Zanezza looked a bit torn as she followed her temporary care-giver into the bedroom, her eyes puzzled and a little hurt. She thinks over Valkoinen question before answering it with her own, "Is human safe?" She pushed the thoughts of her differences behind her, nervous for the human she had helped heal. Of course, she was still a little sad that he had been afraid of her, she still didn't know what she could do; what awful abilities she possessed. She didn't know that any act of healing formed a bond of some sort t that person - the bigger the act, the stronger the bond. But even if she didn't have a little connection with the Stary and the human, she would have still been concerned. ( *Pats your head* Zenezza loves you x3 But like for real, you need a place, I got a spare bed. *Tags every LGBT person I know for the last sentance so like you and two others x3*

Valkoinen gave a small shake of her head. "I might have been a bit too aggressive toward him. He's safe, for now. It's usually a bad idea to let humans wander about alone. It looks like Julian might be inclined to help him out, so you might be training together." She admitted. "I don't like humans much, I have to admit, but then, I don't like most Faeries either. But I can't let my opinion be what makes yours. You'll have to draw your own opinions about the world and the people around you. It's a lot to think about and take in, but once you understand how you feel about others, it makes things easier."
Julian hesitated before speaking. "Well, there's more Fae beasts here than just Faeries. I might be able to pull a Bestiary for you, but the you must always be wary in those woods. The only reason Valkoinen lives out there is because she's practically feral." He told him. "There are dragons, of sorts, but there very small and mild-tempered. Very wise, too. As for the large dragons I think you're thinking of, I haven't seen one of those. Not to say they aren't real, but if they're out there, they're very good at hiding."

Zanezza nodded in acceptance of the answer, her wings twitching slightly. She yawned into her hand, her wings going limp as exhaustion tugged her her mind. "What am I, thought?" She asked, her voice drowsy. "Why is my aura so dark?" Yawning once more into her hand, Zanezza felt a headache blossom in her temples, and she cringed at this new pain.

Valkoinen paused, thinking this over. "Well, you're a Night Faerie. Your kind are not evil, not by nature. You have potential for darker magics, and some Faeries might assume that you use dark magic just because you're capable. Truthfully, all Fae are capable of dark magic, and all Fae have the same potential to be good or evil. It's up to you how you want to grow. Even if you fill your life with good and light, there's no guarantee that the world will accept you. " She tried to explain, not entirely certain how to approach this. She was so young, it had to be a lot to take in.

Zanezza was quiet for a moment, letting it sink in. Finally, she simply shrugged. "Okay," and then she lowered herself onto one of the two beds in the rom, her exhaustion finally dragging her down. SShe clung onto a pillow, thinking about the darkness she was capable of. But the, she remember the light. The healing. She could heal people. Zanezza clung onto the thought as tightly as she clung onto the pillow, which she curl around as she payed on the bed, too tired to really get in. Her sleep-fogged mind was trying to cheer her, and it seemed to be working a little.

Valkoinen gave another small sigh, patting the top of the Night's head gently. "It's going to be rough at first, I won't lie. But there's a place for every Faerie. Always." She said before she headed out of the room, closing the door behind her.

((Thank you Zanzenna X) ))
((Aight! You'd be surprised how many were gay in band. Not a lot, but still more than you'd expect.))
Learning new vocabulary, Cameron made sure he mentally tucked away those notes. To be weary of the woods, however, was something he needed to be more of. "I see...so there's what I'd consider normal, and then there's bestiarys." The human cloaked himself in a cloth of beige as he dried his hair.
"Feral, huh...that thought never truly crossed my mind. I suppose the first hint should have been the hut, though." He murmured, the cloth dropping to his shoulders. His clothes were now much more dry, only just slightly damp. Most likely due to the time so far spent indoors.
He imagined the smaller dragons to either be like lizards or komondo dragons but with wings. More so the former than the latter. "Something even you haven't seen...if they aren't in plain sight, it's possible they are beyond the ozone layer, or hidden in large areas that most wouldn't expect them to be." Cameron hypothesized. Hearing another door click, he couldn't tell if it was Valkoinen or Zanzenna. His head twitched as he wanted to turn his head, but ultimately decided it was best not to.
"Something tells me I made a good decision choosing to travel to a place like this. Even if I'm not accepted, and I have to remain hidden, I have a feeling that until something happens that threatens life here because of my presence, I'll remain." His eyes lowered slightly, before he started to fold the damp towel in his hands, questioning with hand motions where he should place it. "Just because we look different doesn't mean we have to treat each other that way. I wouldn't, at least. I don't mind how anyone thinks of me."
His voice fell to abyss, falling silent. "If...you wouldn't mind, I'd like to learn at least some basic fighting. To better prepare myself if I ever need it." His eyes met Julians. Resolve flooded his hazel eyes. "My best quality is music, I'd be willing to teach it to anyone and perform with passion. I want to know if you are willing to do the same."
Suddenly, he realized something. "...Or if it might make me even more of a threat, it's fine to reject, too."

X3
Please don't take that as complaining, I love being busy x3 but after working for hours on an essay and getting a low grade, it's kinda disappointing 3:

((I'm used to the rants, feel free to rant off whenever you want. A friend and I will have a time once a month to rant to each other about whatever, so feel free to adopt the idea!)) ((Sounds very busy. There's no colleges even close to me, so I take dual credit classes, which is stressful, but doesn't sound nearly as stressful as your schedule. Band is only a couple days a week, and in two weeks competition season starts, and that's when it hits hard.)) ((Thanks for the hug! *pap*))

(We're gonna head to a friends house soon for cake. Its his birthday.)
"I'm not really the one to learn to fight from." Julian replied, gesturing to Valkoinen as she reentered the room. "Valkoinen is a good fighter. She's usually the one to teach new faeries their first lessons in basic combat before they decide whether they want to advance or not. She can teach you too."
"Don't volunteer me to train him." Valkoinen frowned at that. Still, she probably would have had to teach him anyway...
"You're going to be teaching Zanezza. One more student won't hurt." Julian reasoned

"...if that's okay, of course." The human murmurs. He placed a cuffed hand over his mouth as the sound of his breathing in a sigh occurred at the same time. "I just thought what would be best."
Cameron ran a hand through his hair, grazing his scalp in the process with his fingertips. While fighting was something he quite disliked, he needed ton do something on his own, should he be alone.

(You tired, too?)
Julian gave a nod to Cameron. "Don't worry about it. She's a good teacher when she puts in the effort." He took a step back. "There's only one bedroom in these houses, I hope you're alright on the couch..."
Valkoinen narrowed her eyes at Julian one last time before she went into the kitchen to check for food. The Hatchling houses were usually stocked with a few long-lasting foods, like honey or dried meats, but that wasn't meant to be all that was available. She'd have to go out once the rain stopped and get something fresh. That wouldn't be too hard, she knew a good number of fruit-bearing trees and where to find them in the woods. She wasn't as confident about finding a source of vegetables. She might need to go into the city for those. Normally she'd have a whole group of Mythics ready to help out, but with it being just her and Julian, she didn't want to leave the Hatchling alone, regardless of the human's presence.

((Okay, that didn't happen. Competition season is starting, so my time is limited.))
"I'm alright with anything at this point." While Cameron didn't crack a grin, the corners of his mouth twitched as usual. Seeing Val leave, his eyes followed until she was out of sight. Looking back at Julian, he dares to ask, "Are you sure it will be okay?"
The last thing he wanted was to be distrusted, even though he knew it would be unavoidable. It was surprising, really. Both faerie and human feared each other, when one thought the other was dominant. Similar to a prisoner's dilemma, it was as if both ended up betraying the other in the end. He grew up thinking the humans were afraid because they held no power - no magic. They had modern weapons at most.
These faeries seemed different. Strangely, they seemed to fear humans. Even if it was not as apparent, judging by these actions so far of distrust and not being able to be near one of them, it showed they had at least some fear of them. Which made Cameron ask to himself: was it all just a misunderstanding?
Peace between the two would probably never happen. Though hopefully as he stayed with them, he would at least understand them better.
