↠ Activity & Commitment are two massive things that can make or break a role-play. Helpers need to be active and admins need to check the page almost everyday. The planning page will be a lot stricter than the actual role-play itself. Why? Well, considering the time it will take to get everything done, we may lose helpers if they lack interest. So please, check the page almost everyday. Admins and helpers need to tell us if they are no longer wanting to help or run a Clan.

↠ Contribution is a key to moving up on the power scale. The more you contribute, the more likely you're going to impress us and potentially get a high position. However, it is important to check and see what is available and what is not. Even being supportive and putting out ideas is a big enough help. A line will be drawn at a certain point. What point is that you may ask? If a helper or admin is becoming too pushy and appears to be "taking over" they will be given a talk. While someone may be a helper and possible mod or an admin, you are not technically the creator of the role-play. This only came into place because ☽ƜσƖf●Ɓιтє☾ decided to create a three Clan role-play.

↠ Assumptions can be a pain in the tush. Especially when a helper assumes they'll get a rank in the Clan. This also relates to someone who joins assuming they can do something without checking the front page or asking for a rank. There are forms for a reason. There is a list of jobs for a reason. Admins will choose their deputies and medicine cats for a reason. We kindly, but sternly, ask that you not assume such things. The time it takes to check the front for an opening will not take an hour. We are attempting to be straight forward and thorough.

↠ We will not be allowing other Clans to "border" us. We do not want to modify our Clans to suit anyone else's. Also, if you're not going to allow LBGTQ+ characters, then please do not apply.

↠ Each Clan will have both a main and secondary leader. The secondary leader will keep an eye on the Clan to ensure rules are being enforced and activity is kept up, and can role-play the main leader's character if they are not present for an important even such as a gathering. The deputy can handle smaller things such as the main leader not being present for a ceremony within the Clan. Secondary leaders can only be the other admins.

↠ Leaders and secondary leaders are expected to be online daily, unless they are unable to for significant reasons such as medical issues or losing internet access.

↠ A penalty system will be used to ensure leaders are active and keeping up with their responsibilities. A single penalty is simply a warning, but if a second penalty is issued, the user will lose all administrative rights other than updating the Clan page. Their out-of-character responsibilities will be taken over by the secondary leader. Within role-play, the leader character will fall ill/be injured/etc. and set aside for a week, in addition to losing a life. The deputy will take over the leader's in-character responsibilities such as performing ceremonies. The third penalty is the final strike; the user will be demoted to a standard member and the Clan page will be remade.

↠ Leaders and secondary leaders will meet one to two times each week to discuss the current state of the Clans and address any issues. If a secondary leader has noticed rules are not being properly enforced in the Clan they're keeping an eye on, they should explain their thoughts and provide evidence at the meeting, which can lead to penalties or the leader being demoted.

↠ Deputies will be chosen by the leaders.

↠ Deputies, and some medicine cats, will be moderators of the Clan. Meaning that until all leaders feel that we have reached a point where regular members can take on tasks that the deputy does, only the moderators can be deputy. This is temporary.

↠ Leaders and deputies can not be medicine cats of the same Clan or another Clan. Medicine cat apprentices are the only position they may take because it will be a long time before they are an official medicine cat. The original medicine cat would need to die or retire. Medicine cats can not be their own apprentices or medicine cats of other Clans. However, this rule may have exceptions if a solid reason is given.

↠ Order of succession: Original leader, secondary leader, deputy, medicine cat, moderator, member. Secondary leaders will lead for a short time if needed, then the deputy will take over if there is one. The deputy, upon being chosen, must agree to all deputy terns and leader terms.

↠ Leaders have a right to demote a deputy or medicine cat if needed. Evidence must be provided.

↠ A similar penalty system will be used on medicine cats and deputies. Medicine cats and deputies must role-play as much as the leader. If they are caught too many times simply moderating without an excuse or if they have not created a solution, they will receive a penalty. Five strikes equals one penalty. Deputies and medicine cats are moderators, so they must moderate the Clan. If the leader is gone and certain actions that are against the rules have gone on over five times, another penalty will be issued. Deputies may not be allowed to play hero, either. A first penalty is a warning, a second is the deputy becomes sick and loses their moderating rights, as well as deputy rights. A third means they are completely demoted to a regular member.

↠ Leaders hold the right to add to any rules and the moderators, deputies, and medicine cats must keep updated on them.
