Stagwatcher An inaudible yawn escaped the tom's white tipped mouth as he blinked his green eyes open, light almost blinding him awake. The brown tabby slept outside again, figuring he could enjoy the nice weather while it lasted. He covered his face with his paws, rubbing downward and holding his face. "Ugh," he grumbled to himself, uncovering his face and taking in the scenery of camp. Stagwatcher found himself close to the medicine cat's den where the ivy covered the quarry walls in a delicate pattern. His back legs stood up before the rest of him, allowing him a full stretch as he extended his claws. Standing fully on his feet, Stagwatcher padded down to the fresh-kill pile. The scent made his stomach twinge with hunger, causing him to salivate. However, he had things to do this morning. "Morning patrol needs to be done along the border as well as another prey run," he muttered to himself, going over the mental checklist in his mind. To anyone else, the deputy appeared to be staring off into space but looking directly at the pile of dead prey in front of him. ( 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ ) Morningsun "Ugh..." A groan escaped the lips of the petite tabby as she finally started coming around from her sleep. She kept her eyes held shut and placed her paws over her face. Morningsun, despite her namesake, was definitely not a morning cat by any means. She quickly slid her paws down her face, opening her green orbs to peer almost frustratedly around her nest. Seeing as a few more warriors were still resting in deep sleep. She let out a soft sigh of relief. She kept debating in her head whether to lay around for another five minutes or get up. Finally deciding on the latter, Morningsun stood with a long back stretch and a shake of her short coat. She padded outside the warrior's den to a bright sun that forced her to squint her eyes. The she-cat made her way down to the fresh-kill pile to see if she could spot any fresh caught fish for her breakfast that morning. Orchidbloom
Orchidbloom sat right outside of her clan's entrance, starting her morning duties a tad early. Her tail thumped rhythmically as amber orbs scanned the treeline for any sudden or suspicious movements. One gray ear twitched back towards camp as the she-cat began hearing more and more of her clanmates rising for the day. Satisfied that camp was safe for the moment, the spotted she-cat waltzed into camp, tail hanging high and ears forward. She held a soft smile as she passed a few clanmates. Orchidbloom's stomach knotted as she got closer and closer to the fresh-kill pile. The tantalizing smell engulfed her nose and as a response, her stomach began to growl. She walked over to the pile and scanned for the perfect morning meal. She finally settled for a rabbit, picking up the small limp creature before she took it a couple steps away from the pile. She laid on the ground and began tearing small bits of flesh, enjoying every ounce of it.
