gods disguised as beggars. Surely Maladict was just another blinker... But then again he had just turned into a bird. Hector didn't have much time to contemplate, since the room took a turn for the worse. Dressed in a simple civilian's tunic, Hector didn't have his sword on him for a change. Apparently the House liked to throw curveballs. And actually, Hector wasn't sure if a sword would even affect bubbles. He did have a bronze dagger, though, and he drew it from the leather sheath. It was better than nothing. Retreating in these bubbles would have been impossible, even if Hector's pride would have allowed him to do so. The warrior held the blade horizontally in front of himself, adjusting his stance so he was looming agressively over the dog. "Stay back." He growled at the dog as it snarled soundlessly. He caught sight of a bird of prey swooping at the magpie. Hopefully Maladict would be able to outmanuver it in the maze of floating bubbles. The bubble dog did not listen to petty things like knives. The bubble dog is stronger than this! The bubble dog growls, haunches bunched, and leaps at Hector. The knife is in the way and as soon as the bubble dog hits it, it passes through, cut in half. The bubbles have substance still, however, and twist and morph instead into small puppies, which float back to the ground, yapping and growling and chewing with very real feeling teeth at Hector's legs. The thing about the hawk was that Mal had no handy knife to cut it with. Instead, the bird dodged around bubbles and over bubbles and tried to avoid running into new threats which were forming all around him and the one which was right on his tail. Considering his first instinct - more Bird-him than Vampire-him - was to fly as fast as he could in the direction of least resistance. This might have been an instinct he followed for a little, but that meant a bubbly shark and falcon were now after him. The shark was using the layer of bubbles over the floor like the sea. It was then that Maladict-the-vampire started catching up. In a wide loop, he pulled himself around, heading toward Hector. At least it was more likely they could deal with this if they were in the same place! As soon as he got close, he called out a magpie cry to Hector. A warning.

Short post bc action ~∂єѕтιиу hope you don’t mind me starting drama 👀) “HEY!” The contact was enough to snap whatever thin threads of patience Touka had for the pirate, and in a flash, she moved in between him and the doctor, and gave him a firm shove, which by Ghoul standards, meant it was enough to potentially knock him flat. “Don’t f(reaking) touch her. Didn’t you say you were gonna behave yourself?”

The Arcanist | Crowded Hallway 'Deadly'. The blinker from before had said that the rooms could have anything in them, and this only made the arcane god more curious. 'Deadly'. . . he pondered what Touka could have meant by that, chills going up his spine as he remembered the Shade. He froze for a minute, taking his clawtip off of the doorknob. Maybe it was wise to listen to the foreign beings. She'd addressed to the group as 'new kids', and maybe that meant she'd been here enough times to really explore. The serpent's gaze drifted around the area, but after a few moments his eyes landed back on the doors. Despite the supposed danger, there were many things that intrigued him about this place. He still couldn't help but wonder if the doors held answers to his questions. The other blinkers and their alien worlds were interesting, but the House itself provided a whole new level of intrigue. The Arcanist reached over to another door, and before he knew it his clawtips were slowly turning the knob. He didn't care to notice the dispute happening behind him. (The Arcanist hasn't gone into a room quite yet. If anyone wants to try getting him involved in the drama, go ahead!)

"Yeah!" Astolfo casually raised his arms behind his head and reclined back. "I bet any Mage would jealous of powers like that!" Julius mentioning of it being an easy way to kill people made the servant pause.
That... Wasn't exactly one of the reasons he'd thought that the Viper's magic was neat, but that worked too...
Of course, the second his own powers were complemented, he was beaming again. "R-really?" He asked, his expression becoming one of sheepishness. That was the last thing Astolfo had expected Julius to say, especially after experiencing them first hand. "That was La Black Luna! And yup, that's part of it's main use! Although I've never used it on anybody who wasn't a Servant and seen them survive... It usually just vaporizes them." The Rider froze awkwardly. "Uh... What I mean is you must be really strong to shrug it off like you did!"
Reminded him of a young dragon back home? "You know a dragon, too?" Excitement turned to curiosity as Astolfo slowly tilted his head to the side, his pink eyes lighting up like neon city lights.
And then the floodgate was opened...
"What's he like? Is he big? Or scary? Where does he live? What color is he? I bet-" Luckily for Julius, the servant blinked out before he could cause his fellow blinker to go deaf again.

The Doctor | Crowded Hallway The Doctor's expression changed completely from what might have been a smile to a small frown. She had taken a step back after Hook had pushed her, but particularly phased. But Touka cutting in, while nice in some levels, was unneeded. The Doctor knew it would just cause more problems. Carefully, she reached out and laid a hand on Touka's shoulder, saying, "Thank you, but I can handle myself. I got in his way. This does not need to escalate." The tone of her voice clearly held someone putting their foot down. She cast a single look of even more curiosity and perhaps a bit of excitement at Ougi, but hurried up to Hook. She hopped he was alright. Monty Hall problem indeed. Just like that, really. Pity Hook didn't seem to be thinking the same thing. "Fine," she said. "You can do what you want." Her voice wasn't angry. But it did seem to hold ... disappointment? Slight sadness? Something, but neither of those things were right. "Just don't look back at the chance and regret it." She was purposefully standing between Hook and Touka now. The set of her shoulders was another thing. It was clear that for all her calm, she was not going to have a fight here. Whether she could stop it or not was another matter, but her stance alone said she could. She nodded at the dragon who was already trying to open the door, addressing Touka, "I believe the curious newbie is trying to open a door. Would it be wise to leave him to do so alone?"

(I tagged because Kid managed to get to where they are.) Kid pulled to a complete stop as soon as he could get even a faint view of whatever that creature was. Then he slowly started backpedaling. The mayhem around him seemed to be getting worse. Something had screeched - distinctly - from two directions. Two different, animalistic cries. Which wasn't actually going to do him much good. Someone is going to die in this room, Kid suddenly thought, eyes scanning the cloaked and chained thing as he continued to move away from it. And maybe someone has, but I wouldn't know. Could he avoid the thing in chains? He missed his speed, but he didn't seem to get much above a swift walking pace like this. He didn't have anything to fend it off either. Too much time thinking and not enough running. The House was likely targeting the other blinkers and this was his. Well ... then he should probably get to the others. This thing was slower than him, which meant he could outpace it. Which in turn meant so could everyone else. Kid had backed up until there was an alley to his side. He couldn't tell if it went all the way through, but the House was always a gamble. He turned into it, his shambling pace picking up as fast as he could. At least he didn't seem to be getting tired. To the best of his ability, he headed toward the screech from the Northern side of town. Winding through the alley, he was sure he was missing turn offs, but that didn't seem available in this fog. He could still hear the chains behind him. They were no longer growing closer, but he wanted to try and distance himself before it started to show any other abilities which would cause problems. All he knew was he didn't want to be caught. He needed to find the others - any of the others - and they needed to find the House generated people who had been talking. He picked a turn, off on a new street, but didn't stay long. He entered another alley, relieved that at the shuffling speed (read: crawl) he was going, he might have enough time to double back before the thing in chains reached him. This alley narrowed, almost to the point that Kid thought it would dead end. But then there was another screech and he was spat out of the mouth of the alley into a very light rain of bullets. Kid cursed, but was glad that ... well ... he was sure at least some of the bullets had connected, but he couldn't feel them. There was also a very bright light - of fire - from somewhere close. Kid shuffled in that direction, trying to keep close to the walls and out of view. At least the fog was good for hiding. Which he all but ruined as he said, gasping a bit (rasping a bit) in surprise, "Enjolras!" And the newbie he'd forgotten the name of. They seemed worried. They were also on the other side of a flaming horse, which was ... probably bad. Mob to Kid's back and flaming horse to his front. He ... might have had better luck with the thing in chains.

Sky's eyes darted around when she heard the voice calling Enjolras's name. They landed on Kid, and Sky's mouth formed a little 'o' of surprise. "Oh god." She whispered, not knowing what to do. Thank goodness, the bullets didn't seem to affect him. She was a bit worried about the horse, though. Are mummies flammable? She worried. However, the shield she made before was quickly diminishing. She returned her wand to her pocket and gave a small frown. Maybe it won't know who to go for. Sky thought, a little too optimistically, before logic kicked in. Yeah right. More chance of us dying than that.

It wasn't much farther now, if the smoke rising into the sky was anything to go by. The crash sight should have been right over this hill. The band of skyfarers felt their hopes rise when they heard sound of voices beyond the slope of earth, as it seemed their prayers had been answered.
---
Sandalphon's attention had wondered off the other blinkers, now once again resting on the red sky beyond. The air was dead still, the breeze having long since stopped blowing, and it felt like everything was trapped in a sick stasis. Beyond that, the situation seemed stable enough for the moment. If you took out the fact that the world around them was in a stable state of decline anyway...
The Primarch had spent the last few minutes trying to figure out what to do next. Where could they go? The city? He could sense that there was still life there, although it was nowhere near as much as there was normally. That fact made his stomach churn in dread, but he knew he had to focus. None of this was real, it was all a facade...
It had to be...
---
The plains, by some miracle, had been relatively free of monsters today, so getting everyone back to the safety of the city would be smooth sailing. They would just have to make sure nobody was severely hurt first.
A few steps later the band crested the hill, just about to call out to the people they'd came to help, only to freeze dead still. In a matter of seconds, all the hope they had felt before came crashing down like the landmasses around them. Quickly, they all recoiled just far enough back down the hill so they wouldn't be seen.
There, standing a small distance away was the very reason their world was on the verge of collapsing. His back was turned to them, seemingly obvious to their arrival, attention solely on the falling islands in the distance. If they had to guess, he was probably savoring the sight.
Peering past the archangel, the skyfarers spotted the source of the voices they'd heard. Sure enough, there was indeed people there, although there was no sign of an airship, only the remains of a crushed metal vehicle a small distance away. Regardless, the strangers were all preoccupied as none of them had noticed the threat that was looming over them.
The band knew that they had no chance of killing the rogue Primarch, but they had to help these civilians somehow. Formulating a silent plan, they split up. One half of their number re-emerged from behind the hill, raised their weapons and took aim at the unaware archangel. The others retraced their steps down the slope and snuck around it's base towards the crowd on the other side, out of sight of the enemy.
The goal was for the armed members to distract the Primarch with incoming artillery fire, while the rest got the civilians to safety. It was a long shot, but it was the best one they had.
Once everyone was in position, the attack squad all placed their fingers on the triggers of their weapons and...
---
Well, it was a start... While it was best Sandalphon didn't go himself to avoid setting off a panic, maybe the rest of the group would have some luck exploring around the city. He finally broke his gaze from the sky and was about to go propose the idea to the others when he suddenly felt activity behind him.
Glancing over his shoulder to look, the last thing he'd been expecting to see was the barrels of Skydweller guns aimed straight at him. Not a second later, as his eyes widened in suprise, they all fired.
---
From where the skyfarers were, the backdrop of the red sky dotted with falling islands behind him gave Sandalphon an almost ominous appearance as he turned back to look at them, it's color matching his eyes. The fact his clothes were tattered, he was still covered in superficial wounds from his crash landing and had smears of (what they didn't know was) his own dried blood around his face from the blow to his head probably didn't help either.
Satisfaction filled their chests as they managed to land a few shots on the caught unawares Primarch, his once healed wounds replaced with new ones as he winced and took a step back. In a flash of light, the angel's now infamous pairs of stolen wings appeared on his back and he launched into the air. Deep down his attackers were now terrified. Those mismatched wings had brought an end to the whole realm after all, how could they not be? Regardless, they kept up the assault.
While their allies pelted their target with fire, the other members of the band bolted from behind the hill and headed towards the rest of the blinkers. "Heeey! Is everyone here alright?" One of them, a young man, spoke up as they reached them, waving a arm in greeting. "We heard you guys crash and came to help!" He took a quick glance at the characters around him, eyes stopping for a sec on the weird beast-dragon sitting nearby. Must have been a pet... Nobody looked too hurt, at least not enough to need assistance with moving.
"It's a good thing we found you when we did, because your landing must have caught the Rogue Primarch's attention for some reason. We spotted him watching you from a small distance away when we first arrived." He shot a nervous look back at the squad still keeping Sandalphon occupied. As of yet, the archangel hadn't retaliated against at his attackers. He was simply dodging the incoming barrage of gunfire being blasted at him. "The rest of our group is keeping him busy, but I don't know how long that will last."
The young man turned back towards the blinkers, giving them a half confident thumbs up. Despite his confident exterior, there was a strong hint of resignation ebbing from him. "Sorry to rush you all, but we've got to get out of here while we still can. We'll help get you to the city. While there won't be much we can do stop that monster if he decides to level the island, you'll at least be safer there than out here."

Hook cursed Touka’s name in a quiet groan as she shouted out at him, a disappointment sinking in his chest as the swelling anger still swirled in his gut. How did he end up here every damn time? He wanted to scream at the ghoul, and wanted to reason with her at the same time, anything to defend himself...but mostly he knew he had to walk away before things got worse. He glared at her over the group as the Doctor spoke up, his eyes locked as he started to step backwards more. As the Doctor granted him the freedom to move on he fixed his collar promptly, still staring at Touka hard. “Don’t act like the lot of you aren’t just as bad. You don’t want me to change because you’re just as bad! You’re ready to jump down my throat with every breath I take - what are you poor bastards going to do without me?” He spat his words without much thought, then with his first breath his seemed to hesitate with where he was going with his rant. He was supposed to be walking away after all. Shade needed him to walk away. He wasn’t sure if playing the victim was going to get him far anymore anyways. “F[rack],” he muttered, turned heel, and again went on with his effort to leave the group.

Kelsier wasn’t sure how to respond to him. Mostly because he wasn’t used to being the less relaxed person in a House conversation. Well, not exactly less relaxed. Less optimistic, maybe. He was used to fighting with a genuine smile and proving to the world that he wasn’t broken, but Orpheus seemed to take that concept and run with it. Not only did he prove that he was whole, it didn’t even seem hard for him to believe there was real good in this place he couldn’t possibly understand. He was either incredibly brave or incredibly naive. Kelsier chose to believe the former. “That might be the best response to that question I’ve heard here.” He answered with a chuckle in his tone, and tilted his head, a half smile tugging the left side of his mouth up. “Yeah, I probably couldn’t really answer any of your questions, but people usually ask anyway so I thought I’d ask,” He expression twitched, not exactly grim, but a little heavier. Rooms. “Yeah...I don’t know L, but he’s right. The rooms are no joke.” Especially when they make you tear secrets deep from your chest, for example. “But they aren’t all bad. Just like the House. Some of them...” the butterfly room flashed behind his hazel eyes and his half smile deepened. “ some of them are incredible.” Orpheus frowned, slightly. He hadn't really meant to set himself up as different from anyone else in the House, but the truth was that if there were no answers, it would be useless to try and press for them. If there were answers, as there were bound to be, that nobody knew, then at some point they would be revealed. Perhaps that would take some cleverness and probably a huge deal of persuasion, but the kind of questions he had about the House couldn't be answered by anyone who had been there unless they had actively talked to the House. Orpheus didn't think that seemed likely... at least nobody had yet mentioned something like that happening. He turned his attention back to Kelsier's words, cluing in to the dismay he seemed to push away at the thought of rooms. There was something haunted in Kelsier's eye, though Orpheus didn't see it long enough to even really catch a glimpse. "I think I'd like to try one anyway," he admitted. "And if it hurts, or if it's dangerous... then..." he frowned, unsure how to verbalize what he felt. "Then I suppose I'll understand what it is we're dealing with." What it is we have to fight back against with every ounce of music and hope in our souls, he thought, but didn't say. L had been on board, but he didn't know if he would sound insane introducing the idea right now with Kelsier. "I... you don't have to answer, but what was the worst room you've been in?"

Ougi - Hallway
Ougi's shoulders rose when Touka confronted Hook, a little more than irritation triggering the movement. She had never developed a grudge against the ghoul, but right now she pitied her for her brashness. If there was anything Ougi wasn't, it was reckless, and she was one to degrade anyone else who, as she would say, 'succumbed to' something like recklessness. Between The Archanist and The Doctor, Ougi scoffed from the amiable one's warning. "You rarely find yourself alone in this place. Even if we split ways here, there are ways our paths could all converge again." That said if you're worried about the novice, why don't you follow him? She kept the secondary offer to herself. Besides, she couldn't quite concentrate on the newer blinkers. She was facing the confrontation again and her pace had slowed to wait for the pirate, even though Hook had signaled for her to go on. Her brief silence said she at least agreed to some extent. If she didn't believe his words to the others, she would be picking it apart from start to finish. Instead, the student merely hummed to rev up her throat and looked up at him, hands coming together thoughtfully from within their sleeves. "The last part was a bit much. Do you really think anyone would miss you here?" It wasn't a jab at him. Hell, it wasn't even a jab at anyone in her presence. The source of the comment was the way she thought of herself in this place; she was--at least she believed--alone here, at least mentally. She couldn't quite imagine being integral to anyone else's fulfillment. It was the same reason she would potentially go friendless in this place, no matter how long she kept appearing here.

The Monster Room: Riders Block The horse was high in the air, ready to crush the individuals right below it It seemed like they weren’t moving, in fact-they seemed still. And down it came, its flaming paws boiling. And just like that, the horse landed on a magical barrier. The horse didn’t seem happy, as it bashed its head against the magical field, sliding off it like a kid on a slide. Back on the floor, the horse rasped the floor with its front paw, then coughed out fire. It started to strike the shield, hitting it over and over again as the individuals were still in place. The repeaer slowly approached the mummy, dragging its chains along the floor. It went at a really slow pace, one that the mummy could somehow outpace. Furthermore, it ocassionally would raise its arm, pointing but there was no physical arm so it was just a floating sleeve. The repear continued following after the mummy. Eventually the snail pacing creature made its way to the ally way entry. It slowly turned, and continued following suit at a very slow pace. Bullets continued to whizz through the ally from a distnace. And then-they stopped. The mob and Yard was at a distance where they could see the massive flaming horse. The people also noticed that the horse was trying to break a clear dome-which to the people was glass. “Hey…” Someone from the mob pulled on one of the yard’s shoulders. “Let’s leave them to end one another.” ANother mob member leaned in, “I agree.” “Would save us time.” A yard member replied. The head yard member shifted his foot, looking towards the outline up ahead and the people. After thinking it through he shrugged. “F-Fine….” He watched the others start walking away. He then spoke up again, “To those who walk away, you will be reported as traitors.” He further added darkly. This made a few mob members stop, as well as a few yard members. Yet, the one’s who fled, took the chance to retreat. Now the mob and yard members who stayed regripped their weapons and started to attack once again, slowly approaching. This didn’t make the horse happy. In fact, this made the trot back its hind leg, releasing a massive wave of fire towards the reamining Yard and Mob members. The people in the background, screamed, jumped out of the way, and others fell back burnt by the wave of fire. Furthermore, for a brief second the wave of fire, cleared up the fog-only enough to see the people fall back forefully. As the fog returned, as did the sound of moaning, complaining and pain. The flaming horse returned its attention to the blinkers under the shield. It continued to pound and hammer at the shield, with its burning flaming paws. The horse was right in front of them, blocking the blinkers way of returning the way they came. Behind them, in the distance; the outlines of dozens of hornets came into a closer view. Their wings hovered, and flapped creating the loud unison hovering sound. To the blinkers right, there was a ladder, leading to the rooftop where giant porcupines were just roaming freely. Under the blinkers feet was a semi opened metal manhole cover that going down contained stairs leading to the underground sewage line. Unlike the porcupines on the rooftop, there was nothing underneath. The fog was somewhat more controlled underneath , except it was pitch dark-given the lack of light placed under, and the fog covering any natural light that could enter. The fog was thick to the point that the Vicar stopped. He looked back the woman, who in turn looked towards the Round man. They were uncertain as to which way to continue towards, in order to reach hellfire. They couldn’t see in front of them at this point. “Which way?” The Round man asked the Yard Captain. The Yard Captain blinked, “Excuse me?” “Well, this is your mission after all.” The round man added. The yard captain stepped forward, looking around, and trying to remember by shuffling his feet along the ground. Thankfully some of the cobblestone on the floor had some rugged cracks, that was a way for the yard to make their way around town. Meanwhile the woman walked over to the volunteer, lightly brushing him on the shoulder, so that he let go of the doctor. She gripped her whip rightly. The doctor who was released from his grasp, stood in place head down. The woman raised an arm, and agressively lashed out. In panic the doctor raised his hands over his face, obtaining a few large nasty cuts across his arms; which started bleeding new wounds, and reopened old wounds. He silently kept his head down. “Let’s-er… move on.” The Vicar vocally interjected. The woman hesitated. Then she took a step towards the others who were heading int he next direction to get out of town. But then she turned back towards the doctor, with the whip; lashing at him across the arms once more, then wrapping the whip along his arm. “What are you doing-” The round man cried out in confusion. “What should have been done-” She was cut off. The yard captain interjected, gun at hand. “Not here.” He added. The volunteer stepped back. I… need to get- He snapped hearing his name called. “Y-Yes!?” “Go on ahead.” The Yard Captain, the Woman, and Vicar called out. The volunteer seemed to be dumbfounded not understanding what was going on. But when the round man tapped him on the shoulder, he nodded. Quickly the Round Man, and the Volunteer grabbed The Doctor by the arms, and began to tug him along. The doctor let out a hiss of pain, as the two other men grabbed him by the wrist. He still kept his head down, ocassionally glimpsing at his arms, where the blood was starting to seep onto the Volunteer and Round Man’s hands. Town Square: Yard, Mob, Bassalisk, Flaming Tree
Northern Side of Town: Sky , Enj, Yard, Mob, flaming horse, kid, incoming hornets nest
North West side of town : Round man, vicar, volunteers, guest in chains, woman with whip , giant spiders and already set webs that are past the 6 foot mark
West of town: Reaper
East of town: Unarmed survivers fleeing
South of town, Bassalisk entering the town square
Note: - There will be a reaper approaching the group in the next post if you stay in the same place - Underground travel is possible, will provide a guide - Travel through the rooftops is possible. Just gonna be blind in terms of where the roof ends, and where the next starts - Read the last post too! Because that has some vital info!! - Next post will include exposition- - Beware the demon - Lots of blood, even more blood, the doctor is covered in it too

AU Room : Elliot, one man left behind Elliot slowed his steps, as he approached the adolescent child. Indeed there was something about the kid he needed to address, but something else caught his attention. Silently he turned his head, sniffing the air. It seemed like everything had died-and yet, there was something off. His head looked around, spotting Sandalphon who seemed distracted. In fact, much more distracted then his usual cockyness. He observed silently, wondering if he should approach and ask if everything was alright. It didn’t seem like physical harm-so the Primarch should be okay to tend to himself. With that somewhat out of the way-he less convincenly returned his attention to Myrnin who was still biting the reptile. Then there was Hange, who despite the odd drastic change of clothes, was off lecturing the kid in their usual manor. Whatever that is… Elliot crossed his arms, his hands unconsciously tapping along his bandaged and fully wrapped arms. It was when the sound of something approaching could be herd closly, that he spun around. To his surprise he didn’t initially see anything. It had retreated-and yet he was still too shaken up by his own issues, to fully focus on his surroundings. Elliot stood silently looking out towards the distance he could have sworn to have herd something. Hmm? He hesitated now, staying still. Yet-after another small brief period he slowly turned away, certain it was probably nothing. He took another step towards Myrnin, still hesitating on what he initially saw and herd. He hugged himself tighter, feeling like his senses were all out of wack. He could of sworn something was out there, but then see nothing. He slowly took another step towards Myrnin, again nothing. Another hesitated step, nothing. Another step, slower then the rest. Before his toe reached the floor, the sound of triggers locking made him tense. His eyees widdened, then he quickly slid back “Duck!” He called out openly to the group. The bullets fired, but they seemed to be directed-in unison. Something that Elliot was too familiar with in tactitional battle. He made his way towards the others, quickly calling out to Hange. “Get the kid, and the others out of here!” He turned his head to look at them, referring to Myrnin, Rue, Philomel. He turned his head back, to get a glimpse of the Primarch. Elliot tensed, as his attention returned to everything in front of him. There was a few stray bullets flying his way. Raising a hand, he created a magical barrier in front of him to quickly deflect the bullets. Elliot made his way towards the Primarch. Yet it was irritating, seeing as his theory about all the fire being targetted in unison seemed to be true. He took a few steps back, taking refuge behind a tree. His attention switched back and forth between the group he ordered to flee, the incoming fire, and the Primarch rising to the skies. The call of another incoming voice, approaching the dragon, young kid, and the humans seemed to be concerned for their well being. Why? He raised a brow, then turned his head towards the Primarch in the air. What’s going on? He tried to make sense of the situation. He didn’t trust the strangers approaching to help the group, then again-maybe it would be best to let things play out? If Hange , Myrnin, Rue and Philomedal left the scene; then he and most likely Sandalphon could openly interigate without restrictions. Furthermore, Hange, and Myrnin still have the crystals. We can use that to reach them after.

As Touka lunged forward, Enjolras was right behind her. One blink, House. They couldn't have one blink without some sort of incident. As Touka gave Hook an inhumanely strong push, Enjolras was grateful for the fact that some people in the House had powers. Even if it got a bit awkward being one of the few completely normal humans sometimes. But then again, he wasn't keen to start another fight, even though if it came down to it he'd back Touka of course. As the Doctor stepped in and words were exchanged instead of blows, Enjolras exhaled a quiet breath. If people didn't get along, fine. But he just wanted to keep any actual fights out of the House. The place was dangerous enough as it was. "Fine. We can follow the dragon into a room, and anyone who wants to come with can come with. There's no rule about not going off on your own, anyways. It's just usually better to go with a group."

The fire demon, despite its shape, did not act like a horse at all. Enjolras ducked away as a flaming hoof whistled by inches away from his face. He felt the hot wind searing his skin and he ducked away, taking refuge under Sky's magic barrier. As the horse pounded on it, he looked over at Sky. If she hadn't warned him about the beast he'd probably be dead. He'd have to thank her once some of the commotion died down.
"If we can get past it, we can follow the others to those people." Though it seemed dicey. Enjolras didn't fancy burning to a crisp. But he couldn't let go of the idea of getting back to the others they'd seen. Going on through the room just felt like running into more traps. And the House wasn't playing nice this time. The room had a decidedly dangerous feel. And, some part of him wanted to go to the mob. Blood was slick on the cobblestones and more blood rushed through frightened and angry veins. The House was messing with him. That's what truly made it dangerous. Enjolras shifted his jaw, swallowing back the urge to snap at something. If they got any closer to the mob they'd have a problem on their hands.
"Kid? We're over here!" Enjolras called back, waving an arm. Though the flaming horse was probably a better beacon to follow. As the trio regrouped, Enjolras looked around. Back to the mob? Maybe. That ladder looked possible. He looked down and saw an open sewer line, but there was no way he was willingly going down there. France was in the middle of a cholera epidemic. Sewers were filthy. And he might currently be a member of the undead but he'd prefer to stay alive.
"Do you have any spells that could get us past that? Enjolras nodded to the horse-like- helio- something, Sky had called jt- as it pounded on the barrier. If not, the group just might have to take the ladder. At least they could try to get a better idea of what was going on, though with all the fog Enjolras figured they wouldn't see much.

"I... you don't have to answer, but what was the worst room you've been in?" Kelsier didn’t answer right away. He was thinking, about the rooms, yes, but also about this optimistic young man who’s thoughts seemed to echo his own. The House was dangerous? So was his world. The House wasn’t always kind? Nothing ever was. That didn’t mean you couldn’t see the color of the flowers. It didn’t mean you couldn’t smile and laugh, and give and trust as long as you could. Kelsier wasn’t naive; how could he be, after the life he’d led? But he believed that, just like in Allomancy, there was a push to every pull. A reaction to every action. The world was made out of opposites that were equally strong, so if there was cruelty, that only meant there was kindness. If there were tears, there was laughter. That’s how things worked. Still, when Orpheus said he wanted to go in a room, Kelsier found he didn’t want him to. He didn’t want anything to happen to the person standing in front of him, especially not a twisted room like the one he and Nico had endured together. But he knew it wasn’t his decision, and instead he silently promised to be by his side, come what may. ”The worst room?” Kelsier smiled, sadly this time. “I was with one other blinker. We went in and it was dark, with just a very bright light to show a table and two chairs, opposite each other. There were two pieces of paper, and on them....were questions.” He thought back. To the wild look in the demigod’s eyes, the pain that had been worst when the Mistborn wasn’t the one feeling it. “Personal questions. Hard questions. You didn’t answer, the room hurt you until you did. You didn’t ask, the room hurt you until you did. It was horrible...worse to see someone else’s life torn out than to spit out his own.” He gave a low, humorless laugh. “Still want to try one? I’m told that’s not the worst.”
