The Starry Cavern

This is the place in which the cats of AetherClan come and speak to their warrior ancestors, whether it be for guidance or for their nine lives; This is their sacred grounds.

There is a dark and dusky cave at the foot of the Snowed Peak, the tallest mountain in the region. When one looks straight into the cave, it's pitch black and it is hard to tell what is where. Only cats who have been here before are familiar with the cave's layout and know that there is a small, tunnel like pathway that they need to go through in order to make it to the Starry Cavern. The tunnel is long and seems to stretch on forever before light finally appears at the end and one emerges from the darkness.

Once one has entered the Cavern, there appears to be a stony passage that allows access to the willow tree on an island in the very middle of the cave. It is still dark, yet the shallow, crystal clear water surrounding the pathway and island glows a brilliant shade of blue At the end of the stone pathway lay the island where a hollowed out willow tree remains. This willow tree is where the cats need to step inside in order to get to their sacred Sunset opal. It is only when the moon is at its highest peak does the sacred opal light up to its brilliant sunset shade and this is when the cats need to press their noses to it. Moonlight filters through to the willow tree thanks to a small aperture in the cave ceiling.
