Should have my new character posted soon. Got 2 devil fruits that I'm debating on though. One is called the combo combo fruit where the more hits you land, the stronger your punches get and a zoan type called the inu inu no mi: model- Cerberus)

| Raion is a tall bulky man standing at a height of 6'11 and weighing close to 300 pounds (136.01 kg) though he isnt fat but nearly all muscle . Raion wears a black sleeveless vest with a high closed collar, with a white trim on the rim, collar, and arm openings. With it Raion wears a pair of black shorts with white trim on the openings, in turn held up by a white sash tied at a knot on the side, in which he holsters a single flintlock pistol on one side and a cutlass on the opposite side.. Raion also wears basic black martial arts shoes with white soles. | Raion is a very composed and has great emotional control. This gives the appearance of Raion being a very calm and rational individual, though if you attack his pride, he is easily angered. Raion often comes off as remaining stern and focused, as well as rather cold towards strangers. Raion is also an extremely loyal and compassionate person | Raion is both a decent swordsman and marksman though he mainly specializes in hand to hand combat. After extensive training, Raion has above average reflexes, speed, and strength which is only enhanced, along with his senses, when he activates his devil fruit powers. Raion's Devil Fruit is a Mythical Zoan type devil fruit called the Inu Inu no mi, Model: Cerberus. Like all Zoan types, there is a hybrid form, where in this form Raion looks similar to a werewolf but the only difference is that there is a second head that grows next to his original head. The full form he goes into a complete dog form with 3 heads and towers over most people being 6'0 on all 4 legs but is nearly 10 feet when he goes on his hind legs. The skin of the Cerberus form is a lot tougher than either of his other forms. | As a child Raion despised Pirates but idolized the Marines, dreaming to join the Marines in order to hunt down Pirates and protect his village. However, that view was drastically changed after one incident. 10 years prior to joining the Elegant Pirates, a World Noble came to visit Raion's home island. During this visit said World Noble attempted to take both Raion's mother and sister as wives. In desperation Raion attacked the World Noble, assaulting the Noble viciously. In anger the World Noble attempted to call in a Buster Call, but the natural dome-like structure over the island blocked the signal of the Den Den Mushi, rendering it useless. The villagers drove out the World Noble, but the Noble swore to make the village pay. From then on the Marines were always docked in the sea, harassing traders and visitors that attempted to come to the village on behalf of the World Nobles; it got so bad that the village had to rely on Pirates for trade. Such behavior from the Marines infuriated Raion. And when his village was attacked by the Excavator Pirates, the Marines did absolutely nothing to stop them, again on the orders of the World Nobles. This was a breaking point for Raion, who from then on viewed the Marines as corrupt dogs of the Nobles whose actions in the name of "Justice" were nothing more than sad excuses to act on the orders of the World Nobles. | Doesnt really have a goal except to protect the people he has grown close to | West |

Masaki said nothing else during the exchange but he did look tense when he started hearing muffled voices in the background. For a moment, Masaki's imagination went to the worst possible scenario. He imagined Kandji getting captured before their was a timelapse of where she was beaten and bloodied. That worry immediately vanished when he heard her voice again. "Well at least she is okay, right?" He asked

Nakazo stretched his hand out behind the ship and ordered everyone to hold on before shooting out a stream of his fire at the water at a high speed so that he could actually as a propeller to the boat. They finally caught up with the ship and Nakazo looked confused as he boarded "Hayle, what exactly is going on? Immediately after you gave me the ok to take out some Marines, you immediately have me come back. Did something big happen?" He asked curiously

Paloma held her den den mushi in her palm as she looked out to the sea from the bow "Yes, we are currently en route to the buster call Admiral Nakara" she said "Is there any information on the situation as of this moment? I like to be prepared for any and all situations"

Raion stood at the stern of the ship as he watched the sea behind the boat. This was one of the only things that he looked forward to everyday, looking out at the vast open seas. Watching the birds soar through the sky and the fish swim under the sea. He sometimes wished he could do either of those things but due to him being a devil fruit user, that wasn't the right type anyways, he couldn't do either of them

Kana pulled her kodachi from its sheath as they sailed in case of an attack, especially since there would probably be marines ahead of them. Again, she wouldn't be in the middle of the battle really, but rather in the back tending to the wounded and avoiding any episodes.

Kuina grinned. "Yeah, a heist would be awesome!" She replied excitedly, before pausing. "Sorry, but I guess it's going to be a surprise." She laughed, not knowing the island. She lived in the New World most her life, the Grand Line was a bit of a mystery to her.

Rodas stretched. After the stress of needing to escape the marines, he took a break on the next island. He needed to get more bullets and supplies anyways. Running a hand through his hair, he placed his hat back on his head. He had bought a new jacket, as his last one was covered in bullet holes and no longer fashionable enough for the dramatic pirate.

Arthur growled and then pointed his blade at her and angerly asked," is there anything else that you have forgotten to tell me cause I would love to hear it."

Marcus sighed and said," fine but you should know it is going to be expensive." Marcus then walked after the revolutionary, he didn't like doing this because he knew that him doing this means that he wont get any more jobs from the Navy.

Arthur looked at her and with a evil smirk said," Oh you don't need worry about them." Arthur then sheathed his sword and said," if they want to fight me then they will regret it.

Marcus shrugged and went over to the docks when he saw the ships and sighed. Marcus then said," this is so going to be a bigger pain than it needs to be."

"Then again, being last would also be good. Show our power before arriving with the main forces is a good strategy. It's just showing up in the middle of everyone isn't a good idea" Masaki said "We'll wait for Kandji's report before we start moving towards Wano"

Paloma let out a sneeze and rubbed her nose "I honestly hope that wasn't Dash talking about me" she said as a slight shiver ran up her spine. There were no ships in sight at the moment but Paloma knew there was a very high chance that they could run into a few

Nakazo shook his head "We can't outrun them so there is no point in trying to go around them. Plus they would see us and if there is a Vice-Admiral or admiral on board, we won't get away. If we want to outrun it we are going to have to at least damage, if not destroy, the boat before moving ahead" he said "I don't see any other way"

Raion sighed "Don't come crying to me when it starts raining fire from the sky or we get attacked." He said "The only way I see us getting a new crew member or friend is if they end up falling for you Adeline"

Marcus looked at the ships in the distance and with a sigh said," well if I am going to become an enemy of the navy then I better start off with a bang." Marcus then pulled out his transponder snail and said," if any of you navy jerks can here me I decided that for the moment I am taking a job with the revolutionary army and I have been asked to defend this island." Macurs then turned his right arm into a drill and forced it to spin at super fast speeds causing a small tornado to form around the drill. Marcus then smirked as he launched the tornado drill from his drill and past the ship so it would hit behind it and cause a large tornado to form where his attack landed. With a smirk he then said," if you really want a fight then bring it on."

I am going to put Arthur on hold mostly cause i don't know what to do with him)

Sabaody

"That's the name I was looking for!" Scarlet said with a laugh. "Wow, we're already this far? I never would have expected that," she commented. Without another word she swung herself over the railing and landed mostly balanced on the ground below. After a few steps she stopped and placed her hands on her hips, letting out a whistle. "It's pretty here, that's for sure."
Kyoden landed on the ground neatly after Scarlet once he had double checked to make sure everything was put away properly on the ship. He gave it one last glance, hoping no other crews would be tempted to invite themselves on board. "First things first we need to get this ship coated," he said before leading the march through the port. 
Scarlet watched him go before sending a glance toward the twins and taking off after their captain. "Hey, wait Kyo! Don't forget our plan to get you a bounty!"

Near Wano

Raiden's lips pursed ever so slightly after Masaki spoke. "Hmmm, you do bring up a good point," he said with an approving nod. "Masaki, you are not my right hand man for nothing," he added with a smirk. The man was clearly in a better mood now than just moments earlier, and he sauntered over to plop himself down in one of the many dining chairs. "Now, what do you have planned for the kid downstairs?"

Elegant Pirates

Adeline laughed once again at Raion's comment. "Well, of course that is a possibility~" she said, not hesitating to agree with her crewmate. "But you shouldn't be selling yourself short, my friend. Just look at us, who wouldn't want to join with a group such as ours!" she said with a bit of a twirl. "So, brother, what is first on the agenda?"
"We are in most dire need of fresh fruits and vegetables," Olivier replied, smoothing back his hair despite the constant breeze. "I say we head for a marketplace first. Raion, are you in need of anything specific?"

Buster Call
Alright which ship do we want to be which? Paloma's as the one they're approaching, and Melody's as the one Marcus attacked? Or the other way around? Or they could both be some no names? xD]]

Hayle looked from Nakazo to Kana, his uncertainty becoming visible. After taking all possibilities into account, he let out a sigh and nodded to Kana. "If you wouldn't mind," he said. "Just be careful." His fingers tapped lightly on his crossed arms. "Nakazo, you will be on standby with myself once she goes in case something goes wrong."

A couple more ships dotted the horizon surrounding the little island, and the minor fix to the chaos in the town had reverted on itself. People were scrambling to collect their belongings from their homes as well as pets and food. Ari was doing his best to keep his calm demeanor, though it was getting increasingly difficult. He floated up to the roof of one of the taller buildings and let out a shout to get everyone's attention. A few people heard him and stopped, who then passed it on to those around them, and soon the commotion died down to a lull in the town center. "Running around like ants will not do anything to help this situation at a time like this!" he shouted, trying to keep the aggravated edge from his voice. "While it is not much, we still have more than half an hour until the buster call is to be initiated. Only take with you what is absolutely needed, the Revolutionary Army will do our best to compensate you for what is lost. Those who are ready, head to the harbor to the east. I have a man there preparing ships for departure." He looked over the anxious crowd and his hands clenched into fists. "I swear we will do everything to ensure your lives are saved."

Melody straightened up as the tiny island came into view. "Drop the anchor, we are within firing range!" she ordered. Once she heard the splash she turned to Dash to issue further instruction. "Gather your men and prepare the cannons. I want us to be ready the second the order to fire is issued."
Dash gave her a salute and turned to head below deck. "You got it, ma'am."
It wasn't long after the captain had left that the transponder snail beside Melody started giving out a faint static. Words could just barely be made out here, increasing in clarity until she could recognize the familiar voice of a bounty hunter. It was Marcus, whom she had worked with only once before, and so didn't know him very personally. Her expression showed no surprise as he announced his change of loyalty, this was not a unique occurrence with bounty hunters.

I'd say some no name for the ship Haylee Nakazo and Kuina are approaching. I was thinking of having Nakazo and Paloma battling it out on the island)

"If we get close enough, I can damage some of the ship. They'd be too busy trying to close the hole in the ship that they wouldnt be able to put enough attention on us." Nakazo said

"Oh not much. Gonna question him about Tatsuo's plans. What he was actually doing in our territory and other things along those lines. I'm gonna try to get as much information out of him as possible" Masaki said

Raion sighed "Marines, bounty hunters, civilians who hate pirates, really the list could go on. Though I'm sure that was a rhetorical question but still there's your answer." He said before stretching "A marketplace sounds like a wonderful place to start. Let's hope that we don't have to break the bank with buying these supplies. How much money do we have to spend?"
