History/Plot Idea Response - -
I really like that a lot for history. Maybe it had a huge impact on one of the Clans more so than the others. We could put ourselves right after the rise in the water plot wise. That way we could possible have it to where they're all exploring new territory and trying to put up borders. Something small, but a lot of potential for animal attacks and battles.
Ranks Idea Response - -
I have a rank similar to that, Rush, that I'm going to use for another role-play. The family ideas as well. However, we'd need to limit the families in each Clan, because too many will be too much. That is if we go for that idea. As for the deputy figure, they could also be called the King's Paw. They act as a bodyguard and enforcer as well as a potential heir if the leading family somehow dies out or can't produce an heir. Another issue with the families/houses idea is that what Pommy mentions and I think she's referring to would be another hard to control plot in the Clans. With the different families and houses, there would always be a fight for power. Families would be disgraced and toppled, essentially a lot of infighting. It would also require a lot of territory for them to be spaced out. While I'd love to do the family idea, I think it's close to impossible in a setting where there are multiple Clans. But wait, there's more! We could have the three Clans fighting over some kind of land. That piece of territory could be morphed into a power symbol, maybe where they gather for Gatherings or meeting with StarClan. Essentially, they'd have a constant watch on the other Clans. This may be difficult as well.
For how they're set up, I'm assuming we're going to be mixing the ranks of monarchy and a wolf pack. I like the idea and we could potentially make it to where the Clans are named after different wolves.

That could be neat! But, how would we name the Clans? Most of the wolf species I've seen are called stuff like 'New Guinea Singing Dog' or the 'Florida Black Wolf'... o3o
You're probably right about it being too difficult to go about the family stuff ewe Well, we could just scrap the idea!
Ooh, I like that! The Clans could fight over power over an important landmark, a little like Sunningrocks, but more extreme. It would make sense to be the gathering place, or the moon place... hm

And there's always the timberwolf, so TimberClan could work
Or even TundraClan/ArcticClan for arctic and tundra wolves, though that might contradict the territory.

Rushingwolf well, that's the thing, I have a WIP Clan at the moment which is called TimberClan xD It's going to be opened soon, so I'm a bit iffy about using that name as well

I'm assuming, we're mixing up the ranks and applying them to the Clans overall. What if we all have different traditions but they all have one thing in common. Like mates could be arranged, but there is a different way each Clan goes about it? (As an example.)

Stormshade blinked, staring at his dying mate. It was the only thing that he was able to do. The shock from the last blow that he was given had dazed him, leaving him to see Blossomcloud in a pool of blood when he awoke.
"S-Stormshade?" she called. Her voice was but a whisper.
The tom came to her side slowly. "Yes?" he asked, matching the whisper that he was given.
"I-I want you to know..." the she-cat trailed off. "That my father-"
"What about Pebblestep?"
"H-he's not my kin. Pebblestep just pretended for my mother's sake. I-I discovered that it was a loner named Crow-" The she-cat's ginger head jerked.
"Blossomcloud, save your energy. Think of our kits..." Stormshade stared into the now dull green eyes of his mate lovingly. "Please."
"It's my time, Stormshade..."
Slowly, Blossomcloud's body gave a final jerk, and the faint rising and falling of her chest stopped. Stormshade buried his muzzle in her fur, relishing the warmth that her lithe body still continued to give off. He stared into her eyes - the eyes that had now lost all of their lively warmth - and smiled. Blossomcloud would only want for me to continue to be happy.
