Sparrow shrugged. "We never got his name or anything, it was just some guy at the library. I asked him about what comes out at night and he got all creepy about it. Then when we tried to go, he started following us. I guess her got bored or something because he left." Robin nodded as her brother spoke as if to confirm the details.
"He had dark blue eyes and seemed unusually observant if that helps," she added. She doubted that would turn up much, the description sounded like it could be anyone. The twins could only hope the library stranger wasn't some supernatural being and just a run-of-the-mill weirdo, especially because he had been eager to get their names. Gifit continued to answer the twins' questions. Although the information he gave wasn't the most helpful thing, it was good to know most creatures would leave the twins alone. Assuming, of course, they stayed out of trouble.
Sparrow watched in amazement as the small cat who was before them grew into a human. He had similar features to his Bengal form, clear amber eyes and a mess of light-colored hair. Robin looked on in interested at what she just witnessed. Everything she knew told her that Gifti's transformation was impossible. But there they were surrounded by files about the supernatural and talking with a shapeshifter. When the young man asked if that was better, Robin nodded.
"Yes, very much so," the young woman replied. "Thanks," she grumbled after a moment. Talking to an actually human, well, someone who looked human was easier for Robin.

The younger girl began to nervously fiddle with her hair as she began, a sheepish look plastered onto her face.
"Y'see, I've got these folks- but I don't really want to go back. They've got this mean boy there, probably your age or so, and they're making me share a room with him. I mean, I guess you don't really have a reason to trust me and we are still technically strangers, but he scares me, y'know? Do you think you might have an extra room where you live?" Luella asked hesitantly, seemingly shrinking further and further as she continued to ramble on.
__
Nova had been taking a picture of a bird- quite rare to see one really- when she felt someone harshly bump into her; causing her to drop the camera and the bird flying off. Fearing whatever had bumped into her wasn't human, she whipped around with wide eyes, quickly realizing it was only a classmate. Sighing in relief, she bent down to pick up the discarded camera.
"That's alright, are you okay?" she added softly, realizing the girl had run into her out of fear more than anything. "Did you see something?" Nova inquired in a hushed tone, glancing past the classmate.

Gifti —For the most part the shape-shifter stayed in the arms of whoever was holding him whether it be Robin or her brother. At the moment there wasn’t much he could do, so he stayed where he was and simply let whatever happened happen. He paid mind to the storage worker, listening to what all he had to say until he took his leave. It wasn’t until the storage was opened that Gifti felt the need to get back on the ground and actually do his own exploring. He started wriggling around in the boy’s grasp, squirming and worming around. A part of him knew it would be so much easier to investigate in his human form, but that would cause too much of a stir from the twins and nothing would get done. Maybe he could talk to them how he was now. Just because he was in his cat form didn’t mean he had lost the ability to communicate with humans. That would more than likely frighten the two as well, but perhaps not as much as him just turning back into a human. It was something on his mind, and Gifti might just do it. Mouse —”Hey,” Mouse started, looking at Daxter with concern in her green eyes. ”I appreciate the help, I really do, but we don’t have to focus on this anymore.” Sure, Mouse still wanted to figure things out, but she didn’t want her friend wearing himself thin over this, especially since he still had that test to worry about. Mouse could be difficult and abrasive, but if there was one thing about her it was that she was a good friend from time to time, and if something was bothering somebody she cared about she would stop at nothing to try and make the problem go away. After a moment she offered a faint smile toward Daxter. ”But if you are still up for it, we could look more into Echo Ridge’s history. The internet might have something, and if not we can see if the library has anything tomorrow.” It was definitely too late to go there now, but tomorrow would be a good shot to go and do some research. (Sorry, our wifi needs to be fixed so I'm working best I can for these. But any idea why so much school work is required to be done online x.x) "That seems logical."Daxter replied as he pulled out his own phone."I wonder if anything could've cursed this place or some wacked up thing like that."He thought aloud. (Sorry It's short but I gotta start on some of that work

The young woman narrowed her eyes sympathetically. By the sound of it, Luella didn't have the most stable family life. Beyond that she was clearly uncomfortable with her current situation. Aster wasn't sure if it was the best idea for a nineteen-almost-twenty-year-old to be sheltering a girl who appeared to be in her early teens. However she was asking someone she barely knew to stay at her home and was quite uneasy about the request in the first place. Aster would be lying if she wasn't concerned about the teen.
It didn't take long for the young woman to come to a decision. She eventually nodded and offered a friendly smile. "Yeah there's plenty of space at my house and with it getting so late, my uncle won't mind a visitor."
It made perfect sense. When night came the monsters ruled Echo Ridge. Luella was new in town and could still get lost. Aster didn't like the thought of the girl wandering around alone and getting to safety too late. Anyone else would agree letting her stay the night safe in a well-protected house was better than other possibilities. Aster got up and threw away her trash. Turning to the girl, the blonde offered another smile.
"Let's get going."

[ SMORT HI ]Gifti -- Amber Interesting. Gifti still had no idea on who the guy they had run into was, but if even they said he was creepy then the cat shifter would believe them. They didn’t seem like the type to jump straight into saying somebody was creepy without any cause. ”Whoever he is I suppose you could just be careful around him, then,” Gifti replies with a shrug. ”If you even run into him again, that is.” But maybe they wouldn’t. Echo Ridge was small, but that didn’t mean it was incredibly easy to run into the same person over and over again. ”My guess is that he’s probably something if he gave you the creeps, but then again, sometimes the true monsters are just your average, every day human.” But right now wasn’t the time for that whole philosophy. There were more important matters to tend to than all of that. Now that he was back into his human form, he could see that Robin did look more at ease than she had when he had simply been a talking cat. With that out of the way he went on to tilt his head and nodded toward the drawer and other items that contained no telling what in them. ”So, we gonna search for anything else then or do you still want to look at this Claymore werewolf?” He asked. To him the Claymore thing wasn’t relevant to what was happening here in Echo Ridge, but this wasn’t his stuff to exactly go through and this wasn’t exactly his search for the truth. He was still just a guest to the two twins and, in the end, they had he finally say. Lillian -- 《Kᥲιrσʂ》Lillian’s heart was pounding against her chest as quickly as it could from the fright of something moving in the woods and from the run in with her classmate. She knew a good amount of her fellow students, but Lillian was a quiet girl, shy and introverted, always keeping to herself. She knew who Nova was, but she wasn’t sure if the girl would turn around and start yelling at her or even give her a good punch in the face over having been bumped into. That’s what the redhead was the most worried about now, not what was in the woods, but what Nova might end up doing to her. She flinched back when the other girl turned around, afraid of what might happen. Lillian shrunk back, waiting for the worst that never happened. All that transpired was a few words, none of them angry or demeaning. Yet. Lillian relaxed ever so slightly, but she was still on edge, adrenaline pumping through her veins still. ”I’m sorry,” she murmured a second time, still worried that Nova would do something. ”I just...it was probably just a squirrel.” Yeah, just a squirrel, that’s all it was, nothing more than that. Totally wasn’t some bloodthirsty monster out there waiting for night to fall or anything like that. [ ew that’s gross, but there’s no rush to reply, especially if you’re having internet trouble, and yeah school work is gross and it’s even worse when it’s online and you’re having problems ] Mouse -- Protractor”A curse would be really interesting, not going to lie,” Mouse pointed out, visibly interested in the idea of a curse having been put on Echo Ridge. It made a lot of sense too, or at least in the grand scheme of “something is amiss here”. ”Maybe there was something that happened between the founders of Echo Ridge and some witch and she cursed the place,” the young woman suggested, mind working hard to try and piece something that might make sense together.

"Yeah," Robin agreed. "It'll be easy enough to avoid him." I think, she thought silently. Despite not wanting to interact with the stranger again, part of her was curious to talk to him. Perhaps he had some insight on what else was out there. Perhaps a better idea on how the supernatural worked in the area. The fire-haired woman turned her attention back towards Gifti as he changed the subject. Before she had a chance to speak, Sparrow interjected.
"We probably should properly introduce ourselves since we haven't really done that," he began. He thought it rude that the shifter wasn't greeted properly despite being around the twins for a few hours. Even if he knew their names, Gifti still deserved a proper introduction. "I'm Sparrow Wyatt and that's Robin. We're twins."
"Yes. Thank you, Sparrow." Robin glanced between her brother and the shifter briefly before packing up the Claymore file. "Anyway I think the Claymore werewolf was a good start to prove all this paranormal stuff. However, I think we should move onto everything Echo Ridge. We're here, which makes those files more relevant."
The young woman didn't wait for either man to speak up as she placed the foulder back into the cabinet. Once in it's original spot, she pulled out other files and checked the dates. They were all from the mid to late sixties. She moved to the next file. Starting at the bottom, they were dated as the early seventies. With the system better understood, Robin slowly made her way up until she reached the dates of when her grandparents moved to Echo Ridge. Searching through the files, she didn't find any about the area. Grumbling she loudly closed the cabinet door in a huff.
"They're not in there." She paused for a moment. The files were likely elsewhere, kept together because it was the most recent place their grandparents had lived. Robin began her search for the lost foulders. Sparrow also beginning to help.

(Oh cool, thanks Feathertalon! Would a character who has energy manipulation and healing magic be alright? I have another one I might be interested in using who's a sort of shapeshifting spirit dragon but idk if I'll use her or not. (I also have a couple elves, vampires and some humans) I had a couple other things that I was wondering about the rp- what time period is this in, and is it a well known/accepted fact that non humans/magic users/etc are in the town, or do they try to blend in? Ooooo that works with me, and dragon shape-shifters are cool with me too! like, honestly, just about anything goes here, it's a pretty loose concept with a lot of wiggle room xD it's modern day, and as for that most of the people know there can be and are supernatural beings and whatnot around, but i don't think most of them are out about it, if that makes sense, and there's a fine line between the "good" ones and the "bad" ones as well

Oh right, he had totally forgotten that introductions were a thing. Gifti had gotten so used to referring to the other male as Wren that he almost forgot he hadn't even known his actual name. He knew Robin already, but there still hadn't been any true introduction between them, and while he had told him his real name by now, he still hadn't given the full blown "hi, my name is" sentence. Maybe he should do that after the twins did their own.
The first thing he did upon hearing the other man's name was give something of a snort, his lip curling upward in a half smile of amusement as if he had just told himself a joke. "Sparrow, huh? And here I was calling you Wren. I was pretty close though." That had to amount to something, right? He was a lot closer to the guy's actual name than Sparrow had been with his. "Well, Sparrow and Robin, I'm Gifti Nepeta." There wasn't much else for him to say after that, especially when Sparrow went on to confirm that the two were twins. Hearing that opened up a chasm inside of Gifti he hadn't been expecting. He had been a twin as well, until something happened. Until something had taken his sister and ended her life, ripping her open and tearing her into pieces as if she had been a simple ragdoll toy that a kid had grown tired of. It was the death of his sister that had changed him. It was the death of his sister that had turned him into somebody more closed off, somebody not as relaxed as he had once been. Before all of that he had been a charmer, or so he had liked to think, an easy going guy that didn't much care about things, but now he was different. Now he was a bit more closed off, still friendly, but a lot more suspicious and observant. And, most importantly, he was determined to get down to it and figure out what exactly had murdered his sister in such a fashion.
That's why they needed to get to business.
Shaking away the thoughts that had started to plague his mind, Gifti focused on the task at hand. "Not there?" The shifter muttered under his breath when Robin came back to say the Echo Ridge folders weren't with the Claymore Park reports. Gifti supposed it made sense, but a part of him couldn't help but worry that maybe those files weren't here altogether, hidden somewhere else that they'd have to go and find. Eyes narrowing, Gifti went to help the two search for any files on Echo Ridge that might be inside the storage.

"Wren? I like the sound of that. You were certainly closer to my name than I was to yours." Sparrow let out a chuckle. "Sir Whiskers. Anyway Gifti Nepeta it's nice to meet you. I also don't mean to be rude. but what's with the name? It's unusual."
"Ah yes Captain Obvious. I'm sure he's never been told that before," Robin replied sarcastically. Sparrow rolled his eyes but said nothing as he continued the search. His eventually looked through all the cabinets, but found nothing. Mindlessly twirling a piece of hair between her fingers, she turned to the boxes. One by one she glanced over them in hopes of finding something. Robin caught the tail end of Gifit's comment and nodded.
"Yeah not here," the young woman repeated. It was rather frustrating, though it made sense to keep current files close. She just didn't understand why they wouldn't be with the other files. With nothing coming up from her search of the boxes, the young woman was ready to give up.
Robin suddenly gasped.
"Wait! Wait, wait, wait I think I know where the files are!" She paused for a moment and began to frantically look through her phone. During the move, the pair had taken pictures of the boxes to keep track of everything. Well Robin did. Sparrow called her foolish because the boxes weren't going anywhere. Now who's the foolish one, she thought as she finally found the pictures. Sure enough among the boxes was one labled Echo Ridge. They had left it in storage at the house.
"It's a stretch, but I think the files might be in that Echo Ridge box. Remeber it, Sparrow?" Robin asked excitedly. Her violet-blue eyes were gleaming with a newfound enthusiasm at the prospect. Sparrow thought it over a moment then nodded.
"Yeah I think I veaguly remember you commenting about how it was silly to have a box with the town name. Anyway, it's a stretch still worth a shot," her brother replied. With a smile Robin glanced at Gifti briefly, curious to hear his thoughts.

An amused huff of air escaped the shifter's lips at Sparrow's comment. "I already pity the poor cat you get if you ever invest in a real one." Unless Robin named the cat, but for all he knew Robin was just as bad about naming pets as her brother was. "Unusual yes, but it's better than having some average, every day name that just about everybody has. Besides, I'm sure humans have a different set of naming patterns than shifters do, but I see your parents went with matching twin names as well." He didn't go into any more detail beyond just that. Gifti wasn't willing to talk about his sister beyond some vague implications.
Beyond that, though, Gifti focused on helping search for the files they were currently looking for. He wasn't getting anything as far as he knew, nothing that said Echo Ridge or anything close. He let out a frustrated hiss under his breath right as Robin let out a sudden gasp, catching his attention before he even knew what was happening.
"What is-" He shut the words off before finishing them once he realized there wasn't anything harmful happening. He listened to what the pair had to say, remaining silent until he noticed Robin glancing over at him as if prompting him to say something. "It's worth a shot," he replied with a nod. "There's bound to be something inside that box if it's labeled Echo Ridge."

Sparrow laughed at the shifter's cat comment, which also earned a soft giggle from Robin. Gifti went on about his name, mentioning that he rather liked the odd nature of it. The young man nodded along as the shifter spoke. "That's a fair point. I didn't even consider that humans and shifters would have different ways of naming."
Robin caught onto the cat shifter's twin comment. She was curious by what he meant by "as well", though didn't ask.
As they continued their search, the young woman noticed the way Gifti reacted to her sudden outburst. Patting down her clothing, she awkwarldy cleared her throat. "Sorry about that," she quietly apologized.
With that all out of the way, Robin glanced at her companions. "Ready to go?"

”You learn something new every day,” Gifti responded, finding this whole conversation rather amusing. He hadn’t planned on being this friendly with the two, but here he was, prepared to hold even the most typical of conversations even though that hadn’t been his intentions at all. It was a bit of his old self coming through, that friendly and welcoming personality of his that used to be a lot more prominent.
His attention now back to Robin, he gave a nod after her brief apology. ”I’m ready when you are.” A part of him was surprised he was still being allowed to help, but he wasn’t going to question it. If they were going to let him help look into all of this then he was going to take the chance to see what he could find as well.

"Alright." The young woman glanced around the unit for a moment, making sure everything was how they found it. More or less at least. Sparrow grabbed the baseball bat they brought with them and gripped it tightly as Robin shut out the lights. Darkness greeted them in the unit once more. Warm autumn light flooded in as the young woman left the way out of the storage unit. The evening air was cool and crisp as they headed out. Robin reached up to close the unit door, but was too short to reach it. Grumbling, she glanced at Sparrow. He was a good half foot taller than her and could reach the door.
With a teasing smile, Sparrow reached up and closed the unit. Robin playfully rolled her eyes then locked it. Turning on her heels she headed to the exit wordlessly. The gate was cracked open for the group while the main building was abandoned. The worker, unsurprisingly, had left at that point. Robin was a bit on edge after finding out the suerpnatural creatures. However it wasn't dark yet, they would likely be fine. At least that's what she told herself as they headed back into town.

Gifti silently followed the twins out. As he walked outside and into the natural light, he took a moment to adjust to the softness of the outside world. It was certainly darker than it had been before they had entered the storage unit, but if they didn’t spare any time they’d make it back inside just before nightfall. Gifti didn’t think they’d be in too much trouble if they stayed out a bit longer than usual, but he also didn’t want to chance it. Chancing it was what had gotten him and his sister in a bind all that time ago, but that was beside the point.
Looking over at the two, he couldn’t help but break the silence that they had been in since going outside. ”What will you do if the box isn’t what you were looking for?” Maybe it was none of his business, but he wanted to know what their plan b might be if the Echo Ridge box didn’t work out. If anything he was assuming they’d probably start lookin for other places the files might be in tomorrow, but that was only an assumption on his part and Gifti wasn’t one that liked to assume for any longer than he had to.

Robin pressed her lips together. The thought of not finding the files bothered her. Of course they would just keep looking, but what if they didn't find the files? What if their grandmother hid them away, never to be found? Or even worse, what if someone stole them? If the latter was true it would open up concerning possiblities. Ones that Robin didn't really want to dwell on. Turning her attention back towards Gifti, she offered a smile.
"We'll continue to look. The files are somewhere, whether they're at the house or back at the storage unit." Robin sounded confident, however she was beginning to grow unsure.

Luella had fully expected the older girl to turn her request down; who wouldn't? Accepting a strange kid- one you don't even know- into your home was a pretty big deal.
The second that heavenly word came out of Aster's mouth, the red-head jumped to her feet in excitement. "R-really?" she questioned happily, clutching the notebook she'd been carefully holding to her chest. "Thank you so much, I really owe you big time," Lu exclaimed as she began to rezip her coat.
I should probably tell them, but if I did, they wouldn't let me... she thought half-heartedly before silencing her phone and grinning up at Aster. "Do you live around-" she gestured to the surrounding suburbs- "here?"
___
Nova smiled understandingly at her fellow classmate, a sympathetic look in her eyes. "S'alright, I don't really think we should be out here..." she stated nervously, rubbing the back of her neck as she continued. "I would've skipped today but I've already got a D...kinda wanna pass this year, y'know?" the girl asked rehtorically.
Tilting her head, she realized Lillian was one of the classmates she hadn't really gotten to know yet. "Nice camera," she commented as she held her hand out. "I'm Nova, but uh, you probably already know that," the teenager added with an embarrassed chuckle. "Lillian, right?"

Aster grinned. "Yeah of course. You wouldn't ask a stranger something like this unless you really didn't want to go back home." The young woman was curious to know what Luella meant when she talked about 'the people she lived with'. No one talks like that about their family. Aster didn't question it, however as she began to lead the way back towards her home. They would reach her home soon enough. At the very least before nightfall.
As the blonde led the way home, she glanced back as Luella spoke. "Yes...Well kinda...Okay I live just outside of town. It's not that long of a walk and we'll be fine. I know plenty of ways to reach my home." After a moment, Aster groaned and shook her head. She realized how that sounded.
"I promise I'm not some axe murder or anything," she stated, hoping it would be comforting. But that's the exact thing a monster or axe murder would say, she thought. Aster hoped she wouldn't scare the girl off.

Luella let out an amused laugh, finding the elder girl's flustered attitude funny. She began to open her mouth as if to say something, but quickly closed it in hesitance. The notebook had been clutched tightly at her side the entire time, almost as if it was life or death. "Really, thank you. I just don't like my new placement very much- they seem strange. Of course, with all that goes on around here they have every right to be; it's just sketchy," the red-head sighed, glancing up at the sky. Perhaps this place wasn't so bad after all.

Gifti -- Amber Gifti hadn't planned on getting caught up with the twins. He had simply wanted a meal and to get going before anything else could happen, but now here he was, helping these two almost total strangers look for old files on the town that their grandmother had left behind. If he was being honest, he liked this. It was enjoyable in a way. It gave him a sense of purpose, a sense that he was needed for something once again. This was something he could do to help not only Robin and Sparrow, but himself as well. This could be the lead he had been looking for, the lead that would get him one step closer to figuring out the real mysteries behind this town and just what had killed his own twin sister. Now with his own determination, Gifti glanced over at Robin. He gave a nod in affirmation to her words. "That's what I was hoping to hear. Which..." He stopped, a thought running through his mind. "I'm more than willing to help the both of you out on this, but just how much can I help? I mean, I sort of just weaseled my way into your own investigation." He was serious about being more than willing to help, and he planned on helping for as long as he could, but he didn't want to step on any toes if he could help it. Gifti had to stop and make sure just how much Sparrow and Robin even wanted him involved with all of this considering this was their own search lead on by their own grandmother. Lillian -- 《Kᥲιrσʂ》 Take deep breaths...deep breaths...you don't have to freak out...she's not mad, she's not mad, you're okay, Lillian told herself over and over again mentally, green eyes closing for a few seconds as she drew in a long breath and then let it out through her mouth. She needed to calm down. The other girl wasn't angry. She wasn't going to do anything to harm her. Everything was okay. It was just...hard for her to get that through her mind. Eventually, though, she managed to calm her nerves just long enough to nod when asked about her name. "Yeah...yeah, Lillian Falconer." She didn't have to add her last name, but that just seemed to make her a bit more real, more like an actual person rather than just some person standing there scared out of her mind that a classmate was about to beat her up or something of the sorts. "I didn't mess you up or anything, right?" Lillian asked slowly, voice finally free of the stammers it had had earlier. "I'd hate to be the reason for you failing..."

Nova took in the girl's seemingly nervous exterior, a confused look on her face. Why was the red-head so afraid? It wasn't like she was going to hit her up over a little accident...
Smiling warmly, she shook her head. "No, it's alright. I've got lots more shots-" Nova leaned in closer, lowering her voice. "But sometimes I just print pictures out," she stated quietly, a proud look upon her. "Got anything good so far?"

This was okay. Everything was fine. Nova was friendly. She wasn't going to do anything.
Taking another deep breath and letting it out, Lillian offered her own smile. It was faint, but it was there. Slowly she was starting to warm up to the other girl, realizing that maybe she wasn't so bad after all despite Lillian having literally jumped right into her. She even managed a soft laugh under her breath when Nova went on to say she printed pictures out. "Well, I," she stopped, fumbling around with her camera for a moment and going through the few pictures she had gotten so far of the day, "got this picture of some of the maple trees." She then held her camera out for Nova to get a look. The picture wasn't professional level or anything like that, but it was good enough overall.

Sparrow offered a smile and placed his free hand on Gifti's shoulder. "Honestly we know nothing about the supernatural except the common legends. Like silver works aganist werewolves and vampires drink blood."
"It's good to have someone like you around. Someone who understands a this supernatural stuff," Robin added.
"Beyond that," Sparrow continued, "you've heard pretty much everything we've said since we brought you home. Even if you 'weaseled' your way into this thing, it'd be pointless to leave you out of the loop at this point." The young man had grown to like the shifter, even though they only just properly met. He did wonder how long Gifti would stick around, though that was a conversation for later.
Robin led the way through town. It had grown darker since the group left the storage unit. They passed various shops along the way and the last stragglers of the evening. Well she assumed they were stragglers. They could just as likely be supernatural creatures who roam the night. The young woman was becoming wary as they strolled through town. She found it diffcult to trust people before. Now it might be impossible. Robin pushed the thoughts away and continued to lead the way back home.

"Eveeyone here has something sketchy about them." Aster paused and thought that over before shaking her head. "Well everyone around here is on edge and we've all seen something. Some people act sketchy others just stay kinda quiet. It depends on who you talk to I suppose." The girl lead the way out of town and towards the forest. Although they had a good hour or so left of light, Aster watched the area around them, alert for anything that could be lurking. Creatures could still come out and attack the pair, though it was unlikely.

A faint yet genuine smile pulled at the shifter’s lips when he got an answer from the pair. He hadn’t meant to grow attached to them, and he still barely knew them, but yet here he was, wanting to stick around. Even if he still wasn’t as social as he had once been, it was nice to feel like he was apart of something again. He felt like he could really grow to like the two, and maybe even eventually become an actual friend of theirs. It would be nice, but he needed to focus on everything else right now. Now wasn’t the time to get sappy.
By now night was quickly approaching, which sucked since it couldn’t be any later than a little past five. Beyond the creatures that roamed the night the general time for nightfall during autumn and winter was annoying; nigh came much too soon, and Gifti hated that it was dark well before seven in the evening now.
”I’ve got the most information on shape-shifters,” Gifti went on to point out despite that being rather obvious. ”Know a bit about werewolves and witches, too, more than just the average basics.” There were other creatures he knew a good amount about as well, but he didn’t want to go on a long tangent and throw too much at the two right now. ”I guess I can be pretty useful for somebody who weaseled on in,” he joked, laughter twining into his words as they slipped off his tongue and into the ever growing darkening evening.
