 Welcome to Sable's Museum.
You are Dead. You wake in a plain room. You are laying on a bed and beside that bed is a simple bedside table. Just in your view, across from you, is a closet.
You are tired and turn your blurry eyes back to the side table. A square of white on it catches your attention. You reach out your hand and look at the words that are scribbled on the paper in spidery handwriting.
Welcome to Sable's Museum. You are dead.
You have to reread that last sentence again, afraid you were mistaken.
You lay back in the bed and try and remember the last few days. Your memory, to a certain point, is clear. But then you begin to lose your train of thought and can't remember how you got here.
Is the note right?
You look at the note again and read more...
The rooms in this museum contains many interesting artifacts from many worlds. And now you are one of them. If you leave your room, you accept your fate as one of my antiques.
You stand and walk over to the door. You hadn't noticed it before because it was on the wall right next to your bed. Hesitantly, you reach out and push it open. The door swings on soundless hinges, showing you many other doors directly outside. You look both ways down the hall. The doors stretch a little ways to either side, some of them open to show a room much like yours. There is junk along the hall and you frown at it. It doesn't look like anyone has cleaned this place in years. It isn't so much a museum as it is the house of a dirty pack rat.
You pull out the note again:
Now that you have entered my museum you have three options. Call them a purpose of entertainment for me. And a way out for you. No one can say that I am not generous. Or maybe I've already had enough of you trashing my beautiful Museum and only want to keep a few of the ... special ... ones of you. Your choices:
□ You can accept your death. If you do this, I have no use for you. Those before you named an item in this Museum 'Freedom', because long ago it was the only way to leave this place. If you find it, you will be allowed to move on.
□ You can find 'Sable's Life'. A rather ... oddly named item in my opinion. This artifact will allow ONE person to return to their original life, where that person will be able to avoid that death. One chance at life. The question is ... are you more worthy of it than anyone else here?
□ Lastly, you can choose to remain here. Don't pick this choice. I hate this choice. Ignore it completely. I don't want you here forever. GET OUT.
Make your choice. Think about it as long as you need. I can wait. But once it's made, you can not back out. Once you start your search, all deals are final!

Important RP Info ---The native language of the characters is translated, so they all understand each others spoken words. Written words, however, are not translated. The exception is the note Sable handed out.
---Characters can sleep and eat within this RP, but it isn't needed, since they are dead. Sleeping is difficult and is often coupled by bad dreams.
---The fourth wall can be broken all you like, as long as it would make sense within the RP context.
---Time doesn't exist within the Museum. The idea of how time passes is personal. One character can believe they have been there for several years, another several hours. There aren't any windows to tell the difference.
---Characters can die within the Museum, but this would be considered 'the destruction of their soul'.
---Characters don't know what these look like. They aren't given a description. But I'll tell you: Freedom is a box with ornate, black decoration and Sable's Life is a window (the only window within the Museum).

The Museum It contains what appears to be a ransacked museum, with random items and displays all over. Really, any appearance of the place goes. It's possible to map it, but there isn't a solid description of each place.
The items in the museum come from every place imaginable and often times are magical or deadly in some way. So unless you want to end up invisible for the rest of your stay here or floating around like a large balloon, be careful what you touch or use. However, some things, like certain statues, don't need to be touched for them to attack you. So maybe you should just say in your room curled up under the bed.
But something just doesn't sit right, does it? You can look around and honestly think thieves have ransacked this place. Have other people been here? There are signs all over that people have ... You aren't the first who has been here.
Welcome to the Thieves Museum.Rooms and Events Event rooms are rare and usually come up by request from a senior member of the RP. Rooms can be considered 'items' on rare occasions and be 'collected' by Sable. Two to four players usually find these rooms.
Room history and who participated in them
Click spoiler tag here \/Hotel room with Sable's computer -- Next to the door that leads into the room is a potted plant, in slight need of watering. Across from this is a bookshelf.
A computer rests on a chair in the corner. A table with a coffee cup stands beside it. Sable appears on the computer, using it as a monitor to talk to the players.
This room moves around and can be reused on request.

Maze within the Museum --A 'danger' that caused more dangerous items and creatures to appear within the hallways made of junk. Touching the piles would burn you and you would be forced to follow the directed path. A wall separated a group by growing from the grounds. On one side of the wall, silver spikes shot out at the players, on the other it dulled the five senses. As the players moved away from each other one player was shot with an arrow and two had to wear collars that made them tell the truth. A mysterious mirror and deadly shadows also appeared.
This 'room' is stationary, but was a one time event.

The Velvet Room is a room located between consciousness and subconsciousness. It is here, where Museum guests can enter to refresh, reconsider, or re-approach the situation. The attendees are always willing to help: Repair items, hold items,and build if necessary items are brought.
This room is stationary, for accuses talk with mintedstar/fur, 𝓚𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓰𝒆𝓱𝓲𝓶𝒆, or ShiningDiamond

Blue Glowing Door: (Appears anywhere)
The Velvet Room appears as an elevator that is endlessly ascending. A table is facing against the Elevator doors, with a violet comfy couch in front of the table.
In the room you may find a long nosed old fella named Igor, or his lovely attendant: Elizabeth or TheodoreElizabeth has white hair and yellow eyes. She wears a blue dress that resembles a stewardess' outfit with five black-lined circles outside small yellow circles, blue gloves, a blue attendant-like hat, black leggings and blue, knee-length boots.
Theodore has Theodore white hair and yellow eyes. He wears a black-collared and long-sleeved shirt under a blue suit complemented with a blue necktie. He also wears black pants with blue lines running through the sides, black shoes, and a hat similar to a flight attendant or even a bell boy. He also carries the Persona Compendium. A glowing violet Cage: (Appears anywhere)
The Velvet Room appears as a prison, with all guests appearing in a prisoner outfit, complete with handcuffs, and within cells, which are currently In the room are two assistants, Caroline and Justine, who act as prison guards while Igor himself sits at the warden's desk. (or is absent)
In the room you may find old, long nosed Igor, or his twin assistants, Caroline and Justine:They appear to be young girls with platinum blonde hair and yellow eyes.
The twins both wear a black eye patch with the letter "V" over one of their eyes and a blue prison guard outfit. Justine has a long braid and a hat with the letters "O-Y-O-O," while Caroline has hair buns and a hat with the letters "X-M-R-N." The letters appear to spell "OXYMORON." They wear a brassard on their left arm. They also have matching black ties. Caroline uses an electric shock baton to intimidate their inmate. Any room that involves Persona @/shiningdiamond. Talk to her about them if you are curious.
---Museum wide events are even rarer, as they are harder to participate in. These are scheduled at least a week before hand. Events can be suggested as well as rooms. Talk with a senior member or myself. (Senior members are the ones listed in the top of the character list.)
The Players
Characters don't get hungry or tired here because in a sense, no time is passing in the Museum.
Characters can die here. It takes a little more to kill them, but, say, a bomb for example, would probably 'kill' them.
What happens to them after they 'die' is unknown. But, so it doesn't defeat the purpose of Freedom, Sable would state that their soul was destroyed.
Characters have heartbeats and other vital signs, but those are more out of habit than anything else. |

Two rings are on his left ring finger, one black ebony and the other a band of gold. - A little prone to sharp movements and quick actions, he often never stays on one topic or idea for long. It takes awhile to gain her trust but she is a loyal friend and protective of those she is close to. - Powers: Arlo has the ability to manipulate energy; she can absorb life energy from others through physical contact and can use this energy or her own when fighting in the form of blasts or waves. If she has enough energy she can use it to heal injuries, even bringing the recently dead back to life, but it takes a lot out of her and it will probably work differently in the Museum. - Path Chosen: 2Vyra :: OC :: --cato phoenix Female - 17 - Description: Around 5'5, Vyra has long, wavy, ginger hair and bright green eyes. She wears a light brown and white hoodie over a bright green tank top and white shorts, plus a sort of diluted crimson scarf and matching converse. She also wears a green beanie. - Personality: Having spent most of her life on a remote island, Vyra knows very little about the outside world and is easily amazed by simple things and things that most people consider completely normal. Despite not really fitting into her world, she's usually pretty optimistic and is very interested in learning about the world around her, but may become a bit anxious and/or depressed if she's separated from her friends for too long and doesn't have anyone to talk to/anything to do. - Power: Vyra can teleport, but she has to be able to see where she's trying to go. He still looks like a demon though, with horns, red eyes, and fangs. - Powers: Demon abilities (including possession), can enter other's dreams/memories, can appear in basic form as a katana - Path Chosen: 1Roxie :: OC :: broken Female - 18 - Description: Roxie is a fairly short girl, standing at about five foot four inches tall. She has long, black hair that reaches just above her knees. She also has red eyes. One of her most noticeable features is the shadow below each of her eyes. She wears a long sleeve, white dress that ends a little above her knee, black stockings, tan boots, her cross necklace, a red cape with a hood, and a red and white cat/kitsune mask, which she always wears when she's in public.
Echo is the name of the mystical voice that lives in the silver cross necklace. Only Roxie is able to hear Echo. She has had the cross through her life but she doesn’t know where she got it or who gave it to her. - Personality: Roxie is a tough young lady who won't let herself be pushed around. She can be cold and sarcastic, but she loves her friends and is deathly loyal to them. She may taunt and make jibes at the others, but she loves them all, even if they get on her nerves. She's a take no prisoners kind of girl, but despite her tough nature, there is a soft spot she's trying to protect. Inside she's hurting and wanting someone to just keep her safe and make sure she doesn't get hurt anymore. Her self esteem wavers constantly and she doesn't think people actually like her. She has a grim outlook on life, as most of her thoughts involve insulting others or herself. She's not good at being soft and loving, but she's understanding. - Power: Mediumship, psychokinesis, extrasensory perception. - Path Chosen: 1Akira Kurusu :: Persona 5 :: Auransky Male - 16 - Description: Akiria has wavy black hair and dark gray eyes. His default outfit is his school uniform, which consists a buttoned up black blazer with red buttons and the school's emblem on the pocket, a white turtleneck shirt that has two black chevrons on the collar, and black and red plaid trousers. He also wears black glasses.
*As Joker, his outfit consists of a black trench coat with a gray collared shirt, black trousers, brown cuban heeled boots, and a pair of red gloves. His mask is a white bird-shaped mask with a black design around the eyes. - Personality: Akira is a quiet and well-mannered, but this behavior is a profound ruse that hides the heart of a rebellious trickster. He is extremely resistant to rigid and dogmatic forms of control-based authority and order. He can appear like an introverted and absent-minded individual at most times, or cheeky, and taunting in the next. - Power: Possesses the Persona Arsène - Path Chosen: 2Lelouch Vi Britannia :: Code Geass :: Auransky Male - 18 - Description: Lelouch is fairly tall, and has black hair and violet eyes. He usually wears the Ashford Academy uniform, or the Zero uniform or a crimson jacket with a black shirt underneath and grey trousers. - Personality: Lelouch is an intelligent individual who is also calm, sophisticated, and arrogant due to his aristocratic upbringing. He enjoys seeking out challenges, willing to sacrifice civilians and soldiers alike. On the side he is a compassionate person to his friends and loved ones. - Power: Geass, to command people once. (But unusable due to his apparent death) - Path Chosen: 2Rudy Tabootie :: Chalkzone :: Auransky Male - 10 - Headcannons: When Rudy was eight, he discovered a magic piece of chalk that allowed him to enter an amazing world called "ChalkZone," a place where everything that has ever been drawn in chalk, and then erased, reappears and remains forever. Despite not being in Chalkzone, his chalk still works to its extent, weakness being actual water. - Powers: Magical chalk that lets him bring anything to life - Path Chosen: 2Minato Arisato :: Persona 3 :: Auransky Male - 17 - Headcannons: stoic, reserved, and calm, gathered,only speaks when someone is directed at him for his opinion on the matter. Over all he may appear drowsy or tired: Minato has been confirmed dead since the end of his game. The ability to heal wounds, but only if the person if “half dead” aka fatally injured. - Path Chosen: 3Mei Misaki :: Another :: <Raintalon> Female - 15-16 - Powers: She can see “the color of death” on people who are dead or dying. - Path Chosen: 1Rocma :: Ice Scream :: Ver Million Female - Age: Unknown - Headcanons: She has a soft spot for young children. - Powers: She possesses superhuman strength, and can easily transform into an aggressive polar bear. - Path Chosen: 2Anika :: Flight Rising OC :: Sησω Female - 8,361 years old - Anika is a dragon from a species known as Emperors. Emperors are an undead variant of another species, Imperial dragons. Anika has five heads, two tails, three pairs of wings (six wings in total), and eight legs. In life, the five heads were five separate dragons. However, when they died, their bodies fused and formed an Emperor. Though they go by Anika when being addressed as a collective Emperor, each head is known by a separate nickname. The main part of Anika’s body is covered in gray scales. They have a pattern resembling a python’s. One of her tails has the same coloring as the main part of her body, but the second tail is blue-green. Both tails have the same pattern. Three of the Emperor’s heads, who are known as Rua, Eri, and Xio, also display a python pattern. Rua’s gray scales match a majority of Anika. Xio’s blue-green scales compliment one of her tails. However, Eri has orange scales. The two other heads, Ysa and Khi, have different colors and patterns. Khi has spotted, dark brown scales. Ysa has purple scales. Different parts of Ysa display different shades. One patch of scales might be almost white while another is lavender toned. The five heads also have different eye colors. Rua’s eyes are crimson, Xio’s are ice blue, Eri’s are bright orange, Khi’s are emerald green, and Ysa’s are magenta. One of Anika’s pairs of wings is dark blue and covered in jaguar-like spots. This pair is the largest of the three. The two smaller pairs are bright orange and striped. Because she is undead, parts of Anika have rotted away. The left side of her ribs are exposed, one of her forelegs is almost completely skeletal, and part of Rua’s skull is showing. In addition, all six of her wings are tattered. The spotted, dark blue pair is less damaged than the other two, but it’s still significantly torn. Furthermore, Xio is missing an antler. Anika’s body is massive. Her gargantuan form is 230 feet long. She stands at an impressive height of 67 feet. In addition, her wingspan is 206 feet wide.
Anika’s five heads each have separate personalities.
Xio is a caring dragon. If you’re close to her, she’ll be loyal and stick with you until the end. She’s also skilled in reasoning and keeping things in order. She tends to behave motherly and acts as a “big sister” to the rest of Anika’s heads.
Eri is the most outgoing of the five. She’s a chatterbox who often speaks with enthusiasm. Though she may seem laid back at first, Eri is also the most emotional head of Anika. It’s very easy to tell when she’s upset.
Khi isn’t shy, but she doesn’t socialize much. She is one to keep her emotions and thoughts to herself. In addition, it often takes her some time to fully trust people. She rarely ever lets anyone become close to her. The only people she’s completely opened up to are her companions, the Emperor’s other heads. Even to them, it’s often a mystery as to what’s going on in her mind.
Ysa is the shyest of Anika’s heads. She avoids talking to strangers. However, unlike Khi, she is quick to warm up to others. She’s a kind and sweet dragon who wants to protect those who she is close to.
Rua is a wild card. Sometimes, she’s as upbeat as Eri. Other times, she acts shy and secretive like Ysa and Khi. Even though her behavior is unpredictable and odd, there is one thing about her that always stays the same: she’s nice to everyone. She seems to care about everybody, including complete strangers.
Power (if any): Each of Anika’s heads can control a separate element. Rua can control the element of plague, Khi can control the element of nature, Eri can control the element of fire, Xio can control the element of ice, and Ysa can control the element of arcane. Katio Kid - from Magic Kaito 1412, Detective Conan Crossovers (cannon) - Male - 17 - Headcannons: He's aware of Conan being Shinichi Kudo, his costume is white and pale purple now, and I headcannon him having a slight resistance to magic. - His greatest enemy is Conan Edogawa - mintedstar/fur Starting post: Kid's eyes blinked a couple of times as he slowly oriented himself in this new setting. He was laying on a bed in a rather bare room. It's main theme seemed to be cream and white. Blink, blink. Maybe this was a rather boring dream. The rustle of paper came when he shifted positions a little. He hadn't noticed a small scrap of paper in his hand. He held his hand up and his eyes scoured the paper as he tried to remember how to read. He was still a little groggy, as if recovering from sleep. Slowly his brain took in the words and he stood up on weak legs. He wasn't sure if he should believe what was written on it. But he did follow the instructions. He turned the handle on the door and it opened slowly, as if it was rarely used. With stiff legs he walked out of the room. Only as he looked down at his shoes did he realize he was dressed in his normal, everyday cloths. His last memories was of him putting on his Kaitou Kid costume. Could the note be right? Could he have died on a heist? He looked up again and noticed the glass wall. He placed his hand on it and then looked back at the note. Choose, it side. Kid didn't know if he had anything on him that would write, but a quick inventory of his pockets revealed a pen. He place the piece of paper on the glass and slowly put a checkmark on 'Return to Life' then, after some consideration, on 'Group Player'. He looked up, almost expecting a crack of thunder or something. But nothing. "So," he said. - His greatest enemy is Katio Kid - mintedstar/fur Starting post: Conan had remained in his room, reading the whole note and getting his barring. He had selected option 3 with Group Player. But now he was studying the note. It was spidery writing and his brain read it as Japanese even though it was clearly written in English. He wondered who the others in this place would be. Was this all a joke, a plot....or was it real. He raised his head. On top of that, who was his enemy here? Standing, he walked to the door. He pressed his hand against it before turning the door knob. It was his height, which was something that had never happened since he had been shrunk. Who was this Sable person? Had he built this place to hold specific players. He opened the door, looking out. (Thanks!  Oh please do.  I have evil great plans for this place.) |

(A headcannon is what you think of the character in your head. For example: I headcannon Shinichi with black hair instead of brown. Usually it isn't something that stretches the imagination to much. The sub-group for the path chosen is basically: Do you want you character to join a team or not? If they join a team and one of the teammates fines the needed item then the whole group gets to use it. If they are a single player, then they don't get that advantage. And the Tell me. Are we alive? is where you put the code word that says you read the rules. Read rule 5 and it should tell you what to put. ) |

The gems under his eye (which represents his emotions) flashing a mixture of different colors as he re-read the choices one last time before choosing the third option and group player. The fae then stood up, walking round some as he examined the boringly plain room before trekking over to the door. He opened it and peeked outside, sighing as none of this answered anything. He began to wonder if there was anyone else here and whether or not he had selected the right choice. Slowly nd cautiously, he opened the door more before taking a step out. |

Kid turned away from the wall as he saw someone exit a room in the reflection of the glass.
He was a little hesitant, but he said. "Hello. Did you get the same message as me?" he held the cruppled note up to show the fae.
He didn't really know what to think of this guy, but he was not from his world.

The winged man paused for a moment before turning his head to look at whoever spoke. He didn't even bother with reading whatever paper he held up, but instead held up his own. "According to this, I'm dead," replied Morpheus, soon crumbling up the note. "And there were three different options to choose from. So, are we talking about the same note?"
He stared at this person. They didn't seem to be from the netherling world, so maybe they were from the human realm.

He turned his head to look through the glass. "Wonder if there's a way to get on the other side of this."
Kid was going from topic to topic, but there was a lot of things to cover.

"I chose the one to find 'Sable's Life,'" Morpheus said before beginning to mess with a brim of his top-hat. "I'm still skeptical of this whole thing; I don't remember dying at all. I can't even recall what I was doing before this."
He shrugged, allowing his hands to fall enough to rest on the glass as he pushed himself against it, examining the place. "Possibly. I could get back there if there's a vent I could squeeze through. Besides that, on the note was something about rooms; we could always check those."

"Same thing for me," said Kid. He shoved the note into his pocket, not really caring if it tore or something like that. "I just woke up in my room a couple of minutes ago."
His eyes scanned the walls, wondering if this was a museum, where the museum was. "The glass wall is over on this side of the hall, but what's on the other side." He pointed in the opposite direction of the wall. The hall stretched for a very long time. "Though," he added on second thought. "It would have to be accessible to the people on the other side of this wall."
Knock, knock, his fist his the wall a couple of times. "The rooms that line the hallway probably led to more rooms like ours. Which means we probably have or will have more company."

Morpheus backed away from the wall just enough to look at him. "Now I certainly remember waking up; I meant I rarely know anything about my world," he stated, now crossing his arms as he thought. "I could just be going crazy."
Then, at the mention of there possibly being more company, he sighed. "If more people are here, I hope they have a bit of information about this place," his eyes wandered down the long stretch of hall. There were no sounds that showed any other signs of life. "I'm going to search around a bit. Worse comes to worse, we don't find anyone and we get lost." He began down the hallway, not looking back to see if Katio was following.

Gintoki's eyelids slowly opened and he sat staring at the ceiling for quite some time with his typical apathetic gaze. He blinked a couple times and continued to stare. He noticed that the ceiling was not that of the building he came to call home. His eyebrows furrowed a bit and he scratched at his silver hair. Huh? Wait a minute... huh? He sat up and squinted as he looked around the room. Now he was sure it wasn't his apartment. There were no bare wooden panels lining the walls and he was laying on an actual bed, not an old futon. The paper thin sliding doors were gone and it was actually...peaceful. It was then he noticed a small piece of paper in his hand. He read it slowly and looked a bit confused. "I'm dead? But my Jump! The new issue comes out today!" he exclaimed. One of the manga chapters had ended on quite the cliffhanger last week. He stood and marked his choice for the third option. If teamwork was an option, then there were others here, and in turn that would mean less work to do on his own. He then slipped one arm to rest in his yukata and opened the door to step out into the hallway.
Kagura:
Kagura opened her eyes and felt a dull ache at the back of her head. She sat straight up upon not recognizing the room as the closet where she had fallen asleep last night, and jumped up to stand on the bed. "Oi! Gin-chan!! Shinpachi! Sadaharu!! You guys here?!" She yelled at the top of her lungs. When she heard no reply, she jumped down from the bed and picked up the paper on the nightstand. She didn't quite believe the words written on it, but she chose the third option anyways thinking she might run into her friends. Her purple umbrella was leaning against the bed and she picked it up, though it wasn't much use in this room. One hand balled into a fist, and it wasn't until she punched a Kagura-sized hole in the wall that she noticed the unlocked door right next to it. She shrugged, and continued down the hallway.
Nyx:
Nyx awoke to a crash somewhere nearby, and sat up holding his head. This feeling felt familiar, like when he'd wake up in the medical ward after a trying battle...only this wasn't the medical ward. He immediately noticed the tiny slip of paper beside him, and almost chuckled when he read what it said. "So this is what the afterlife looks like... not so bad now that I'm here," he murmured. He accepted the news with little doubt and marked the third option. He would've chosen single player, but he wasn't entirely sure who - or what - his worst enemy was. Perhaps the Niflheim empire? But fighting an entire empire's army of robotic soldiers and daemons wasn't exactly something he felt like doing right away.
