"Easy for you to say, no offense, but you're already an S class Wizard. There are so many wizards in the guild who are stronger than me, there's no way I'd be picked," Ember shrugged, feeling small next to her, though it wasn't in height that he felt that way.

"It just takes dedication and a ton of practice." She shrugged, tilting her head at him. She wondered why he was so negative about it; he definitely had a chance. Everyone did. Sure, he was young. But that didn't mean he was weak. An idea popped in her head and a small smile made its way onto her face. "Wanna practice? Xzavier's abilities, as well as mine, need to be warmed up whenever we don't go on a request for a while. We were probably going to go train soon. Care to join?" She offered.

Ember was shocked at her request. There was no way he could pass up a chance like this! "If you don't mind, then yes, I would love to join you!" He accepted happily.

"Great." She grinned, pushing herself off the balcony and making her way back over to her twin. Xzavier raised a brow when he heard Ember's excited statement and he narrowed his eyes. "You didn't." "I did. Be nice, he's trying to get the S Class title. Plus, you also said we needed to integrate ourselves more with the Guild." She scolded him, pushing him out of his comfortable spot with a slight huff. Mumbling something incoherent in Russian, he ran a hand through his hair before glancing over at Ember. He was curious to see what the younger was capable of and was also itching to let loose some of his magic.

"When do you want to...?" Ember asked, his voice trailing off as Anstasiya walked off to her brother.

"We usually train on the outskirts of town. It's better for our magic to not be around innocent bystanders." Xzavier explained, making his presence known as he rested an elbow on his sister's shoulder, much to her protest. But she made a small noise of agreement to his comment, shrugging off his elbow. "We do it so no one gets hurt."

Is their magic really so powerful? "I guess that makes sense," Ember commented, walking away from the balcony and towards the two S Class wizards.

She nodded, following after her brother as he led the way out of the Guild and on to the busy street. He squinted his eyes at the sudden brightness, choosing the direction to the small clearing where him and Anastasiya practiced. "Yeah. We don't want any accidental occurrences to happen, y'know? It's better this way."

Ember nodded in agreement as he followed the two, for the most part, quietly. It would probably be hard training if he was doing it with S Class wizards. It would defiantly be a great chance to improve his skills.

Once they came upon the deserted clearing, Anastasiya let out a small sigh of relief. This place was their sanctuary, somewhat, besides the place they lived in. Here, the twins could let loose without a care in the world. Here, they could use their Magic to their full potential without hurting anyone. "We usually practice by fighting each other or letting our Magic run freely." She explained to Ember, her head tilted to the side slightly. "You can do whichever you want, though."

"Alright," Ember nodded. He normally just practiced by himself, so he guessed he'd do that for a bit before asking to battle one of the twins. He held out his hand, a long tendril of fire wrapped around his hand, dark and dull, snaking along the ground. He flicked it to life in the air, the whip now hissing with heat. It was a bit embarrassing practicing in front of the twins as he normally did a mock battle with himself. The enemy would come from above, jumping from behind him. Ember turned and flicked his fire whip into the air, but the attack would miss by a hair.

She stood entranced for a moment, the fire from his Magic lighting up the arena around them. "C'monnn~" Xzavier groaned, pulling his sister towards him, putting a few feet away from Ember. He had to admit, the Magic was pretty amazing. It was deadly, yes. But controllable. The twins' Magic.. Well, that was another story. "Wanna spar for a little until he's ready to face one of us?" He questioned his sibling, earning a sly grin in response as she pulled out her twin pistols and aimed them at Xzavier. "Take that as a yes."

Ember lost his focus as he glanced at the twins and he imagined the enemy would've gotten an attack in by then. Ember returned his focus to his 'mock battle' if it could be called that. He instantly got into a slight crouch. In a fight, it's so easy to be thrown off balance by an attack and he'd learned that the best defense against balance loss was crouching. The enemy would go in for a close rang attack and Ember bent backwards, swiping up with his left foot, the whip disappearing from his hand. The enemy would be kicked by his foot and thrown behind him and in that motion Ember snapped his finger, setting the ground ablaze where he assumed the enemy would land if he were truly fighting.

She heard the crashing of Ember behind her but didn't dare to turn her head, keeping a careful eye on her brother. He raised a brow, a smile reaching the corners of his lips as he cracked his neck, slipping his metal knuckles on. Immediately, she shot two bullets at her brother, ones that he dodged quite simply. The bullets lodged themselves into two trees behind him, beginning to disintegrate into the ground as soon as they were hit. "C'mon, you promised you wouldn't use those poisons." He complained, appearing behind her with a hand outstretched. She danced out of his reach, sticking out her tongue. "Don't be a wuss."

But of corse, that would never be enough to defeat the enemy. The enemy would walk out almost unhurt, just a few bruises and burns, then go for a long range attack, all the while moving. He got back to his feet and turned to face the enemy.
Ena laid in the security of a bush, her aim on the fire boy. She knew the other two were S Class, she wasn't stupid. If she shot the boy first, they would run to his aid, an easier target when they try to figure out what happened. See, she wasn't aiming to kill, no, no, no, that would be bad. She was just doing a job, under a fake name of corse. No need to reveal her name. No, no ,no. See, the spell she was using, Black Bullet, would put her target into a sleep and they'd only wake if they defeated the dream, well, nightmare. That or if she woke them up, but, no, she would not unless she absolutely had to. Two forms, yes, Snipe and Shot. Snipe was more of a Sniper's gun while Shot was similar to a pistol. See, these looked different though, they were what she imagined, the perfect forms. Only a few seconds had past and when the boy turned, she shot, the bullet-like form sliced through the air soundlessly and pierced the back of the neck, making the boy fall to the ground into a nightmare with a thud.

The banter between the twins immediately stopped when Xzavier saw his sister's face pale. He turned his head to glance at whatever was bothering her and his brow furrowed in confusion. What had just happened? He grabbed at his sister as she tried to run over, squirming in his grasp. "Let. Me. Go." She hissed in Russian. "Calm down." He murmured in her ear, body tense as his eyes darted around the clearing. "Someone's here and it isn't safe to act irrational." Anastasiya let out an inhuman snarl but stayed put, her hold on her pistols firm. Cracking his neck, Xzavier gently let his sister go. He knew full well she wouldn't move towards Ember, but it was obvious she wanted to check on the younger Mage. "Come out, now." The male sibling ordered, his voice heavy with their accent.

Ena smirked from her hidden position in the bush. She slightly adjusted the snipe angle so she was aiming at Anastasiya. One. Two. Click. The bullet-like form sliced through the air, heading for the S Class wizard's chest. Move back, it'll hit. Move to the side, it'd hopefully at least graze the girl's shoulder. She shot another one to the side slightly for extra measure. She'd have to move soon, make it harder for them to pinpoint her. But, if they did find her, she would easily be able to get out, especially with the boy exposed and defenseless of the ground.

Ember looked around. He was in the guild hall, no, he was in front of the guild hall. He looked down at his guild mark, at least where it was. A surge of panic spread through his chest. That's right, he had left - no he was kicked out. No longer welcome there. "Must've been a dream," he thought, the memory of him training with the twins. He turned to leave, casting one last glance at the guild before walking away, leaving. Home, he would head home, he decided. Back to his little sister, his dad. He walked down the familiar street that also felt unfamiliar in a way. As he neared the house he felt a strange tension and looked up, his house was gone. His sister, his dad. Gone. All that was left was a pile of rubble. "You're so weak!" "Insignificant, that's what you are!" "You call yourself a wizard?" "You couldn't save them!" Now he remembered, his family had been attacked. He couldn't protect him, he was weak. The twins tried to help, he put them in danger, they were killed. He couldn't protect them. Weak. Insignificant. Small. Wrong. He was all of those things and he couldn't stand it. Get away. Leave. Run. The thoughts tugged at him and before he knew it, he was running. Running away from the guilt. Because he was a coward. He was weak.

Her eyes narrowed as she heard a whipping sound, immediately trying to dodge from the noise. That fatal blow missed, but the other bullet was a clean shot through her arm. She bit back a whimper before her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she stumbled backwards, beginning to fall to the floor. Xzavier immediately reached out a hand to snag it around Anastasiya's wait, promptly catching his sister before she fell to the ground completely. His nostrils flared at the fact that his sister was targeted, that they were being hunted down. He gritted his teeth, biting back a snarl of rage. His Magic dealt with hand to hand combat, his sibling would have been able to deal with far more damage until he could pinpoint the cause. It was best to get out of the area as soon as possible and he would have been able to if it weren't for the fact that Ember was still laying on the ground. If Xzavier got shot, that wouldn't work out well for any of them. He was their last hope. He exhaled sharply, not really desiring to use his last resort. It exerted him, using his ability this way. But it was clearly the only method that could quite possibly work. He didn't know what he was going up against and it was best to go full out, guns blazing. Well, that's what his sister would have done. Gently brushing a few locks of hair from her face, he pressed a hand to the ground and closed his eyes, brow furrowing slightly as he concentrated.

the bullets don't do damage. They make the target fall asleep on contact and go into a nightmare they have to overcome in order to wake up. Cliche, I know xD )

alright) Ena aimed now for Xzavier, shooting three bullet-like forms. One at his chest, one to the right and one to the left, but if he pinpointed her location, she'd have to leave quickly. She preferred one-sided combat and honestly didn't think 520,000 jewel was worth nearly getting killed. She watched from her hiding spot, hoping for one of them to hit, then she'd be able to get them and leave.

Immediately, a matte black sphere shot up and surrounded the siblings. Xzavier bit back a cry of agony as pain laced through his entire body. This was exerting his abilities and he wasn't even halfway done. He hunched over his sister's body, eyes clenched tightly. Digging his hands into the earthy ground, he exhaled heavily through his nose as his mind began to go through every single nightmare he had ever placed upon an opponent. And being an S Class Mage, there were a lot of them. He gritted his teeth as he managed to image the nightmares in a sort of blob in his mind, body trembling with effort. With a final exhale, he breathed life into the blob as it disappeared from his thoughts. Immediately, the sphere around the siblings began to tremble, it's circular shape beginning to morph.

Ena saw the sphere begin to morph and immediately began thinking of the possibilities of what it could be. It couldn't be a bomb or he'd endanger himself and his friends. Teleportation? Darn Ena, what was his magic. That's right, it's similar to my own, he uses Nightmares. Nightmares. Was it more like maker magic or were his just illusions? She couldn't remember and silently cursed to herself.

For a second, it completely disappeared. The air had gone still except for Xzavier's labored breathing. His eyes had snapped open, staring wide at his sister's peaceful face. Why wasn't she opening her eyes?? Why wasn't she awake?? He couldn't act distraught, this technique wasn't one he practiced before. It was completely new, something he had read in an old book from one of the libraries the twins had visited a few months back. All of a sudden, the blob of nightmares came back, hurtling into the ground with a large bang, smoke swelling around the clearing. A snarl as heard from the depths and Xzavier flinched, a searing pain running through his mind.

End lost sight of her target when smoke filled the clearing. She silently cursed to herself and slid her body backwards so that she was behind the small rise she had been on. She got up and started walking away. No point in putting in more effort than it was worth. She'd just try again later, maybe when they were all separate.
