They're probably lost forever in the realm of forgotten background characters.

They sure felt sorry about it, when they were starving and needed his help. I doubt that they'll appear, but it'd be super cool if they did.

I can't really imagine them reappearing. I really hope that they managed to find Twolegs to take care of them. Their appearances in Rise of Scourge have always haunted me. I know they were childhood bullies, but they literally look so tortured by the time Scourge meets them in adulthood. I like to think they found homes afterwards, but who knows?

It's interesting that Scourge lets them off the hook with food and a warning. He could have easily killed them or denied them food, but letting them have it let them survive. I think they probably squirreled off to some hole somewhere and lived as Sol type rogues, I suppose.

no. their apology was fake. they only apologized to him so they can get some food and help and realized how well respected he was in bloodclan. they never cared about him being their brother; i dont see why they would care now. so i doubt they felt any genuine remorse.
tbh i dont care enough to see them ever again. serves them right, they were terrible creatures to tiny and never cared about him as a brother.

I think they probably squirreled off to some hole somewhere and lived as Sol type rogues, I suppose. i interpreted it as a power trip. allowing them to eat and live was a testament to how powerful he was, letting them recognize how low they'd sunk and how at his mercy they were. killing would be easy but letting them beg for his trash to eat was far more humiliating.

His attempt to flex was his big speech, he says as much that they don't recognize it. Giving them food doesn't seem to be a part of it.

His attempt to flex was his big speech, he says as much that they don't recognize it. Giving them food doesn't seem to be a part of it. I don't know if that was a flex so much as explaining how little they mean to him compared to the power he has. Okay, maybe it is a bit of a flex lol. But I think allowing them to eat is an extension of that rather than a separate thing. "Look at all this power I have, your life or death is up to me." He chose life but only because they'd carry that humiliation of subjugation their entire lives, and he'd probably find that a sweeter revenge/power trip more than simply killing them. The writing at times suggests he's grown to enjoy his terrorism of others (he comments after killing the rogue that he is beginning to enjoy/welcome "the chill in [his] blood") I mean, it's just my interpretation. So I could be wrong. I don't think it was out of some hidden piece of kindness, though.

im re-reading TROS right now and i just realized that that tabby rogue is supposed to be brokenstar Yep. This ends up creating two timelines, the TROS timeline and the Barley's backstory timeline, due to the fact that Barley has to come to the forest BEFORE Brokenstar.

Honestly I don't understand why they get so much hate. Scourge's backstory is anything but traumatic. "Oh no, Tiny got bullied for being shrimpy when he was a kit!! Totally excuses being a serial killer!!". They were like, what? Equivalent to a five-year-old? They do, most likely, feel sorry about it. Or they just forgot. I dunno.

Since when was Scourge a serial killer? And I really doubt they were 5 years old mentally given Tiny survived just fine on his own after a beating from Tigerpaw. Probably more apprentice aged than anything else.

Well I heard that ruby got hit by a car and died, and as for socks he found a new housefolk and lived with it. And I think they feel a bit bad for the treatment they did to scourge. also I doubt they will be seen again since ruby died and Maybe even socks as well since It's been a long time so he might of died of old age.
UPDATE: I was wrong turns out they are still alive but then again they could be dead of old age, well barley is still alive so I'm not really sure?
