I feel really awake and I'm done with my homework, so I would really like someone to roleplay with me. I don't have much of a plot in mind, but I do want to see some serious sass between characters. So, any takers?

I didn't really have anything specific in mind, but in general I like vampire plots that aren't overly cliché.

Okay, good ^^ also, I prefer characters in their early 20s, but I'm cool with older teens (17-19).

What time period? Should there be rivaling families?

I was thinking modern, and I don't really care if it's rival families or not.

(Okay, I'll start ^^)
Lucas pulled down on his shirt sleeve, or at least, that's what he thought he was doing. In reality, he had just run his left hand down the lower portion of his right forearm out of habit more than anything. The male was used to wearing long-sleeved shirts, but when it was eighty-two degrees outside, he couldn't exactly do that. At least, that's what his friends had told him. After a rather loud and vulgar argument with them, he (reluctantly) agreed that maybe wearing a long-sleeved shirt on hot days wasn't the smartest decision. So now he was in a t-shirt that didn't quite cover the tattoo on his right upper arm.
Lucas ran a hand through his hair as he let out a sigh to himself, having to remind himself why he had chosen to go to the mall on a Saturday. One, he didn't want to have another argument with his friends, as five against one wasn't entirely fair. Two, he did need to blend in with the humans, and that included wearing season-appropriate attire. And three, he would be damned if any of his friends decided to rub in the little "victory." By doing this, he could at least claim to have come to the conclusion on his own.

Eighty two degrees, a muggy, humid, eighty two degrees. Stupid atmosphere Clary thought to herself. She had gotten her thick brown hair straightened perfectly this morning and thanks to mother nature it would be a poofy and frizzy mess. The struggle with thick hair was one that could not be put to rest. Especially if you were immortal. Clary's hair was short, cut no longer than her chin and was already becoming frizzy on the top. If only she has more of her hair product it wouldn't be so hard but apparently it always was.
Today she was headed to the mall to meet up with friends, she wore a flowy, white, lacy spaghetti strap tank top with dark blue jeggings and black converse. It was her 'go to' outfit when outside of school. The dress code didn't allow tank tops unless they were used to the purposes of concealing underneath see through articles of clothing.

Lucas sidestepped to avoid a small group of high school girls, and he could tell that most of them were wearing the wrong shade of foundation. He snorted to himself at the thought before stopping and turning to see where they were headed. And like he assumed, they were headed in the direction of Victoria's Secret and Sephora. The male was ashamed to admit that he knew of the latter store because he was single, but he had a valid reason. His best friend often dragged him in there to use his arm for her lipstick and eyeshadow swatches. Why did she do that? He honestly didn't know, and his objections were unheard by said best friend.
Lucas then shook his head and rolled his eyes. Why did he even care where those girls went? If they wanted to look older than they were, they were free to do that. Heck, he did that frequently, though he felt his reason for doing so was justified. While he was forever twenty-two, he could claim to be twenty-six or twenty-seven, and no one seemed to question it. Of course, his height and the glasses he wore did help with keeping age estimates high. He turned again and continued to walk, not stopping until he sensed the other vampire in the mall. While an encounter with another vampire could go well, it usually didn't given his tendency to argue and act rudely toward people.

Clary noticed a group of girls head to a Sephora makeup store. Their makeup made her angry inside, these girls were so fake it made her want to wash off all of their gaudy makeup. Their eyebrows were penciled in in an odd shade that did not match their hair color. She was tempted to say something but before she could do much of anything she bumped into another person. A person who seemed to give off a strange feeling...another vampire. Thay was different. He was the only one she had ever seen out here. She stumbled back a few steps before looking up at the vampire. She wasn't sure how to respond. Was he the rude kind? The nice kind? She hasn't ever met another vampire besides her family. Clary would have high tailed it out of his way but she felt frozen to the spot. "Sorry..." she said quietly, ashamed of her clueless.

So this other vampire was a teenage girl? Interesting... Lucas decided to bite his tongue and try refrain from saying something completely offensive to her. Well, that was until she bumped into him. "Watch it," he muttered in a tone much too low for anyone else to hear. However, his tone made not attempt to disguise his annoyance with having run into her.
This, running into a teenage vampire, certainly was a first for him. His friends were all adults, and all but one were above the legal drinking age (though that didn't stop the twenty-year old who often lied about her age). Heck, all of the vampires he had run into were adults (because in his mind, one couldn't simultaneously be an adult and a teenager).
"Just do me a favor and stay out of my way," Lucas said, using the same tone he had used just seconds earlier. "I do not need to deal with bull[crap]." As he spoke, he kept his arms by his sides, but that couldn't hide the tattoo on his upper arm. In some ways, he didn't look like the typical vampire with the glasses and the tattoo, but there were some things he didn't give a damn about. Living up to stereotypes of a vampire's appearance was one of those things.
(I must warn you that he lacks a filter, and I'm writing in a way that mirrors his tone/attitude.)

{No problem, she's 17 by the way}
Clary shot him a glare, "I said I was sorry, unless you think you're too good for a freaking apology." Clary shot back. What was so wrong with an apology? She supposed people who at least looked like they are in their twenties were all kind of snobby. He was definitely not an exception, vampire or not.
"There always has to be someone like this everywhere I go." She muttered hopefully inaudible under her breath. She put her hands in her pockets, messing with the material inside. She needed something to distract her from blowing up at him. Clary sometimes had a difficult time restraining herself from saying something she shouldn't.

(Okay ^^)
"Do I think I'm too good for an apology? No. Do I not want to deal with bull[crap]? Yes." At this, Lucas crossed his arms, now visibly annoyed with Clary. He had nothing personal against her. He just had a tendency to dislike people, even though he was often polite enough when he needed to be. He took a moment to adjust his glasses as he glared at the teenager.
"What was that?" he questioned, hearing the muttered comment. "Someone like what?" Lucas pressed, not dropping his arms. "Tell me what you mean by that." Now he wanted to hear this. If she was able to successfully defended herself, whatever. If she wasn't, then he would likely let loose and begin swearing much more than he already had. He couldn't bring himself to hit a girl for valid reason. That was one thing he retained from his upbringing.

"What f--ing bulls---? A small accident and you blow it out of proportion..." Clary told him, rolling her eyes out of annoyance. If he wasn't so rude he might be kind of cute but then his personality gets in the way. What a shame. But Clary wasn't one to go boy crazy, she could only remember ever having one crush but then she moved shortly after.
"And I said someone like this, like you. I don't know what you are going through at home or wherever, but you don't have to take it out on me." Clary told him, trying to calm her rising temper. She wouldn't back down from this though, Clary was as stubborn as a mule.
