Yes it could add drama,like if they have a fight about whether to execute dangerous cat instead of exiling them to keep the clan safe.

I'm not sure about executions. I've (personally) never cared for them. But! Maybe they are more prone to attack cats that aren't like them? That don't have a glow? Maybe if a kit doesn't glow, once they reach apprentice age, they are forced out of the clan?

The Warrior Code (According to the clan and survival):
1. Defend you clan, even at the cost of your life. You cannot have friendships outside the clan.
2. Do not hunt or leave the territory. it could mean destruction for the whole clan.
3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
5. A kit must be six moons old to become an apprentice. If the kit has no glow, the kit is escorted out of the territory to be exiled.
6. Newly appointed warriors must keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name. Another warrior will tell them they can speak, rest, and eat.
7. A cat cannot be made deputy without mentoring at least one apprentice.
8. The deputy will become leader when the leader dies.
9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, a new deputy must be chosen at moonhigh.
10. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge and attack all trespassing cats. Only greet them if they have a glow.
11. No warrior will neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if that kit is not in the clan. However, if the kit has no glow, save the kit then leave.
12. The word of the clan leader is the warrior code.
13. If need to, a warrior will kill to save the clan from attack. Do not take the safety of the clan lightly. If taken lightly, the cat is to be exiled and marked as dead.
14. A warrior rejects the life of a kittypet. It is traitorous to our survival.
15. Leaders, Deputies, and Medicine cats can have kits but they will have to have other cats watch for them.
16. A kit with no glow is not given a name until they glow. If they never glow, they are to not be given a name.

I think I might need to add that the cats give off a florescent glow and not bio-luminescent glow. Two different things. Oh! And what do you think about the fact that the cats will glow brighter at night and brightest during the full moon?

These pictures show the US in the area I was thinking for the clan to be. They are in the Pacific Northwest. The area is usual cold, rainy, and mountainous. However, the springs and summers are very colorful and warm. A lot of wolves and wild horses roam here. I think it would be interesting to see a wild-cat population move in and how well it will interact with the population.

For some reasons i would prefer pastel colours but as long as there is pink its good,you might need a diagram showing all the glowing parts. |

The colors will rang from green, yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, and light blue due to the types of florescent proteins found naturally in sea life. However, I am fine with a bit of variety in the colors changing from lighter to darker versions. But I think we should limit the mix of colors like orange-yellow and blue-green.

I guess the next thing we should do is the modifications. Get that ironed out so we can work on everything else.
I would usually agree, but I think you are thinking more along the lines of bio-luminescence. Plus, usually, florescence is usually a primary or secondary color. At least from what I researched. XD

Yeah i don't really go nuts being to realistic i mean its Glowing cats in a highly structured secret society with powers.how more unrealtic can it get XD i'm making a clan just putting it out there and am kinda halfway there.

Lol! I am very much a sci-fi person so I try to do as much research and make it as plausible as possible. The Tribe and Kingdom I worked on were on a different planet and completely sci-fi based with biology science and Avatar science (Avatar as in the blue alien one).
