Honestly I really like the argument. The petty sniping and jabs feel realistic enough to me in terms of both having reasons for what they're doing and why they're like that. Ivypool just kind of despises Tigerheart for poor reasons, and that happens sometimes. the argument felt immature but thats because they were younf, immature cats at the time. it only gets annoying when they continue to act like this as adults

No, Ivypool is a hypocrite for having a grudge against Tigerheart because a lot of it stems from his involvement in the Dark Forest... which SHE was also a part of. Also she hated him for interrupting her while she was killing Flametail???? I love Ivypool but good lord she needs to get her head out of the sand. Also I think her possessive behavior of Dovewing is really not great, and while I understand why she'd be upset over Dovewing leaving ThunderClan, Ivypool also made Dovewing feel alienated by not controlling her jealousy well. If anything, Ivypool's hostile attitude towards Dovewing after she left just proves that it was better for Dovewing to move to ShadowClan rather than stay in ThunderClan with a sister that is so volatile and has always kind of hated her. Hunh...? Ivypool's dislike toward Tigerheart was because he was a DF cat, and she didn't know his real motives at all. She was tricked into joining the DF, and she later finds out this is the case for others as well, however she also finds out some cats actually LIKED being their too. She wasn't sure with Tigerheart because for one, like her, he was one of the ones favorited by the higherups, and two he's a literal Tigerclone from ShadowClan. In fact, when she finds out the truth about the Dark Forest it was literally through her spying on Tigerheart and Tigerstar. It makes sense for Ivypool to be suspicious of his true intentions, and why he's seeing her sister illegally in the waking world. In fact, even more so when she catches them together and he holds her prisoner in exchange for herbs. When it comes to Flametail, I feel like people are painting her as some malicious monster that wanted to kill him intentionally, when that wasn't the case at all. To Tigerheart it may look bad because they're brothers so yes he cares about Flametail. But from Ivypaw's perspective, she was ordered by Brokenstar himself to do it, to test her loyalty. She was a spy at the time and disobeying obviously wasn't the better choice. If she had to steel her nerves and had to fight and kill Antpelt she had no choice in the matter with Flametail as well. Even before she was going to attack him, she tried to protest against it, she clearly didn't want to do it, but she had to prove her "loyalty" to them so they wouldn't be suspicious of her. And this is even the incident that causes Tigerstar to actually trust her. Ivypool feels guilty for trying to kill Flametail, and since then Tigerheart is the one that's actually openly aggressive toward her. Ivypool goes out of her way to avoid him, even staying home from gatherings, and Tigerheart deliberately tells Dovewing she's not the cat she thinks she is to sew doubt in her toward her sister.

Neutral, I haven't read OOTS in ages, but their every encounter about Tigerheart/DF/whatever else was always annoying and frustrating to read.
