While Blackpelt had passed in the night, the twins managed to sleep through it. How? They didn't know. Even still, they woke in the morning and heard the news but weren't entirely sure how to feel about it. Yes, they were upset that the tom, who was only deputy for a few days, had died too soon, but nature had to run its course somehow. A snake bite was a snake bite, and that was that. So, they took a personal moment of silence in the morning, sending their thoughts to StarClan in hopes that Blackpelt would be treated well. Surely he would be, as he seemed to have been a wonderful warrior. Or, so they'd heard.
Once that had passed, the two tuxedos took to a portion of the camp where it wasn't likely that they'd be bothered by any else other - save for their mentors.
"Do you think they can tell us apart?" Frostpaw asked, settling onto her stomach, though turned slightly so she was mostly on her side, but still upright.
The tom snorted, laying down with his head resting on her flank. "I doubt it," Cinderpaw meowed in answer, flicking his tail dismissively. "They may be our mentors, but that doesn't mean they know who's who."
Nodding, Frostpaw took a lazy glance around the camp. Well, she was sure she'd find out soon enough.

Wiltedpetal had sat silently with Mudfeather for a little while more, silently grieving the deputy. When she felt like she had paid her proper respects, she softly excused herself. It took her only a few moments to notice the twins lounging about. Shaking out her fur, she padded over to the two of them. "Hello Frostpaw, Cinderpaw." She paused in front of them, observing the two with mild interest. More often than not, she could identify the two of them apart, but occasionally she could become mildly confused. Even identical litter-mates held differences, one just had to be pretty observant.
"Do you want to go hunting, or do you want to do battle training?" She glanced up, searching the clearing for Redcloud. Perhaps she could take the both of them, if Redcloud agreed. Or she could just try to train Cinderpaw here, so he could be with Frostpaw. In Wiltedpetal's free time, she tried spending most of it with Cinderpaw, training him for as long as he was focused and intent. She wanted to mold him into a strong, trustworthy warrior, who would not balk away had the idea of hard work. So, she treated him as such, well, to an extent. He had been just recently apprenticed. She then glanced back down at the twins, and after hesitating, she settled her gaze on Cinderpaw.

The twins hadn't expected anybody to come over to soon. Ah, but Wiltedpetal had, and she was rather enjoyable, so they didn't mind too much. She was nice to them, didn't dislike them if they tried their games with her. Though they knew each cat had a limit, and had since put such games to rest if it was time to train.
When she greeted them, they dipped their heads in response. Surely she'd come over to whisk Cinderpaw away for training, though when no immediate sign of such a thing came, they tipped their head's slightly in opposite directions. The warrior was just... Looking at them for a moment, possibly sorting out their differences? Maybe. She was going to be spending enough time with the tom to pick him out of a crowd, so the idea seemed plausible enough.
Then she was speaking once more, and Cinderpaw perked his ears. With training at hand, there was no time for games. "Battle training, please. Can Frostpaw-"
"No, I can't come with you." Frostpaw responded. "I'm sure some one on one training would do you well."

Wiltedpetal's ears pricked forwards when Cinderpaw started to speak. Soon enough, she knew that eventually she could probably tell him apart from his sibling, with a simple glance, when she had spent a considerable amount of time with him. When he was interrupted by Frostpaw, her attention turned to the she-cat. Tilting her head, she replied. "Battle training it is, then." She turned back to Cinderpaw, and continued. "Frostpaw is right. One on one training is often the best when you first start out. Even if you are a natural battle fighter." Cinderpaw seemed to be more interested in battle training, from Wiltedpetal's point of view, which seemed fitting. "Let us go, then, Cinderpaw. Are you sure you do not want to come along, Frostpaw?"

While confused with his sibling's quick dismissal of his offer, Cinderpaw couldn't help but frown a little as he turned his gaze to her. Was something wrong? She would've told him, right? Yes, they told each other everything, so....
His train of thought was shattered his mentor spoke up. It took him a moment, but he turned his gaze back to Wiltedpetal as he pushed himself up into a sitting position. "I...I suppose so," he responded. Standing, he glanced at the she-cat he'd been previously laying on as the offer was opened once more.
"Yes, I'm sure. Thank you," Frostpaw answered, giving a nod to better solidify her answer.

Wiltedpetal merely nodded at the apprentice, and then turned to walk away. When they out of Frostpaw's hearing range, Wiltedpetal replied softly. "Do not mind her, Cinderpaw. She-cats can sometimes be moody for no reason in particular. I am sure it has nothing to do with you." Well, not entirely sure, but she wouldn't admit that to him. Truthfully, she really had no idea about Frostpaw's slightly rude response to her litter-mate, though towards other clan members, it wasn't entirely out of the ordinary.
[Where are they supposed to train? 8o]When they reached her designated training area, Wiltedpetal turned to her apprentice. "Alright, so I am going to teach you several moves, and by the time we are finished today, I want you to have nearly perfected them." She paused, and as an afterthought, she added. "I have the upmost faith in you." She pondered for a few moments, assessing the few things she had already taught him. The basic crouch, which he seemed pretty good at, and general swipes of his front paws. Those were easy, when you put enough power behind it.
"So, let's learn the back kick, shall we?" Best to make him feel immediately preoccupied, so his thoughts couldn't wander. "This is a pretty simple move, although it does require practice. In battle, the back kick is used win a variety of scenarios. For instance, if you are being chased you simply pause, place all your weight on your front paws, and then you lash out with your back legs." She hesitated for a brief moment, before showing him the move. Placing most of her weight on her front paws, she lashed out with her back legs, and then landed on all fours. "Now you try."

Cinderpaw followed the warrior, through glanced back at his sibling who refused to meet his gaze. Frowning deepening, he turned to face forwards as he walked.
Frostpaw watched the two leave for only a moment before looking down at the ground, knowing he'd look at her. "We can't be together forever..." She mumbled to herself.
----
With Wiltedpetal's words piercing his thoughts as they always did, he looked at her. "That's not the problem. We tell each other everything. And I know we have you and Redstorm and the rest of the clan but at the same time we only have each other!" As his frustration with the new situation grew, his claws unsheathed, leaving scores in the ground as they walked. "I just don't get it."
(Dude I have no idea. Anywhere I guess?? Lolz) Soon enough they were at the training area, and the warrior was facing him. Though he was doing his best, he wasn't entirely focused. Why was his sibling so dismissive? She never refused an outing with him unless she was sick... Was she sick? Was she trying to hide it?
Flicking his ears, he realized he wasn't as focused on training as he thought. Tuning in, he heard the word 'perfected,' followed by her statement of faith. "Thank you," he murmured, figuring they were starting immediately. So he watched her as she spoke and demonstrated, frowning a bit. Unlike his sister, his balance was questionable. But that was what training was for, right? Right. Nodding, he thought it over once before trying the move himself. Kicking wasn't the problem as much as the landing. Upon landing, he couldn't help but stumble a bit as the rapid changes of his center of balance threw him off.

[Okay, we shaaaall. Do you want Cinderpaw to be the one who is nearly bitten?]
Wiltedpetal ignored his comment at first, and instead focused on the task at paw. She noticed he wasn't entirely focused on his training, and although he tried his best to do what she had explained, he still struggled. And she knew part of it was because he was troubled. Before correcting his attempt, she approached him and murmured softly. "Cinderpaw. This is not because of you. I understand entirely what you mean. You have the whole clan, but without our litter-mate you feel entirely alone and segregated from everyone else." She crouched down next to him and tilted her head so she could peer up into his eyes. "There is nothing wrong with Frostpaw, either. I think...as you grow older, things change. Relationships change. You do not love each other any less, but it changes just a little. When we get back, tell her that you are troubled and do not understand why she brushed you off. Perhaps she was just looking out for you, and knew how much you want to be a better warrior, and she knew you just needed one on one interaction. Everything will be alright, I promise." She smiled softly at the young tom. "After this, we can even go and find her the juiciest mouse the clan has ever seen! What do you say?" She gently prodded him with a paw. "But in order to do that, you really must focus on this lesson, okay?"
She smiled again, and pushed herself up into a sitting position. "That was a pretty good first attempt. However, your balance needs a little work. Once you can balance well, you can lad neatly and kick higher and stronger." She placed her paws evenly on the ground, distributing strength evenly. "Make sure your paws are evenly placed apart, right under you body. When you apply more weight to your front paws, use your tail to steady yourself. And when you land, try keeping your paws still, and do not flail them around. As soon as your back paws land, quickly move forward with your front paws. Try it again, okay?"

//Lolz yeah sure
The tom hissed in frustration, finding that he was unable to properly execute the move. So, when his mentor bent down to talk to him, he just watched her for a moment. "I don't want it to change. It's... Hard. For everyone, for us. It's..." He trailed off, sighing. This wasn't the time. Maybe... Maybe later. So, when the warrior made an offer, he brightened a little. "Really?" Of course, there was a catch. There always was. But, this one was something he could do. "Yes, Wiltedpetal."
As the she-cat sat up once more, Cinderpaw listed to to her. Yeah, that made sense. So, he figured he'd try once more. Looking down at his front paws for a moment, he slid them a bit more inwards to align them with his shoulders. With that being done, he tried the move again. This time, his landing was better, though momentum caused him to break into a short trot. "Was that good?"
