Masaki had just finished putting the seastone cuffs back on Shuji before he another of the crew knocked on the door. Masaki turned his head to look behind him "Huh, whats up?" He asked
"Captain said to bring the 'little brat' above deck now" the crew member said
Masaki sighed as he got up "You heard the order. Let's go Shuji, unless you want me to carry you above deck" he said with a small smile "But seriously the Captain needs to really make up his mind with these things. First he tells me to put the cuffs back on and now he wants me to bring you up"
TThe marine saluted Kuren as she got up "We will await your return then Admiral Kuren" he said before watching her head off towards the other Revolutionary ship

Hm, we put Rodas and the Elegant Pirates on hold and for Sabaody Arthur and Calli have been chatting with Kyoden and the gang. Calli's going to help get the coating done, and Kyoden's being angry. As for the buster call: Paloma is fighting Nakazo and Hayle is going to be fighting Kuren very soon, Melody is fighting Marcus and Ari is helping people get on the ships. The ships from Rev HQ have arrived, and you got back just in time for the buster call order to be issued xD We're also planning on having at least one of our revolutionaries get caught and Nakazo has been volunteered.]]
In other news, a shichibukai meeting has been issued, and two yonkou are about to clash]]

Arana tilted her head back as she let out a chuckle. "Those must be some valuable potatoes!" she remarked. Her gaze was immediately drawn to the railing when she heard the strange sound Matogai had let out. She blinked, eyes wide, and blinked again. "Did he just...?" She rushed to the railing and peered over the edge only to shake her head. "He did." She reached a hand over the side and a silky white thread shot out from her palm and wrapped itself around Matogai's arm. She reached her other arm over and did the same to Matogai's other arm before slowly pulling him up. "Honestly, Matogai, the railing isn't even that low," she called down.

Tatsuo began calling all those who weren't busy preparing to join him on the deck, and had them line up behind him. "Alright! Our friends are almost here and I wanna show them a good time! Well... We're gonna try at least, Raiden's a bit of a loose cannon, heh," he addressed them with a chuckle. "Now I expect you all to be on your best behavior, you got that? Unless a fight breaks out, then it's anything goes. Understood?" he called, grinning as he received a unanimous "Yessir!"
Raiden had lowered the gangplank and was waiting at the top for Masaki and Shuji before heading down to the boardwalk. He was about to yell over his shoulder when a flash of pastel colors caught his eye. Kandji had jumped up onto the boardwalk from the water below, and made her way up to Raiden with a slight smile on her face.
"I'm back, Raiden," she said softly.
Raiden had a hard time hiding the smile of relief that was creeping onto his face. "Welcome back," he replied. "Glad to see you're safe."
Shuji rolled his eyes at Masaki's comment and headed up and out of the room. "We're probably there already," he muttered.

Buster Call
Melody didn't respond to Marcus' comment, and instead just retracted the spines from her shields. She shrunk them a little, but they were still covering the majority of her front side. The gusts of wind from Marcus sent her cap flying off her head and she braced herself to meet with Marcus' drills. She winced slightly when they clashed, and she continued pushing against him to try and throw him to one side. "The buster call will be starting within seconds. If you wish to get out, then I suggest you do it soon," she said in a low voice.
Hayle was making his way to the very front of the ship, anticipating the imminent meetup with his colleagues. His rising hopes, however, were soon dashed as he felt a powerful presence approaching them from one side. He turned to see the tall figure speeding toward them through the air and felt his heart sink. "Everyone below deck! Keep the ship moving! I'll take care of this," he called.
Dash was counting down the seconds on his watch, the golden denden mushi resting in his other hand. "It's been ten minutes," he murmured. Peering across the ocean to the island ahead he couldn't make out any sign of Melody returning and with a sigh he placed his finger on the fateful button. "Alert all ships! Captain Dash, with permission from Admiral Nakara, is initiating the buster call!" he yelled into a much larger snail. He pressed the button and turned to the other soldiers on deck. "Begin firing!"

Sabaody
"I-I wouldn't call it 'running away', that was a bad choice of words! I was just going to help you guys and then go back home... where I belong," Calli said, a bit of a sigh sneaking out with her last few words.
Scarlet raised an eyebrow and looked at the younger girl for a moment before giving her a pat on the shoulder. "Go easy on her man, we're lucky she's even offered to help us," she said to Arthur with a smile.

Matogai spat out a fountain of ocean water, slightly gagging at the taste of the salt. He spat out the taste before looking at Arana “at least I can swim. The second people like you touch the water, you sink like a rock.” He pulled himself over the railing and flopped down on his back “I'd think losing the ability to swim is enough of a reason to not eat one of those…”
Ursa rushed back up to the deck where everyone was, holding a few bottles of sake under each arm. She looked at the other ship, muttering “Well, ol sparky is finally here. Let's see if he's actually all that interested in a chat.”
As she got near the ship, Kuren had one of her legs lag behind, using the other one to keep herself going. When she got to a close enough distance, she used the free leg to send a powerful Renkyaku down at the revolutionary ship in an attempt to sink it.

Marcus glared at Melody before sighing and saying," you people real are merciless aren't you." Marcus then looked at all the ships and asked," tell me Melody if I left with you what would become of me, would I be?" Marcus only asked this because he really didn't want to be blown up today and he didn't want melody to either."
Arthur crossed his arms and said," fine I will ease up but know this is my choice and it has nothing to do with you." Arthur hated to admit when someone gave him good advice.

Masaki shrugged "Most likely. I wonder how your Tatsuo is gonna react when he sees you in handcuffs. I wonder if he will be surprised, angry or if he would have expected that this would happen to you" he said as he led Shuji up above deck "Though it will be priceless watching you be forced to speak the truth everytime you get asked a question" he added before looking at Raiden "Yo Captain, I brought him up like you asked"
The marine who was left in charge of Paloma's ship gave his confirmation that he had heard the order before he started to bark out orders to the crew to start firing. The crew was scrambling around, though in an orderly fashion, as they started to load and fire their cannons

"While you do have a valid point, it has never really bothered me very much," she said with a shrug. "I've never been that fond of swimming, or water for that matter, and I like to think I've gotten pretty good at avoiding falling in. It's one reason why I don't have a smaller ship," she added, with a smirk on her face the entire time. ~~~ Wano
Shuji blushed ever so slightly in embarrassment and looked away. "He'd probably... never mind," he muttered, not even bothering to look at Raiden when he was brought before the captain. Raiden glanced over his shoulder. "Good. We're boarding Tatsuo's ship now, stay alert," he said to Masaki. "Kandji, you're coming too," he ordered before stepping down to the boardwalk. Tatsuo's face lit up at the sight of the sake bottles. "Ah, good thinking Ursa," he said with a grin. "I'm thinking he'll listen to three sentences. No, four," he added with a chuckle. He took a few steps froward and waved a hand in the air at the approaching pirates. "Yo, Raiden! Long time no see!" he called. The response was simply a look from the captain in question and a slight nod of the head. ~~~ Buster Call
Melody paused a moment, her stone-faced expression shifting for a split second when she heard echoes of the first round of cannon fire. "We are merely carrying out our justice," she said. She pursed her lower lip in thought and stepped to the side just before a cannon ball slammed into the ground just feet away. "You would be taken into custody and tried, likely for suspicions of aiding the Revolutionary Army. I cannot say what the verdict would likely be," she answered him. Hayle's pupils narrowed into thin slits as he finally was able to see just who was heading towards them. "Brace yourselves!" he shouted, hoping they'd be able to hear him. He was thrown back when the rankyaku hit the ship. Water started rushing in through the side and underside and he could hear the loud murmuring of his colleagues below deck. He sent a glare at Kuren, and pulled out his naginata, his hands already sparking with Electro. ~~~ Sabaody
Scarlet raised an eyebrow. "Right," she replied. Turning to Calli, she smiled and patted the girl on the shoulder. "Ok, so, wanna head us in the right direction?" she asked. "Huh? Oh, sure! It's right over here," Calli replied. She gestured with her hand and started walking.

Matogai tilted his head to the side, letting the sea water drip out. “well, you have a crew too, so of course you need a bigger ship.” With his way of life, he was sort of concerned how well he'd cope if he ever ate a devil fruit, with all of his rafts breaking and the occasional dive for Sea Kings. “I like swimming too much, so I don't care.”
Ursa watched the other pirates approach with a pretty mellow look on her face. Her gaze drifted from the captain, to his crew, then down at their ship. She seemed to show the most emotion on her face when she was staring at the ship..
Kuren quickly kicked the air under herself so she wouldn't end up dropping down. She could see the “animal” on deck and simply squinted. He looked ready to fight her, but she didn't feel like wasting her time. She reached to her back and pulled out one of her giant fans. She opened it and swiped the air in front of herself, causing a harsh pile of snow to rapidly fall down at the ship.

Paloma and Nakazo had been parrying and blocking each others blows for a few minutes and it seemed like neither of them could get an upper hand in their battle. The few times hits had been landed were mostly by Paloma who had managed to do more damage to Nakazo compared to him, leaving only a few scratches from Paloma just barely dodging his attacks.
Nakazo this entire time had been trying to think up a plan. He needed to figure out a way to slow Paloma. He had thought of a few things already but she was making it really difficult to put one of the plans into motion. Both of them were moving at incredibly fast speeds and could barely be seen by any of the other crew members other than when they stopped for the brief moment that they collided.
Paloma still wasnt going all out against the man, thinking that she didnt need to go into her full Zoan mode or go full on hybrid mode on him but she was getting quite restless and knew she needed to finish this up quickly so she could get back to her ship. She knew of Nakazo's devil fruit and knew exactly why he wouldnt use it since it wouldnt do any damage to her at all and would just fuel her flames. When the first cannon was fired she let out a sigh Looks like it's already begun she thought to herself but that brief moment where she was lost in her thoughts, Nakazo managed to knock her down back to the ship after hitting her with the hilt of his blade
Nakazo pointed a finger up to the sky as he started to concentrate his devil fruit's ability to make a large ball of fire. He couldnt do this in the middle of a fight since it took too long for the speed at which they were moving for it to charge. That hit gave him just enough time to charge it before he threw it at one of the nearby Marine battleships.
Paloma quickly got up from where she was before going into her complete hybrid mode and launched herself into the air by shooting flames from her feet as she chased after the giant ball of solar energy. If that were to hit one of the ships it would most likely sink the ship depending on where it hit and would kill many of the marines onboard. She managed to get in front of the ball and thrust her hands out as if to catch it. When it made contact, it started to be absorbed by Paloma but she was completely defenseless since she had to focus on absorbing it.
(should nakazo destroy a ship or two? been wondering about that)

Nakazo picked Shuji up by the back of his shirt before jumping over to Tatsuo's ship and threw Shuji in front of him "You got some guts to send someone you knew would attack us Tatsuo. You're lucky I don't start going crazy on your crew here" he said "A few of our guys had been injured due to his stupid attack. They were way outclassed in terms of strength and numbers though so it's no too surprising"

Elegant Pirates
The siblings both smiled wide in return. "The pleasure is ours Rodas!" Adeline replied. Her hand remained on Raion's shoulder, as she could tell he was still feeling a bit uneasy, and her other hand came to neatly rest on her hip. "Well, now that that is out of the way we can focus on our primary goal here. We are all looking for coats, yes? Shall we get started?" Her smile now turned to one of determination. "Before we leave this island we will all be looking our best!" Raion said nothing though he did move next to Adeline to help minimize the amount of contact Rodas and Adeline had. This once again showing Raion's distrust of the fellow pirate. After many encounters Raion was not one to trust people easily especially pirates Here it is! And I'll have the other groups up soon~]] |

Arana gave a shrug. "You do have a point there," she admitted. Waltzing over to her lounge chair, she picked up a large towel hung on one corner and brought it over to Matogai. "Here, dry yourself off." Just then a crew member in a chef's outfit came out bearing a plate nicely laid out with sushi. Arana murmured her thanks before taking the platter from him and sent him away again. "Now, I hope you are not considering trying that again. We are in the middle of nowhere, after all." She held out the plate to Matogai, but not before picking off a piece of sushi for herself. "Hospitality tax," she said with a smirk.

Tatsuo's eyes widened momentarily as Masaki appeared before them. He watched in silence as Shuji was returned and the young pirate scrambled to return to his side. His gaze slowly moved from Shuji to Masaki and ended on Raiden as the captain boarded the ship with Kandji. He maintained the silence for a great moment longer before breaking into an apologetic grin. "So, he did attack you guys. Sorry 'bout that!" he said with a laugh. "I figured as soon as he left I shoulda sent someone else, but it was too late. Looks like he got the message across, though." He turned his grin to Raiden. "Been a while my friend!"
Raiden looked at Tatsuo, his expression the opposite of the other captain. It still bothered him that this man was taller by several inches. "I would hardly call us friends," he muttered. "Words will not heal the wounds on my crew," he went on, glancing at Shuji.
Shuji glared at Raiden. "That's nothing compared to the rest of my crew!" he snapped. "They're still sailing out there without a captain!"

Buster Call
As the barrage of cannon balls commenced, Ari boarded the first of the ships filled with normal citizens. He stood atop the ship, redirecting as many cannon balls as he could while the captain of the ship did his best to sail out of harm's way. A few had managed to graze the side of the ship, but it was nothing that prevented it from sailing.
Hayle's eyes widened at the sudden shower of snow. He took out his naginata and gave it a great spin before him, deflecting some of it. After wiping some from his face he gave a crooked grin. If snow was all this lady had, then he wasn't going to have any problems. It was a good thing, even, as the heat was starting to get to him. He pointed his spear up at Kuren, as if daring her to get closer.
Melody let out a grunt as she resumed her natural form and stepped into the small boat. "It may help, or it may not," she replied. "It depends on the individual hearing your case. Now go, my ship is the one directly in front of us," she said, pointing to the largest of the ships in the ring.

Sabaody
"My family?' Calli asked. She suddenly appeared very nervous, and averted her gaze before speaking. "Well, I'm an only child... and I spend most of my time with my mom. My dad's out sailing a lot for work, so I don't see him very much," she said.
Scarlet glanced over at her. "Sailing? What's your dad do? He a merchant or something?"
"M-My dad...?" Calli repeated, her voice getting very quiet. "U-Um, he's a marine..." she said, nearly whispering.

"Really?" It was the first time Kuina spoke the entire conversation. Sure, she paid attention in the beginning, and was about to say something when she ended up getting distracted by what was around her. It wasn't her first time on Sabaody, but it didn't matter. Able, simply listened curiously. It wasn't every day that they came by a child of a marine that was willing to help pirates.

Kana moved away from the attack enough to simply watch Hayle, knowing better than to get involved. However, the start of cannon fire drew her attention to the island. "They've started," She stated, her voice quiet as her eyes fixed on the sight.

"That would be excellent," Rodas replied, a small smile as he stepped aside with an arm in the small gesture of 'ladies first' to allow Adeline to move past him into the coats. He wasn't naive, he easily recognized the protective behavior of Raion, he simply ignored it, loving to get reactions.

(So what if, eventually, Matogai joins the revolutionary army?)
Matogai grabbed the towel with a hand and began drying himself off with it. “if it makes you feel better, I wasn't trying to jump off” he muttered in annoyance. He glanced at the food and dropped the towel, giving a look of betrayal when Arana took a piece of it. Quickly, he grabbed the plate and defensively moved away from her before he started chowing down.
Ursa smirked a bit seeing Shuji. She was relieved that he was okay, but couldn't help feel a little angry that he almost ruined this whole thing. She set down some of the sake she was carrying before wrapping an arm around Shuji. “it could have been worse for a troublemaker like you, you could have died.” She gave him a childish pat on the head “I hope you don't try to do something like this again, or I'll be angry.” She let out a laugh “I hope you like cleaning, because I want you to be scrubbing down the whole ship. Unless you think you learned not to pull something like this again?”
Kuren frowned, realizing she wasn't going to be able to keep her distance if she wanted to take down the ship. She sent another Renkyaku at the ship before using Soru to suddenly get closer to Hayle. When she was close, a swirling blizzard surrounded the top of the ship. With her closed fan, she jabbed it at him using Shigan.

Arthur looked at the small girl and said," a marine ah, well that is problematic given what we are." Arthur then sighed because the talk of her father made him think of his, something he really hated to do?
Marcus climbed onto the boat and said," Oh I know which one it is admiral, you forget I have served under you on a mission before." He then smirked and said," besides why do you think yours was the one I aimed for when you guys first got here."

Masaki's gaze snapped towards Shuji "You have no right to complain when you attacked us first. We could have wiped every single one of you out and left nothing but dust. You're lucky we left the ship intact enough to make it to land. They could even make it back to this location if they pushed it" he said his eyes blazing with fury before he settled down and took a deep breath. Masaki turned his attention back to Tatsuo "You almost lost some crew members Tatsuo. Be careful who you send out next time or how about next time you just send a letter"
Raion still had a snarl on his face and was trying his best not to lose control of his devil fruit. His instincts were telling him to protect and he knew that Adeline and Rodas would most likely end up punishing for it so all he could do was keep as much distance between them as possible. Raion was more like a dog than he cared to admit

Nakazo took this time to charge up two balls of fire in his hands until they were about as large as your typical pirate ship before throwing them down towards two different ships. Paloma had almost finished absorbing the first ball before Nakazo had thrown the next two. Paloma had to immediately jump to the next one so that she could minimize the total amount of damage but if she didnt do something Nakazo could just go around doing it to every ship
The fireball that Paloma had not stopped kept going until it touched down on the one of the ships before causing a giant explosion that blew up the entire ship. When the smoke cleared there was nothing left of the ship almost as if it had been vaporized
Paloma stared down in shock at what had happened to the ship before her anger got the better of her and she went into her full Zoan form. Her body grew until she was over 40 feet tall. Her upper body was no longer covered in flames though her body was encased in it and looked like a blazing inferno. To keep her in the air it was currently swirling at high speeds. Tatsuo looked from Shuji to Masaki and rubbed at the back of his neck. "Ah, yeah, I realize that now," he said. She sifted through the coats and then paused, turning to look back at Rodas and her brother. "Rodas, Olivier, what would you recommend to go with our friend's nearly all black outfit?" She placed a hand on Raion's shoulder. "Unless, of course, you do not want anything flashy. That is understandable, though not my particular fashion," she added with a chuckle. |
