Clint:
Well, this sure was a surprising turn of events. Early Christmas with the Avengers huh? Not that he minded. It was his family away from family. He got to see smiling faces, glittering eyes, and so much more when he was finally able to spend time outside of battle. His hearing aids are able to be set at a normal volume, and he doesn't have to turn it way down so he doesn't go deaf again. His footsteps were light across the floor, his nosey attitude peeking over the shoulder of the small Russian beside him. He had worked with her out on the field years ago, finding her quite scary even outside of the fight. She was layered up with fluffy scarves and warm sweaters. Speaking of which... The archer became a kleptomaniac and actually managed to snag one of her scarves from her. He was bundled up in one, big brown eyes blinking at the doors which slid open.
Within revealed a whole group of Earth's defenders. Steve, Bucky, Peter, Trash Panda, Groot, Gamorra, Tom, and Eve. If he forgot someone, let him know- and he did. And- the Billionaire would make sure he knew.
Clint rolled his eyes at the motion of Tony.
Tony:
"Clint!" Tony exclaimed as he rounded down a set of stairs and to the two approaching people. He looked suave as ever- designer sweater, pants, shoes- you name it, he probably had it. The man was grinning ear to ear, now addressing the smaller companion beside his friend. "Lyudmila, its a pleasure to see you again," he gestured to the former agent. He only earned a quiet noise of confirmation in response. He simply patted the top of her head and completely disregarded the dark look sent his way. "How have you been? Where's Natasha?"
Clint gave a small grunt, a shoulder shrug following. "She said she was picking up Lyudmila's twin. Apparently he was stationed elsewhere called Xavier's school for Gifted Children. Otherwise, I'm sure she would be dying to see you again," he explained.
Tony blinked. Of course- why would he think anything else? Clint and Natasha took care of the young initiates it seemed. Not that he minded- but he was a little nervous that the two deadly females aren't sticking close. But, from what he heard, Lyudmila actually talks at Clint's house. The Billionaire stared the duo down. Both stared back in silence, eyes wide and dull. Except, both had a gaze that said "lights on, nobody's home". He understood why Clint would have it... but.. Yknow what? He wasn't going to question it. Instead, he gently gestured to them to go socialize. He followed them to the foyer, peering over at what the others would be doing.
Lyudmila:
Ah- familiar territory. She remembered this place- she had been here quite a few times with Barton and others. Her head turned this way and that, carefully treading over anything or anyone. Within her hands was a small present, wrapped neatly and with a bow atop. Clint had his looped under his arm. He seemed to be peering around, curious at the sight of Rocket. Her own head turned this way and that, head inclining and she murmured softly in Russian. However, Clint had nudged her and she slowly teetered off to the direction she thought she saw the big blonde patriot at.
She softly scuffled, kukris at her hips and big scarf around her neck nearly swallowing her whole. It came up in a layer over her nose, her eyes just blinking up as she searched for the man. Her hands were swallowed by her oversized sweater, and she was absolutely toasty. Hair was pulled up into a high braided bun this time, making sure it wasnt entangled by anything. In fact, Clint had done the braiding; he was quite proud of it too!

(Yes, quite o: I like being kept busy, but I also hate when that ‘busy’ takes me away from the things that I enjoy ): I’m trying to find balance, haha.
Yes!
So I recently got into Bravelands. And I just finished Bravelands #3: Blood and Bone. I don’t know if you still read any Erin Hunter stuff, but I’d recommend it! It was really good, and I think I like it better than Survivors and Seekers (although it’s been a while since I read those, so maybe I don’t remember xD) but point is: it is really good. I’m gonna start The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes next. Yeah!)

I know I've seen the wings of fire series- and i didnt know if that was from erin hunter? I know my niece reads the books and she enjoys them quite a bit! its been a lil while since i've read. ive been reading classics from the early 1900s though)

(True that, true that. I'm still learning every day and failing but learning, nonetheless XD
It's relatively new! The story is from the point of view of an elephant, a baboon, and a lion. I am trying to keep up with Warriors, but I'm very behind. I have most of the new books, but I think I want to reread the older books before I get back into the new ones because it's been so long. I'm not sure if Wings of Fire is under the name Erin Hunter or if it's just by the same authors. I can't remember XD But I've heard a lot of good things about it, and I'd like to read them at some point. Ohhhh, sounds fun! Any suggestions? I haven't read classics for a while, but I loved the ones I read when I read them.)

A baboon, elephant and lion? that sounds quite intriguing... i must actually sit down and learn more of this O:< lol yeah same here! if i even begin to think of actually reading more of the series, I would need to start from the way beginning lol; i barely remember much from any of the later books than the more recent hmm... tbh im gonna google that because i dont know LOL; its honestly surprising to even find out sajdsakdhsadja i saw it on the forums here and i was like: *surprised pikachu face* Scarlett Pimpernel from Baroness Orczy! Its been my favorite for awhile, and quite frankly, I found out theres more books to it! Once i finish reading it, Im going to find the rest of the collector's editions and nab em! ))

(Time to bring in Logan and Thunderbird!)
Logan:
Logan was always more of a loner. A lone wolf, so to say, which suited him pretty well. But it made gatherings such as these pretty uncomfortable because he didn't want to disappoint the others by not showing up. Granted, he wasn't convinced anyone would notice if he was there or not-- but he couldn't let John go alone. The other mutant was a bit of a wild card, and he needed to be watched. Yep. That was it. Logan was only here to make sure that John Proudstar did nothing stupid.
John would protest that he wasn't capable of anything so stupid, but Logan wasn't convinced. John claimed to be indestructible, and that kind of thinking (even if it was partially true due to his x-genes) tended to get people in trouble. And, while John was in charge of a secret underground mutant cooperation that was basically saving mutant-kind, that didn't mean that Logan was going to trust the quick-tempered man.
The Wolverine glanced sideways at the aforementioned dark-haired man beside him, his pockets tucked into his pants. He let out a dissatisfied grunt, leaning deeper into the wall that he'd claimed as his own. "Look who finally showed up," he muttered, nodding his head in the direction of the trio entering the room. "About time."
John:
"Not like they'll be paying us any attention," John commented, shrugging his broad shoulders. His eyes took in the entire room all at once, and the sound of every conversation in the room flooded his ears like a swarm of bees. He zoned them out and focused on Logan's voice. "That girl there--" He suddenly pointed a finger in Lyudmila's direction. He could spot a mutant a mile away. It could have had something to do with his powers-- but he also just felt like he had a knack for it, telling mutants apart from humans. "She's one of us. I just heard them say that her brother's stationed at Xavier's."
John glanced back at Logan, lifting one inquiring eye. He wouldn't call the two of them friends or even acquaintances. In fact, Logan was pretty annoying because he didn't like to listen to anyone else. But, John found himself sticking with the other man because they were both mutants... and maybe because they were both a little bit alike. Although, he wasn't about to admit that aloud. Granted, he was still trying to figure the other man out. Logan was pretty much a legend in the mutant world, and he was older than all the people in this room.
"You know her? You were a history teacher there, right? Was she a student of yours? Or a friend?"
Logan:
"Those days are behind me," Logan grumbled, taking his eyes from the newcomers. "Besides, she's not interested in us." He saw the way she was looking for someone, and he doubted it was for himself or John. He'd lost a lot of the people he loved; there weren't many people left who really knew him. He took a deep sip of his eggnog and swallowed it bitterly; whoever had made it had horrible taste.
Steve:
He could feel a shift in the air, and, ornaments in hand, he turned around to see the trio that had entered the living room. Tony was always fashionably late, and Clint was usually just... plain late, so he didn't blame Lyudmila for that. In fact, it warmed his heart to see how closely the more novice members of their team looked up to the Avengers. Steve smiled at the sight of his friends, and dipped his head. "Welcome to the party," he told them. "Tom has challenged us to a decorating war. You're welcome to join."
(Edit: also, I just assumed that Lyudmila was a mutant b/c Alyona and Borya were, but let me know if that was wrong. I just quickly read over her bio, and I didn't see anything mentioning a mutant XD So, if she's not a mutant, disregard John's comment XD)

i hate being an adult *pepehands*
so many books indeed ive gone BONKERS well, it was written by Tui T. Sutherland! not sure... who that is... .3.
I do! A lot of manga books mostly- I have a couple of the Fruits Baskets collector's edition books! But Scarlett Pimpernel had gold lining, golden pages, stamped pimpernel flower within the end; absolutely gorgeous and its all throughout the series
uh yeah! We can def do PMs!))
(also, i forgot to add Lyudmila's mutation- it was late when i was editing things asdksjadksakd; but she does have hardened skin- which nothing can pierce her inside or out, but if she breaks any bones inside or things like that, it hurts her alot)
edit: ill add irinei in the morning or whenever i get back online dahkjskadbsakdbhksad im too lazy to type up something rn LOL)
-----
Lyudmila:
She froze. Her senses tingled. Slowly, she's turning away from Steve after a tiny smile that had stretched over her features. It was a small, cute look on her face as she's blinking up at him. He was so tall.. It was like all senses were fired right on Logan and John. There. Him. The big metal Wolverine and the other one. She had given a small wave to the blonde, as if saying thank you and making quiet footsteps towards the duo as they had recently entered. Her head bent backwards a little bit, and she's blinking at them.
Small hand struck outwards. The other delicately holding the present within her other hand. With that, she was staring them both down. A dead look in her eyes, and she's staring at them with one side of her mouth pressing into her cheek so she stared at them like this: :T. However, she spoke this time, "Lyudmila Aliyev." The last name was assuredly familiar to anyone who had recently come from the school. Cognac eyes blinked. She's staring at them with a look that seemed to reveal nothing. Quite smart really; she was a lady of few words after all.
Irinei (Borya):
As if on queue, the twin had arrived. He was a couple inches taller than his twin, however his eyes were mismatched. One was Cognac, the other was a green. His hair was short and well kept with a neat comb over. Slowly, he walked to who he recognized as his sibling. "You know who that is right Lyudmila?" he sounded a bit jovial. It was more open and care-free than that of his now silently standing twin. She was blinking up at him from her oversized sweater, hand still held out to be shaken.
A very soft voice answered back in Russian.
Irinei nodded.
A happy noise. For a brief second, her whole face lit up with excitement and she's blinking up at Logan and John. Irinei gave a tiny laugh, amused that his sister was actually showing emotion. With that, the twin stood beside her as she stared up at them with a newfound excitement. "Irinei Aliyev... student of the gifted school for children.."
A look was sent his way and he gave a cheesed grin and shrug. "I made some mistakes..." Lyudmila shook her head at him, frowning slightly before looking back up at the duo.
Clint:
Clint was there now. "Decoration wars?" he was nosey. Oh boy he was *nosey*. He's making his way over to Steve and grinning up at him. "I'm on your team Cap- there ain't no way we can lose." He beamed out. He was exciited to actually begin doing something for once. Aside from helping at home, Lyudmila had just aligned herself to do a lot of the chores. She did most of everything aside from physical labor. Last time he let her do that, she came down with a fever that lasted a whole week. Natasha and Irinei wouldn't let him live it down.
"We could always use a suit to blow them away," Tony suggested from somewhere in the room.
Laughter actually answered him from Clint. "No way- that's cheating you sad sod!" The archer was beaming ear to ear then, the flicker of a transparent hearing aid attached to the back of his ear. His head turned, now peering over the room and up at the blonde. "Hopefully we can win this one, eh? It shouldn't be too bad, its not like the space brigade could out do us." A playful glint sent towards Peter Quill and his crew.

Tom: There was a lot on Tom's mind, most all of it involving winning what he perceived to be a very tricky challenge. Certainly made all the more so when more people arrived. He shot a look at Peter. Really, the only thing he was worried about was getting a bit more of a challenge and entertainment out of this exercise than would have been otherwise supplied. He scoffed at the suggestion he could be beaten. Scoffing would up the tension, even if for him it was slightly artificial. Very nice. He wouldn't be beaten though. He had no intention of it. He let the various hellos and greetings be exchanged by the new arrivals. Shot a look at Tony that might have been something like wariness. It was exactly what it was. He didn't know what to make of Stark. Didn't want to press his luck. To Clint, however, he found himself saying, "I didn't think this was a team effort, but if you really want to see how that goes, then I'll beat you solo." He wasn't much of a team player, all things considered. He lifted up the box of decorations which he claimed. Steve's insistence to monitor if things got out of hand would be completely ignored. He wanted things to get out of hand.
Eveline: Bucky had indeed brought up old wounds, but Eveline didn't react. Her expression remained placid. Her eyes gave a bit more away, darting to look at one of Bucky's eyes to another. There was a lot in her own expression - what of it was emoting - that held hurt. She neither confirmed or denied Bucky's question though. "Teaming up is fine by me," she said after a length second. She stood and looked over what decorations there were. She ignored Peter as well, for now. Instead she walked over to grab what appeared to be tinsel. There were likely stairways somewhere that would benefit from the decoration.

(Question for Tals; Do you still have Wanda? 'v') Rocket:As soon as Rocket had swiped a box stuffed with decorations (that was still small enough for him to hold), he heard of this sudden rule change. "Wait, we're picking teams now? That's not fair. I thought it was every man for himself." It was more of a grumble and an eye roll than an actual complaint, though. At least if he was being grouped with the 'space brigade' they could all add up their scores. Maybe if he could actually get Groot off his game, the kid could help with the high up stuff. For now, Rocket took his box and got started. This one looked like it was mostly full of candles and mini trees. Weird. They probably went on a shelf or something. ...Or something. Scanning the common room around him, it was no wonder there were so many decorations to set up. This base was so big and empty. Well, Rocket decided to hop up unto the chairs at the bar dividing the room from the kitchen and start burying the marble underneath the candles and trees. Good enough. And also plunk the jingly antler headband thing he'd discovered onto the nearest unwitting person's head. Which happened to be Stark. His box now empty, it was time to get a new one.

______________________
Tony:
Tony had briefly caught the look of wariness. In fact, a brow arched in small curiosity. What was to make of him? Not much he supposed, but he also was just as warry of Tom. Of course, this was all in good nature. The billionaire was making his way to find the nearest place to start his own decorating when he felt the antlers placed atop of his head. He blinked- his head turning and he's staring after Rocket with a confused look. When he tilted his head, he found it jingling with the motions. The soft noises didn't bother him, but he could see the way Clint flinched from his position.
"And where are you going Trash Panda?" Tony questioned as he seemingly found himself following after Rocket. He knew that Rocket didn't enjoy being called anything but a raccoon. Maybe it was the usual personality of his to make jabs? Of course, Tony wouldn't stop unless he was explicitly asked to stop. But- who was counting when he would explicitly listen? It took him damn near ages to stop giving Steve special names. In fact, Tony still does on occasion. While his focus was following Rocket, he ignored the presence of Natasha and Wanda as they entered.
Wanda:
Despite everything being so grand and open, it almost seemed like it was getting full with others. The way those who associated with the X-Men off to one side, Peter Quill and his friends on one, and the intermingling of the Avengers across the room. She briefly remembered meeting the X-Men and Quill's team, but that happened to be awhile ago now. A simple head nod in either direction, she found her eyes wandering the room. She was sure that Vision was here somewhere... But she wasn't sure. Clint had originally picked her up with Lyudmila. Something about making sure she wouldn't get lost along the way... Speaking of which, the Sokovian was carefully eyeing Irinei and his twin.
She remembered meeting the duo long ago when Lyudmila was a new initiate. It was nice to see them together again. It brought a gentle smile to her lips, long hair now pushed over one shoulder as her own warm sweater was curled to her frame. Natasha gently settled her hand on her shoulder, urging Wanda into the room with quiet encouragement. Clint had turned his face from Steve to wave eagerly to the duo before he continued his banter with the others.
Wanda took a step or two forward, hesitating while Natasha sashayed in.
Natasha:
Natasha was pausing to give Irinei and Lyudmila a warm greeting. Of course, she pinched the male's cheek while she placed a little kiss on Lyudmila's temple. It caused a tiny noise to escape the female before the red-headed Russian was making way to see Clint. "Nice to see you too tin-head," she called out, earning a question of,
"Who are you calling tin-head?" from Tony.
Natasha only laughed, coming to a pause while Clint busied himself with looking to Tom. Her brow arched, watching as the archer found himself narrowing his gaze on the man. There was a competitive glint in his gaze, and it was then that the assassin hushed the archer. "Christmas time is about team-work, and having fun without competition Clint. We're here to spend time together, not show off our talents," she reminded. Clint sent a look up her way, and she returned it with a head incline and arch of her brows.
"Maybe next time we can have decoration wars. For now, we should just have fun with each other," the woman smiled to Tom. It was a gentle look, somewhat unusual for the very serious woman. Spending time with a young recruit who was quieter than herself must've softened her up. Well, at least in the company of others. Anyone who fought her now would adamantly tell you that she had not changed her skills one bit on the field.

Rocket:
By the time Rocket heard Stark's reply, he'd already made it back to the stash of boxes and gone searching through one again. The moment he did hear Stark's nickname, though, was different. "Seriously?" He dropped/shoved the wad of sparkly string he'd been holding back inside the box, then whirled around to face the humie. "What is it with you guys and calling me that?" First Quill, now Stark? Were they in cahoots or something? "What the heck even is a trash panda?" Yes, he was used to this by now, but he couldn't stand being called something without at least knowing what it meant. All he'd been told (by Quill) was that it was "way worse" than "raccoon."
Vision:
Throughout this entire holiday gathering, Vision had been busying himself with, well... hanging near the edge of the room and quietly existing. It wasn't that he didn't want to be there—this celebration was meant to include everyone and he didn't want to be rude—he'd just never been a fan of the spotlight. Being programmed by Mr. Stark didn't mean they thought exactly the same, after all. No, he was content with just observing, being, and wisely not getting involved in the "decorating war."
Truthfully, though, Vision was also waiting for someone. Wanda. She was one of the only ones he felt like he could really talk to. He just didn't know for sure that she was coming. When she did show up at the door, though, he hesitated, not making his way over immediately. He did want to, but... he also didn't want to interrupt.

Tony:
The antlers jingled as his head jerked to look back down at Rocket. His brown gaze glittered with mischief. If it was even much, he looked like he was up to no good. But then again, he always looked like he had that gleam. There was really nothing to even change that even if he wanted. Upon the questions, he gave a stifled laugh. "Its just a term for raccoons. I can safely assume that you were called it before," he's sending a glance to Peter then and giving a big ol grin that stated he was... eating... something unpleasant. At least, that's the best way to describe said look.
"Besides, its a cute nickname for our normal raccoons," he clarified his earlier statement, crouching down to peer at the box he had gathered. "At least, that's what my wife tells me anyways. Everyone likes the term and calls them that," a look of exasperation. His brows twitched and eyes rolled, giving a sigh. The billionaire was unsure what the fascination was with normal raccoons. All he knew was that someone called them little bandits that seemingly get stuck in the most hilarious ways. Pepper had mentioned something about that with their own trash cans not that long ago. Probably why he's so used to calling them Trash Pandas now...
Wanda:
Her eyes scanned the room. She was searching for him... Gosh, how long had she been without him? It felt like it was eternity each time they had parted ways. Slowly, she stopped and blinked at the sight of Vision. As he slowly moved towards her, she did the same. Now shuffling around and away from the majority of the crowd, she was peering so close to the one she felt so close to. Her gaze lifted up, searching his own as a smile broke out across her lips.
"It feels like its been a long time," her soft voice spoke. It was like she was afraid to talk at the same volume of the room. In fact, if she did she felt like someone would stop their own conversation to look at them. She wasn't much for the spotlight herself- maybe that was part of why she and Vision got along so well. It was fine though- Tony's chattering would probably drown out the rest and keep the others entertained.

Logan:
Although she'd been captivated by Steve for a brief moment, the girl had decided to come over to Logan and John instead. He found it a bit surprising (and uncomfortable, considering he would have rather just stayed alone), but perhaps she felt more kinship towards himself and John. They were all mutants, after all, and mutants banded together. His eyes followed her hand, and he gave her a quick, sturdy handshake before pulling back. "It's been a while, Lyudmila," he said, flatly. "Are you here just for the holidays, or are you planning on staying?"
The Avengers base had become more of a refuge than anything. He never expected to find himself there, but he'd been there for a while now. He didn't know how much longer he was going to be there for, though; he wasn't in the habit of staying in one place too long. When he settled down -- when he gave himself hope of a normal life -- that's when things started to go wrong and he started to lose the people that he loved. Logan had learned that it was better not to get too attached to anything. It hurt too much.
John:
John's eyes flitted from Lyudmila to the boy who'd come up behind her. He introduced himself as Irinei, and he looked similar to the girl. Siblings, perhaps? Twins? Probably. John concentrated on both of the mutants, curiosity piqued. And then he heard Irinei's comment to the other girl. He'd made a mistake. What kind of mistake? John shouldn't have been listening, but he couldn't help it. His eyes narrowed, and after a moment of just staring in silence, he questioned, "Is that why you are here? You did something? Are you here to hide?"
Cap:
Steve looked at Clint, and he shook his head slightly, sending a sideways glance at Tom. "I'm not going to be picking any sides," he told the archer. The last time they'd picked sides like that, there'd been a civil war that had nearly torn all of the Avengers apart. A decorating war was obviously a lot less harmful, but he wasn't taking his chances. The Avengers could be extreme, especially given their abilities. A decorating war could turn into a lot more than a decorating war. "I'll do a little decorating, but I'm more of the... neutral force here."
Bucky:
Sometimes he didn't know when to keep quiet. This wasn't one of those times. He found that her silence answered more than maybe she'd wanted it too, and he decided it best not to instigate. Instead, he offered a brief nod and followed her over to the decorations. He grabbed a box that jingled and jangled, and his face twisted into concentration. He wasn't a decorator, not really. But he was pretty good at putting them out. It was likely his 'decorating' looked more like a mess than anything, but that's what made it fun, in his opinion. Back in the day, he remembered putting up decorations around the house while his sister followed him, straightening up his mess. He let out a nostalgic sigh, and his eyes drifted down towards the tinsel in Eveline's hand. "Stairs," he said at once. "Let's go find some stairs."
Peter:
Team Space Brigade? Well, he supposed it wasn't a terrible name. There'd been worse. He rolled his eyes, and sideways glared at Rocket. They were already a dysfunctional team, and while the raccoon annoyed him to no end, sometimes, he was silently glad that they were on the same team. He knew Rocket, and he knew himself, and he knew that one of the reasons that they hated each other was because they both wanted to be the best. They both wanted to be the leader. They both-- okay, well, their personalities clashed. A lot. But, in this case, it was good. Peter knew that the both of them wanted to win, and they'd probably both do anything it took to win. This wasn't just fun and games, anymore. This truly was a decorating war.
Unless--- unless Rocket got into an argument. For just a moment, Peter's eyes had fallen down to his decorations, and then he noticed that Rocket had disappeared. He grabbed two boxes of his decorations and juggled them, eyes in slits, as he followed the sound of Rocket's raised voice. He spotted Tony with the raccoon, and he caught the last of their conversation. He thought of walking away and letting the two of them duel it out, but then he suddenly got an idea. Smirking to himself and peering around his stacked boxes, he said, "Trash Panda, grab the Robot. You're now part of the Space Brigades, Robot. And we're going outside."
It was time to find the tallest tree. The three of them with their gadgets could fly, and their was no beating them once they got to decorating the trees around the base.

Lyudmila:
The small mutant female was able to give Logan a smile despite his flat tone. She knew he was much of a grump from the beginning. She didn't mind though; why would anyone protest when they're usually dead quiet? Upon his question, she had briefly paused to think over it. Her head turned, her gaze boring into Clint as he waved a hand at her direction. Looking back up at Logan, the small female responded gently, "It has been awhile. Too long," she affirmed, now speaking more. Her voice was still a bit soft from old habit. "I told Clint I'd stay here for awhile past the holidays. I wanted to visit some others while I was out here and holidays aren't exactly the best time to visit friends."
She was a drifter; There was really no one she stuck to aside from her twin. She remained with Clint and his family simply because they were initiating her into the group as an agent once more; More than just S.H.I.E.L.D. agents mind you. The longest point she remained in one spot she could really think of was being at bootcamp- and now at the home which hosted her. Except, her reason wasn't the same as Logan's. Hers was just because she could never trust anyone or anything from any start. It was a wonder how she managed to not try and escape through a window at this point. "Hopefully you're not causing trouble for the Avengers," a gentle smile, tired look flashing in her gaze as she's now visibly relaxed.
However, her head turned to stare at John- her brows furrowing and mouth opening. Lyudmila could only shake her head and try and focus on the large burly Canadian that was made of adamantium.
Irinei:
That caught his attention. Mismatch eyes now flickering with a newfound mischief at the question and he's letting a lopsided grin. "If you count being held back a grade or two as needing to hide, then I wouldn't be here. In fact, sis would be throwing me out those windows about now," he was totally relaxed, shoulders slouched and head tilting towards John. He jerked slightly, spluttering as he had been elbowed by said female. "Of course, she does want to emphasize I'm no threat," he stated in a strained voice, crouching slightly.
He finally stood upright, sighing out and continuing on, "But, a pleasure to meet you too, mister suspicious of everyone."
(note to self: Irinei has Psychometry)
Clint:
He let out a soft sigh. "That makes sense. Still," he grumbled, glancing away. He knew Steve was right about that- even in his suspicions. Its not like he would change his mind. But hearing that Quill was going to grab Tony and Rocket, he sighed. If he didnt open his big mouth, he would be absolutely fine and not have to worry about trying to outdo the trio that could literally fly. Whatever- maybe after Lyudmila was done socializing, he'd go grab her- or maybe Wanda. But even then, the archer knew that it would take YEARS to grab those two once they socialized.
Tony:
Robot? Who was he calling robot? His head swiveled this way and that to finally stare down Quill. Oh? He's pointing at himself when he heard his nickname, and then got the biggest grin that split his face in half. Oh he understood now. The glittering red and gold armor came flying into view, snapping around his body and locking into place. "Seems like you have a great idea porcupine," Tony remarked to Peter. His faceplate snapped into place, looking down at Rocket then.
"Well, you heard him trashie. Lets get a move on."
