It may not have been that long, but he couldn't really say that this man had stood out to him. He turned his attention to Jason as he started speaking. "What is it?" he asked. -- Hime: "I hope that we wont need to climb stairs either," admitted Hyuse. "But I also don't want to find one of use dead in the morning." He started walking slower, to allow Calli to keep up. "If you see a building in fair condition, point it out," he said. He looked right, then left, his attention skipping from one building to another in the hope that no other dangers would turn up.

Akira snickered, "Lets get what you need and get to work. The sooner the better." He nodded firmly, turning away from the roof towards the door leading down the stairs. mintedstar/furRan nodded, "at least everyone appears okay. The last thing we need is a murder mystery " she let out a disappointed shrug. "Earthquakes are scary though. I hear people in California experience then a lot. Just the thought of the ground moving is different." She paused taking a good look at him, " you werent injured right? " Reen "Well the only way down I see, is to carefully go down." The boy spotted a patch of grass to the right that wasn't as steep as the rest of the hill. He carefully made his way pver, then repeated the process by looking for careful patches that were not directly steep. " it's a slow process but at night we really gotta be safe them sorry. " |

Anyone's welcome to join me." He explained, slowly revealing his Renamon traits again. AuranskyWizardmon nodded silently, following behind the young child, and using his staff for balance when necessary. "You're right. In an unknown world, safety is a priority." He said as he tested a patch of grass with his staff.

"I don't care either way." His smile hadn't moved. He had just met Jason, but he had also just met those he was traveling with. Both had a chance of being interesting, he just wasn't sure if one was going to be more fun than the other. So he'd let the other's decide for him. |

He wasn't sure what to say now...He let his hand run along the wall, frown every now and again coming onto his face. "What are your skill, Akira?" he finally asked. "What can you do?" Auransky"I agree," said Kid. Though they didn't know what was happening with Conan's group. He was the one who always attracted death. He nodded a couple of times at her statement about earthquakes. "It was pretty bad. At least the aftershocks didn't last to long." He hesitated a little, thinking back to last night. "Thank you for your concern. No, I wasn't seriously injured." |

It had possibly been a furniture store in another life. "That seems the best this place has to offer, and it at least should have something descent to sleep on." He eyed the windows, which were whole and unbroken. They would offer shelter from the elements and he could see the street from them. "What do you think?" he asked Calli, realizing he should probably ask her opinion. |

Fire the Watcher of the vale, Reen, Kuragehime, mintedstar/furYuichiro glanced at the device again, shrugging. "You know, I don't think it's a bad idea. The more people we have, the more efficient we will be. Plus, we can let then wander around with no idea what's happening. -- KuragehimeSora grinned, giving him a thumbs up before staring out the window, then back at him. "Yes, I'd hate for there to be any monsters here. If they were here, they probably would have already attacked..." he trailed off slightly, then shook his head. "And no, you can drive for however long you want!" -- --cato phoenixMikaela nodded, picking up a few more small things before continuing. "Very well," he commented softly. "And I'm not sure. One of the main reason why we left is because Kid wouldn't get along with his friend. And for some reason, I decided to tag along with Kid, and I have no idea." The vampire shook his head as he continued. "But I hope they're okay. They're nice enough." -- Auransky, Mint Rin was now running along the stairs behind them, her pet cat following after her. Jason winced slightly at Yuichiro's remark, but shrugged after. "Yeah, you're right. If they're hurt, then I get hurt. If they get deleted... I'm done for." He shuddered after that. He did not want to die, not when he still had work to do.

It appears we might be going to help your friends then." He looked at Luffy and Eargon and the large dragon. "Unless you three don't feel like going?" The entire thing was odd and she'd already fallen ten times, because after living in the city all her life she had no idea how to walk through the forest. Sighing softly she muttered "Hopefully I can find someone who can point me to the closest town." |

At least from the view up here." The blix grinned, her dark skin making it harder for her to be seen in the deep shade of the tree branches. mintedstar/fur Liz jumped at the voice and ended up falling over again. She cursed quietly and stood up. Looking up as far as her neck she tried to spot the owner of the voice. "I am absolutely lost, and want to be able to walk more then five steps without falling on my face." Liz stated her neck getting tired from looking up so high.

Zig-ZagVanessa stepped off of the branch, landing lightly on the ground. "Have you tried not walking so fast and setting your feet down like this." She walked a few steps, setting her feet down just so, as if she was stalking something. Her footsteps were steady and quiet. "You are clearly unused to walking in the forest," said the blix. Her accent was heavy.

mintedstar/furLiz jumped back a bit with a small squeak as the woman jumped down. She then watched how she walked and tried to copy her movements and it wasn't as steady or quiet but Liz thought it would help. "I'm a spoiled city brat that has never been anywhere close to a forest." Liz said noticing the accent but not commenting on it

brokenJason moved his Digivice away from Yuichiro, nodding. "It can, if I ask it to. Since Rai and Amarie are bonded to me and my Digivice, it can track them. It doesn't do everything though." He answered, looking back down at the screen. "They're close by. Seems they're on the move."

I've scouted around a little and the forest is populated by monsters, scattered through with deserted towns and cities. Even the closest city is a good half a day's walk away." The blix eyed Liz's shoes in particular. "That might be a problem unless you want to find food within the woods." Vanessa seemed perfectly at ease around this girl, like she hadn't just met her.

She rubbed her face trying to figure this out and suddenly held out her hand and said "Well might as well introduce myself, before I get myself killed. I'm Liz." She didn't notice Vanessa's interest in her shoes.
