mintedstar/furLiz looked down at her shoes and realized that they were already looking pretty beat up after her short walk. "If you tell my what to look for I can probably find some food." Her eyes were bright with determination since wanted to show that she wasn't useless.

Zig-Zag(Might poof here soon.) "Look for a fishing pole," said the blix with amusement. "There's a river nearby." She turned, beginning to walk in the direction of the city and the river. She looked back to see if Liz was going to follow. "And there is a possibility of edible berries, but be careful of taking anything random from the bushes. They could possibly be poisonous."

mintedstar/fur(Ok) "Ok, I got it." Liz said nodding and following after her. She made sure to walk the way that she was shone and found that she wasn't falling as much. Taking that as a win, she tried to find a pole and some berries. As she looked around she regretted not watching more survival shows. Then a small patch of plants caught her eye, she plucked a leaf and smelled it and said "I think I found mint? Smells like it could be but I've only seen the plant once." She held up the small leaf. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise her if she just picked up a random plant that had nothing to do with mint.

He knew first-hand what it felt like to get separated from your close friends, and didn't with it on anyone else. "Yosh! Let's go!" he exclaimed, raising a fist in the air.

Zig-ZagThe blix looked back, raising her eye with amusement. "While it is possibly mint, there are a few plants in the mint family that look and smell like it, but aren't edible." She walked back a few steps, taking a small vial from her pocket. With one hand, she took out the stopper and with the other she took a sprig of the plant. She poured a small drop onto the leaf of the plant, which reacted to it with a puff of purple smoke. "It's mint," she agreed. (Tanu often lends her his potions, so it was a pretty high chance that one of them would be able to detect poison.)

Kuragehime: Hyuse pushed open the door, which seemed sort of sturdy. Hopefully, it would continue to stay on its hinges. "Then here it is," he said, looking back out at the dark street. His attention was mostly still on the street, so it wasn't until he turned his head to look into the dark building that he saw a ghostly, bright light. Hyuse opened his mouth to voice a warning to Calli. -- Reen Fire the Watcher of the vale broken Hime: "I'm ready to go," said Kasha. He didn't even wait for the others at this point and just started walking in the direction he thought Jason was referring too. He didn't even care if he was going in the right direction or not. He just wanted to get moving and waiting for every single person to make the same decision was a pain.

mintedstar/furLiz watched in fascination as she tested it. "Woah, what's that?" Before she realized that she actually did pick up the right plant and she couldn't help but feel a little proud. "Oh and I'll get some mint then!...... but I guess it's more then a spice then anything, so it might not help much." She got a few before pausing for a moment.

Zig-Zag"It is just a potion that tests for poison," answered Vanessa. She shrugged after hearing the statement on whether it would help much. "Never know. The river is close anyway. I can see about catching fish." She turned away again, beginning to walk. Being an ex-member of the Knights of the Dawn had its uses. She'd often needed to survive on her own, in all sorts of environments. This even included forests with monsters in them. This was all rather easy for her, really.

She didn't know anything about fishing or scavenging for food, so she was depending on Vanessa to help her and Liz hated it. She was grateful but she wants to be of help. He then glanced to Eragon, but soon noticed Kasha had already started walking. He did a sort of double take, as no one else was moving yet. However, his feet itching to move, Luffy took off after Kasha. ~~~ Zig-Zag: Hozuki let out a grunt of a laugh and he smiled, which really meant his mouth was frowning slightly less than normal. "It was made in the Underworld, our craftsmen do not produce anything less than quality work," he gently explained. He paused, suddenly looking a bit confused. "If I may ask, is there a reason you keep referring to me as a 'doll'?" ~~~ Mint: Calli had taken two steps into the building before she stopped after hearing Hyuse's warning. She looked up and her eyes widened after seeing the bright light. "Um... w-what is that?!" she stuttered. Shifting her feet in small increments she slowly placed herself behind the neighbor in case it was something dangerous. "I hope it's not another one of those creepy green things!"

please be alright...Meanwhile, two figures, walking next to each other, were heading slightly towards the group. One, a female dragoness, flicked her tail. "Rai, are you sure there's people this way? I'm not smelling much of anything but forest." She said to the bipedal canine next to her. "I'm sure of it, Amarie. And if I'm wrong, then we can at least can find clues." He answered, looking at her. Auransky"Look out!" Wizardmon replied, after seeing the young child land safely. "I'm going to jump!" With that, Wizardmon crouched, holding firmly to his staff. Then he leapt, falling down rapidly.

Eragon reached out with his mind, briefly brushing jason's consciousness, though not enough for him to notice. " There."

Kuragehime: "Did the green things glow?" asked Hyuse as he took a step back. The light was a little odd. It seemed to have no defined shape, just drifting a little higher than the floor. If the neighbor had hazarded a guess, it looked like a sphere of slightly green light. What exactly it was or could do was another matter. "Maybe we should try another building..." he muttered to Calli. At the noise, as if finally paying attention, the light swiveled and small tendrils of light started to reach for Calli and Hyuse.

It had only been a day... would more aftershocks be coming? If some of the more broken buildings fell, that could prove very dangerous. The thought chilled the thief and he shivered inwardly. Ran's thoughts were right, he wasn't fine. He, physically, wasn't to badly off, but truth be told he was very scared of this new world. -- broken and shining Monarch cast a glance at Akira, wondering what he would have said if Rin hadn't appeared. Monarch dearly wished she hadn't. This was just another annoyance to add to his growing list. "Yes, I suppose we did," he agreed with Akira, for appearances sake. He turned to look back at Rin, pausing on the next stair. "I take it you'll be joining us then?"

Eventually, he just gave up and took a spot near the back of the group, looking around some with interest. "What should we do after we find them?"
