[[ it's okay! i just got back from rehearsal. it's kicking my butt, and i'm stressed, but the day overall was okay. how was yours? ]]
"Well duh," The Master sing-sang, following after Oliver with his hands swinging at his sides. He was back to being cheery, from being mad, but it was the sickening kind of cheery that made you wonder if the person was about to jump at you, cackling. That was a very Master move, but he didn't. He simply kept on walking, finally asking Oliver after a little bit, "Will you be sad, if you never see Myrnin again?" An odd question, but he was trying to fill the silence that was only being quelled by the sounds of their footsteps and the occasional noise from inside the rest of the museum.
---
The Doctor nodded along as he spoke. It was quite interesting to him, really. Where he was from, there was really no such things as vampires, other than in books and movies, and there was always the occasional crazy that tried to suck someone's blood because they thought they were Vladmir of Transylvania, born in the fourteenth century or whatever. "Uh, well, there is regeneration, but since I'm already dead I'd doubt that that would work, probably. I have, um, two hearts," The Doctor explained, pointing to where the both of them were located within his body, "and I suppose if only one of them got hit it might take me awhile to die. I have no actual need to breath, most of the time. I have some mind powers as well, but they're kind of dampened right now with whatever that is," he waved around the air, "and if you were to strike my left shoulder, there's a nerve cluster there that would probably paralyze me for a couple of minutes when hit." (Rehearsal for what? My day was pretty good. I thought I was getting a test today, but it was postponed. I've also been procrastinating on some of my projects, which is coming back to bite me.) Oliver eyed the Master, unsure what he was going to do when he wore that expression. The question caught him off guard and he didn't really think about it before he snapped, "Of course not." The truth was, Oliver didn't know one way or the other. Myrnin was a distasteful constant, but he was a constant. But what Oliver had said was a lie, even if only half of one. The collar contracted. Once again, Oliver had to swiftly try and pull it away. This time, it had squeezed even tighter and had left faded marks on his fingers when he took them away. They swiftly healed, but still hurt. "What. Is. This. Thing!" the vampire growled. Could it really be a collar that meant you couldn't talk badly of another? "What will you think if you can't see the Doctor again?" he shot back in anger, figuring he could try and test this out on the Master, if he kept him talking. -- (Myrnin has no sense of personal space...) Myrnin had already heard a lot about regeneration, so he really didn't pay attention to that part. The nerve cluster part was interesting, and he was tempted to test it out (because Myrnin) but the double hearts part caught it attention. Myrnin's eyes got really wide, like a cat's as it tried to adjust to darkness. You got the impression when you looked at him that he was a cross between a professor putting on a pair of reading glasses to study a particularly interesting bit of reading material and a puppy dog. "Really?" he asked, suddenly lunging forward to try and listen to the places the Doctor had indicated. What with his dampened hearing, he couldn't tell from this far away anyway. (I'll probably have Myrnin mention this in the future, but fun fact! Vampires, in folk lore, are said to have two hearts. Though there are no stories about this ever coming into play (it actually stated in the article I read that the only character in any story that's had two hearts that was of any note was the Doctor...) Something in common, I guess...? xD ) [[ i'm in a musical called once on this island (literally the worst show i've ever been in), so i'm currently out of the house from five in the morning to seven at night most days. yeet. i'm glad you didn't have your test though! tests are horrible. i actually have none this week, bless. ]]
The Master wasn't too bothered when Oliver almost got strangled again. Why worry about the vampire when he'd have to worry about himself possibly getting choked to death, right? They didn't even know what caused it, so he didn't venture a guess. The question seemed to be rhetorical anyways. "I suppose I'd miss him," he finally admitted, smiling impishly before continuing, "why, all we've been doing for hundreds of years is trying to ruin the other's life. I'd be bored!" He laughed, and the collar didn't tighten, because it was the truth. He and The Doctor were like ying and yang, except in space, and they tended to try to blow each other up more than they did compliment each other. He had a hunch Myrnin and Oliver were the same way. "You'd miss Myrnin," he decided to inform after a moment, nose scrunching up.
---
"Yes, of course," The Doctor replied, raising his hands to let Myrnin take his listen, not too bothered as the man put this ear to his chest. Thump-thump-thump-thump. There was a limit of time in which he'd allow it go on though, so after about ten seconds, he backed up, and straightened out his coat. "We need more blood flow to the brain, so two hearts makes it easier, instead of one that would cut down our lifespan by beating four times a second." He smiled, like the idea of having one heart was something silly to him. Really, it was. It was something that silly humans did, as well as other species. Some didn't even have one. The audacity! And then there were those that had three or more. Now, those, he didn't know how they kept track of themselves.
[[ ooo, interesting. ]]

(@ anyone who wants to deal with him. Good luck xD)
As soon as Asuramaru appeared, he didn't even bother looking around the room he was in, nor did he bother to read the note. He just crumpled it up, putting it away as he grabbed for the doorknob, slowly pushing it open. The demon was completely dumbfounded now as he took a step outside the room. What was this place and why was he here? Maybe the note had some answers... He pulled out the crumpled note, carefully straightening it out so it was legible. Quickly, he skimmed through it, laughing at the last sentence. "Heh, I'm dead? Interesting...how did this happen?" Once again, he didn't bother choosing any of the options as he put the note away, continuing forward toward the broken glass wall. He tiptoed on his bare feet through the shattered pieces as he tried his best not to step on any, though it probably wouldn't matter. "Is anyone here?" He called out loudly, smelling the smoke and seeing some waft down the hallway. "This is inconvenient...these darned humans and vampires. Can't let them out of your sight for one second and they go and mess everything up." Instead of heading away from the smoke like any normal person, the demon made his way down the hallway toward where it was coming from, mumbling some more to himself, his red eyes scanning the area around him for any source of life.

[[ ooo, interesting. ]] (Ouch. Sounds like a pain. I wouldn't even bother if I didn't like it, so I'm impressed you're still doing it. My teachers are not that nice. I have one coming up.) Oliver couldn't really say anything, but he growled in annoyance.. Saying he would was admitting that he cared, and he didn't think Myrnin deserved that. But clearly, the 'no, I wont' couldn't be said while he was wearing this thing. "I don't know what to think of him," he finally said in a gruff voice, practically forcing the words out because not saying anything would mean (in Oliver's head) that the Master would win. The collar let him say that, at least. He pointed a more serous finger at the Master, trying to think of a question that would test the collar that the Time Lord might answer without thinking. But he didn't really know much about him, so how could he get at a weak point? "Why do you try to kill him?" he snarled, using more force behind the words than they deserved because he couldn't really think of anything. -- (This group is so dysfunctional... But I repeat myself.) "Mine doesn't need a blood flow," said Myrnin. Though he was mad, did things without thinking, and was perfectly happy to do both of those things, so maybe that proved some unknown point. He seemed to be eating up any information that the Doctor gave him. He wished that he had his lab with him, and possibly Claire. This information could possibly be used to run the machine that helped Morganville run. But that wasn't going to happen, which he was started to regret. He started to walk along the path between the junk again, hoping that his senses would return soon. He tried to pay attention to make sure nothing else ended up flying out of nowhere. "According to folk lore," he muttered absentmindedly. "Vampires are supposed to have two hearts." It was just something his brain had brought up, something he'd had to manually erase when the history had to be cleared from the computers of Morganville. Back when information on vampires was forbidden within the town. (You want to cause problems for them? I'm out of ideas. ^^' Or wait. Either works...)

(I skipped ahead a little because I was curious.) Somehow I feel like he's mocking me, thought Kid. Though the only expression he allowed on his face was confusion. I'm starting to get a really bad vibe from this guy...or am I just imagining that? Over thinking? He quietly followed Aizen, at a loss for what to do. Somehow, he felt like he had walked into a situation he couldn't walk out of. "Think we're almost there?" he finally asked, looking down at the map and then back up at the ceiling. He thought they were almost their, but he wasn't to sure. Around them, the museum continued to look neat and orderly. Kid wasn't sure how long they had been walking and wondered what was happening in the other parts of the museum. A radio turned on as he passed it and he nearly jumped out of his skin. Ah]] "I have a feeling we're getting closer," Aizen replied, stopping a moment to look at the radio. He glanced at Kid, studying the expression on his companion's face and chuckling quietly to himself as he turned back around. "That is, if nothing comes to stop us along the way." He resumed his slow and steady pace, beginning to wonder how far into the museum they had wandered by now. They passed a few paintings mounted on the walls, and Aizen had to do a double-take as he thought he saw the image move on one of them. With a bit more observing he saw it actually was moving. A sprawling green landscape stretched across the canvas, and the branches of the trees were swaying in a tiny breeze. "Interesting," he murmured. (No idea how I missed this. O.o ) Kid looked at the painting, not very surprised. "Let's just follow the map," he said, pointing in the direction they had been going. He didn't like how quiet it had been. This all seemed to easy. Was this map really leading them somewhere important? It seemed to much to hope that it would be something useful. He turned a corner, noticing a door ahead. Wait...a door? There had yet to be any doors in the Museum that he'd ran into. "Hey, Aizen. I found something!" he called.

He turned around and walked up behind the thief, observing the door. "Well this is something new," he commented. "Shall we open it?" he asked, looking down at Kid. He wondered what could be on the other side. He had a feeling it had to do with the butterfly, but would it be that simple? Was the onyx dragon from earlier also waiting for them behind this door?

"Fun," The Master replied, almost reflexively, but a second later he was choking, hands gripping at the band on his throat as he tried to pull it off. It seemed to stay tightened longer this time, making his dark as water as he tried to gulp down air. It was probably only ten seconds, but he sucked in a greedy breath as it finally let him go, putting his hands on his knees. He hadn't even said anything offensive. But, he straightened up, rubbing at his neck as he took a few more deep breaths. "Alright," he said, mostly addressing the collar, "I try to kill him because it kills me when he doesn't notice me. Which is, uh, never."
---
"Interesting!" The Doctor chirped, "do you have two of them, though?" He supposed that the vampire really wouldn't have any reason to know, but now he himself was curious. His curiosity would have to wait, however. In front of them, plain to see in the middle of the wide aisle, a box fell off of a shelf. A box that had been pretty far back. Now, yes, maybe it had just slid on something, but The Doctor didn't think so, since it had just flown into the other wall of junk. "Uh," he began, glancing at Myrnin, and then back at the box, "did you see that...?"

They can go through the door or they can continue to follow the map. I mentioned that Kid and Aizen might be the ones to find the room Auransky's Akira is stuck in, but that might postpone them following the map for an unknown amount of time. Or they can continue following the map to find something that might actually help in the future. It's up to you. )

tinybreeze, @bolderpelt, Kuragehime, broken, Lark(Hope I didn't miss anyone. Anyway, Lark, I wanted to continue, so lets say most of the fires are out.) Conan finally let go of the door as the wind died down. He looked around through the disappearing smoke and at the group quiet near him, Kagura, and Eleven. The only one he vaguely recognized was Noe. A small fire was still smoldering under a nearby desk, seeming to feed off a small item. It looked like a metal birds, but Conan couldn't make it out very well. Either way, the fire wasn't going out. "What happened to AIDAN?" he asked Noe.

mintedstar/fur Kuragehime , Lark , tinybreeze @bolderpelt Noé let go of whatever he was holding onto as the wind died down. He blinked, looking away from the few small fires that were still going. His eyes rested on Conan. "You don't know what happened, do you?" He asked. "Hanna won. Tey were enemies or something and she defeated AIDEN. So both of them disappeared, but I don't know where they went." He shrugged, pulling the cell phone out of his pocket. "And I got this, Oliver gave it to Hanna, but I got it once she left." He looked at it, obviously confused.

broken mintedstar/fur Kuragehime Lark tinybreeze"That's a phone," Buck provided softly. He and Eleven were still standing behind the others. The little girl was dead silent, and Buck felt like he had to say something, even though he felt as though he was shrinking back in on himself more and more with every passing minute. It was the familiar feeling of anxiety, but nothing he could do about that now, really. --- mintedstar/fur"What, don't like telling the truth?" The Master snapped, clearly butt hurt that he himself had been forced to reveal something about himself, "would make sense." He shook his head, mumbling to himself and barging past Oliver, face hard and fists clenched as he stared ahead down the corridor. He tugged at the collar again. It only seemed more skintight. When he got this thing off he was going to make sure to burn it.

@bolderpelt "Same question goes for you," said Oliver. He followed him, because it was the only direction open to him that wasn't back into the silver spikes. The fact he'd turned the question around pretty much proved he didn't care to always speak the truth. But everyone had secrets. He cast his eyes around, searching for something that could be used to get these things off, though it was pretty much a useless endeavor considering the junk piles couldn't be touched. "Any idea what the rules are for magic items?" he finally asked. Did the collars have a time limit, or were they stuck with them? "Not that I know-" Myrnin got cut off, watching the box. "Uh, yes, I saw that." He wasn't sure how much to believe his eyes in their current condition, however. "I don't like it, either." He looked around, suddenly tense. He didn't want to get shot at in as many minutes. "What should we do?" he asked the Doctor, looking over. Myrnin wasn't much for decisions. -- broken Kuragehime Lark tinybreeze Stranger Conan nodded. "Ah, okay." His eyes narrowed. Was it of any importance that this 'Oliver' had left his phone behind? "It could still be here because Oliver is still within the Museum." He looked around, chest hurting a little from the smoke. A cloak was still admitting green sparks, which hurt his eyes worse than the smoke when he looked at them. "What started the fire?" he asked.

xD]] Aizen had just been peeking around the opposite corner when Kid called out. "Looks to easy," said Katio. "Is this really where we are supposed to be on the map?" He took out the map, then looked up at the lights. He shook his head when he looked at the map. "That's because it's not! This isn't the end. He pointed down the opposite hallway. "We're supposed to go that way." He looked back up at the door, a little surprised. So what was this thing? (Okay, we get a choice now. They can go through the door or they can continue to follow the map. I mentioned that Kid and Aizen might be the ones to find the room Auransky 's Akira is stuck in, but that might postpone them following the map for an unknown amount of time. Or they can continue following the map to find something that might actually help in the future. It's up to you. ) Hmm, I'll choose what's behind Door #1 please! xD]] "We could follow the map and then return to this door, if we make sure to remember how to get back to it," Aizen suggested with a glance to Kid. "However, this door does have me intrigued," he added. Perhaps opening it sooner rather than later would be better... that way he could get his curiosity out of the way, and once they knew what was inside they could focus on where the map led.

mintedstar/fur @bolderpelt broken tinybreeze Lark: Kagura folded up her umbrella and watched the new group with wide blue eyes. The room looked like a wild storm had hit it, but the people in it looked ok for the most part. "Explosion," Zoro said bluntly. Both feet were on the ground now, and he slowly slid his two swords out from where they had been jammed into the wall. He sliced both through the air a few times to get the dust off before sheathing them. "I think that AIDAN guy started them or something." Wait I thought Buck was with Nyx and Arlo... xD]]

[[ frick frack i'm dumb stupid boys. ignore that. ]]
"Magic doesn't exist where I come from," The Master grumbled, shaking his head in annoyance, "so no, I don't, but thanks for asking." The collar didn't strangle him, so at least he was telling the truth. He was a technological wizard, not a, you know, wizard-wizard. If anything, he thought Oliver should've known more about that stuff, being that he was the vampire here, and weren't vampires supposed to be mythical creatures with dark magic and stuff like that? He came from a glistening planet in the stars, it wasn't as if he'd grown up on Harry Potter and the occasional satanic ritual like most human (and whatever else resided on Earth) youths. He'd done respectable things, like school. And beating up kids for pocket money. But that was beside the point.
"Keep going...?" The Doctor suggested, teeth gritting as he cocked an eyebrow, and started to head forward once more, eyeing the box carefully as they neared it. As he was parallel, it didn't leap at him; it didn't even rattle, but another knickknack did fly off of the junk ahead, and he flinched again, this time shaking his head in what was a mixture of confusion and mystification. If this was Sable's doing, well, he had an odd sense of humor. "What, are you just going to keep throwing things?" he called, hearing nothing back.

@bolderpelt Oliver rolled his eyes. "I simply asked because I didn't know." He didn't come from a world with magic in it either. Creatures just existed that everyone thought didn't. It wasn't as if you would see people flying around on magic carpets and getting three wishes from a genie. He didn't, however, like admitting that he didn't know how to solve a problem. The vampire sighed. He didn't like not being able to do anything. He looked over at the Master, "How fast can you run?" he questioned. Then his form blurred, hardly registering in the eye, as he began raising down the hallway.
--
"Apparently," said Myrnin, eyeing the latest thrown item. "Though if this is Sable, this seems more of the type of thing he would do if he told us first. That guy likes for you to know what he's up to." He didn't even seem to realize he'd echoed something the Doctor had thought. He hadn't noticed. Not at all. Myrnin gritted his teeth. No. Not happening. Not happening. That couldn't happen, not here.

Auransky, your character ready?) (Sorry for short reply, but Shining's probably going to have to describe the room. ^^' ) Kid folded up the map. Though he wanted to continue to follow the map, he had to admit, he wanted to know what was behind the door. The door intrigued him as well. But maybe it was as dangerous as that flute. "And behind door number one is..." he muttered as he reached for the handle.

((I just got home Q.Q But I have to hurry up and finish my paper and go to bed. >.< ))
The room opened to a rather long, velet lit hallway. The hallway was a long one, with cells lined up both left and right, one after the other. At the very end of the hall was a light, which when approached appeared an octagon room, larger then the hall itself. The Octagon room was as well lined up will cells all around, in the center a nicely carved desk with a feather quill and paper. Before reaching the end of the hall however is an intersection with two halls to the left and right. The halls on the left and right were not as long as the main hall, but still lined up with cells , back to back. At the end of the two halls another two wide and large Octagon rooms. The room on the right however had two large guillotines, while the left was completely empty.
At the end of the main hall, right across from where the desk sat was a locked cell with an individual inside. He wore prison outfit consisting of black and white. His hands were chained to eachother, and his feet were chained to weights which sat along the ground. The young man's black eyes gazed up to the ceiling blankly, seeing as all he had in him was the rest of eternity to thin over his regrets.

Lelouch was only spinning a 3rd of his life. The boring parts to be exact. Living in Brtania, it was normal to have one's life observed at all times. It was common to speak up about personal things because of the spies, and tampering. He wasn't going to tell her about himmself being the supreme ruler of the world, that would just be the most unbelivable truth. He was to speak up but the paper caught his interest. His eyes followed it for a moment before returning to Sally, "S-Should we follow it?"

Not that fast. The Master took a breath, and then ran after Oliver's blurred form. He was faster than any running human, but nowhere near as fast as Oliver was. Think Usain Bolt, but short, white, and not a human. "Why are we running?" he yelled after Oliver, not sure why they were, exactly. But, he kept on going, not seeming to tire or slow at all as he tore down the hallway. He had grown up on the moors, sprinting here and sprinting there without much of a care. It, despite the fact that it had been countless regenerations ago, it had stayed with him throughout.
---
The Doctor glanced at Myrnin, before nodding and saying simply, "You're right." Another object fell, but this time he didn't jump. He watched. It was like watching some kind of poltergeist fling things in a fit of rage, but this time he saw what it was. A shadow moving along the floor with no cause, warping in and out on itself. No, those couldn't be here... but, as he watched it climb up the shaded side of the pile, he said, "Myrnin, don't walk in the shadows by the piles."

Kuragehime and AuranskyKid stared out at the hallway and the line of cell-blocks. He looked over at Aizen. "Still want to go in here?" He eyed the nearest cells, but they didn't seem to contain anyone. Which brought up the thought 'are we going to end up on the other end of those bars?' The thief still held the door handle in his hand and he was holding onto it as if the door would try and close on them. His eyes visibly narrowed. First the odd, almost time warped hallway and now a room? No, I do not like this. Not one bit.
