There's a shorter one

I quite like "The Universe is vast and we are so small. There is really only one thing we can ever truly control." from Stargate SG-1. You know, if that's the kind of thing we're going for.

Quotes, here's a random one: "Space, is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mindbogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space. Listen..."

100 PAGES! Whooo! *fires cake cannon*
Did you listen to the audio plays? They're the best way to get the story, I think.

I have every one of them, I think. They are the original format, radio 4 show, I think. Radio 4 does some great ones, but hitchhiker's is the best..

On a side note: I also own the TV series and the movie of Hichhiker's. I've mostly listened to their recent comedy shows, and anything else when it happens to be on. I usually enjoy them.

I never watched the TV series. I do quite like some of the comedy shows - I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, The Now Show, The News Quiz, Cabin Pressure, The Unbelievable Truth. A few others which aren't on anymore. We usually have Radio 4 at teatime.

I don't listen to it that often, just when something gets recommended to me. Recently I listened to all the Domestic Science. They're really good!

I've not heard that one. I feel like there hasn't been so much good stuff on recently. And they put The Museum of Everything on on Friday. It's good, but it isn't Friday-Good. Hi, Lore! Look, 100!

Oh wow. There was a team that was down by 7 points on the last round, and they scored 10 points and won the show. I think that team is going to be interesting to follow.

Apparently I just dumped my thoughts in notepad... When I was a child, it took me a long time to understand the world. Well, not the world, for the world was simple, it followed rules that didn't change. The complicated thing to understand for my child self was people. The difficulty with people was this, they are unpredictable. You may say that everyone is different, whilst that is true for the most part, single people can also be unpredictable. You can't decide what the best course of action is in any given moment because they could react to the same thing very differently. And it makes it more difficult when you have to know multiple people. The best course of action for myself as a child was to distance myself from complicated things. This meant that I went through a period where no new information about people came to me. I learnt my English, my Science, and my Maths, but people were always an illusion. What people thought wasn't of my interest. This means that to child me, the differences that people saw between genders, religions and other (apparent) divisions never were obvious to me. It was a shock when I found that people thought men were smarter (Still confuses me today, although I haven't heard it in a while, so people might not think it anymore). It took me a long time to start filling all of this in, because around 8 years ago I found out that knowing the general things about all people can help in dealing with all of them. I don't need to know everything about one person, but the general things about everyone around me. One of my most common phrases in French lessons was "Je déteste les gens." (I hate people) and it slightly holds true today. I hate people who cannot be predicted by my current knowledge, but that's hard to come by. In a summary of sorts; people are difficult, deal with it however you can. Also, no idea why I wrote this Also, what's everyone working on?
