Foxleaf headed out with her patrol making sure to keep an eye on the two new apprentices as they headed through the territory. She new it was there first time out and they would have trouble keeping up.
Snowtiger decided not to commit after seeing that Onyxshadow was unhurt. Instead he smiled and continued their conversation so he would not increase the warrior's embarrassment.

Onyxwind shook his fur out again, blinking. He continued to pad along beside Snowtiger, but still felt a little bit bruised from the tumble. "I suppose we're almost there." He remarked casually.

Blizzardstorm kept an eye on the water, and he watched as Tawnypaw slowly but surely moved forward. Pride blossomed in his chest at his apprentice's determination.

After Tawnypaw went forward a few steps, he came back up.
"The rocks are hard to grip." He managed out." This time he hadn't choked on the water.

` Mouse-brain. ` Tinypaw muttered, just loud enough for Onyxwind to hear. The tabby followed him. ` Unless, of course, RippleClan has caught it all. I'd like to put their fur on my nest tonight! ` She hissed. The apprentice laughed awkwardly and put her brown tail over her mouth. ` Maybe I should shut up, yeah. But my words won't hurt as much as falling into a hole, at least. ` She blinked her yellow eyes innocently.

"Yes, We're going to the RippleClan border," meowed Foxleaf, "So pay attention and stick close. You'll smell their scent soon enough and see what you think. And no they do not have webbed paws they look the same as you and me."

Snowtiger gave a surpised look towards Onyxshadow. He was a pretty easygoing, calm cat who liked to get along with everyone but this apprentice seemed rather aggressive. If anyone had a reason to dislike RippleClan it was him and he didn't bare them any ill will.

(Let's go  ) Foxleaf meowed, "No one will be fighting until they've had some training. The borders been hostile but we'll be fine today as long as no one causes trouble." She gave a pointed look to the apprentices as she spoke. |

Onyxwind felt even more embarrassed near Tinypaw, but nodded meekly. "I do dislike Rippleclan." He agreed quietly, "Anyways, shall we begin?" He asked, going back to his normal calmer voice. "Now Tinypaw, what is the first step to follow when hunting prey?" The warrior quizzed her suddenly.
