Woodpaw- a rather fat tom with thick light brown fur with pale amber eyes. Can be mean. Mentor: None at the moment.

Frostpaw sat just on the very edge of Leapers Gorge. "I-i dont think we should be this close." He stuttered as he glanced over to Woodpaw. Woodpaw who was sitting a fox length away chuckled. "I come here every day and nothing has happened!" Frostpaw glanced over the edge of the gorge. A raging river roaring many many fox lengths below. Frostpaws ears flicked back. "I-i dont think its safe to jump." Woodpaws tail flicked with annoyance. "We made a bet Frostpaw!"
Sootflower sunbathed by the nursery, her speckled coat shining in the mid afternoons sunshine, her kit Roaringkit was playfully batting at a small pine cone. She giggled and tackled it.
Lighteye quietly sorted his herbs. The bulky tom was clearly somewhere else, his pale eyes clouded and his long whiskers twitching as he mumbled to himself.

"Come on the edge is only like one fox length away." Woodpaw groaned softly. Frostpaw swallowed softly. His gaze flicking from the edge and then over to Woodpaw. The two apprentices had made a bet earlier that day and Frostpaw had lost it by a landslide and now here he was gambling with death.
Roaringkit giggled and batted at the pine cone, it skittered away. She crouched low to the ground, her large amber eyes locked on the skittering pine cone. She then leaped forward. But in a odd turn of events the pine cone was catapulted from the kits grasped and shot through the air nearly hitting Specklepool.

Woodpaw looked over to Blazingpaw. "Frostpaw lost a bet and now he has to jump the gorge." Woodpaw paused. "But he's to afraid." Woodpaw shot Frostpaw a nasty look. Frostpaw shivered.
Roaringkit giggled and padded over to the pine cone. "I wont! I will be the best hunter the clan has ever seen!" She meowed loudly.

Woodpaw huffed, "I wouldn't make a bet if I knew it was dangerous. Frostpaw is a great jumper he can make it." Frostpaw looked over to Blazingpaw. The silver tabby tom looked terrified.
Roaringkit giggled. "Yeah I think I do." She picked up the pine cone in her mouth. "Do you want to play with me?" She questioned softly.
Sharpstar shuffled out of his den, the elder leader looked rather tired today. He shuffled over to the fresh kill pile and picked out A sparrow. He carried the sparrow over to the front of his den and began to eat it.
(I'm sorry about that I may have fallen asleep)

Mapleheart slowly padded through the lush pine forest, her amber gaze clouded with thought. The small she-cat seemed to be deep in thought. She usually was. She suddenly snapped out of her toughs to the loud cry of a crow. The menacing bird was staring down at her from a branch just above her head. She huffed softly and padded forward.

Woodpaw shook his head, "No! i would never do anything like that." Woodpaw growled loudly. Frostpaw narrowed his eyes. "Fine if it will stop you from pestering me I'll jump the gorge." Frostpaw's gaze flicked to the other side of the gorge. He got to his paws and shook out his fur.
"Yes!" Roaringkit squeaked loudly. She dropped the pine cone and bounced around it. Having no siblings the large kit was usually lonely and loved when a warrior or a apprentice played with her.

Doveheart wandered through the forest, yawning. She had gone on the morning patrol, and didn't necessarily feel like doing anything else. She already didn't want to go on the early evening hunting patrol, so to avoid every cat that would ask her to do something, she went out into the forest. If I hear one more apprentice whining about how they don't want to be on a patrol, I will not hesitate to kill them, She thought to herself, shutting her eyes for a moment. Not even a moment's hesitation. She continued stalking through the forest, and spotted a clanmate--Mapleheart. Just as she did, the crow cried appropriately--They were bad omens, after all. Taking a deep breath, Doveheart approached. "Fancy seeing you here," She purred gently, ignoring the crow. If it had already spotted either of them, it would fly away the moment they got too close, so it wasn't even worth trying to hunt.

Mapleheart turned her gaze from the crow to Doveheart, she have not expected to see anyone out here. "Fancy see you here also." She purred. The crow took off then and disappeared into the thick pine forest. It seemed to be heading towards Leapers Gorge. "What brings you out here?" she asked softly. "Are you trying to hide from the apprentices?" She added with a soft chuckle.

Frostpaw scanned the gorge for a second before turning and taking a couple paw steps away from the gorges maw. He turned and gave Woodpaw and Blazingpaw one last look. She steadied his breathing and raced forward. His paw backs kicking up a small dust cloud as he went. Frostpaw's long legs propelled himself forward and with one huge leap he kicked off the side of the gorge and flew above the gorge. He landed on the other side with a soft thump. A crow called suddenly. "Guys i made it!" Frostpaw called happily
Roaringkit nodded and took a couple paw steps away before crouching low, her large eyes locked on the small pine cone. She stalked slowly forward, her little stumpy kit tail stuck straight up and her whiskers twitched. With a small giggle she leaped forward and tackled the pine cone. "Did i do good?" She asked loudly.

She padded up, running her tail along her side in greeting. She watched the crow fly away. Wherever the bad omen was going, she was glad it was away. StarClan probably knew that she was manipulative, and twisted her words to get her ways, so the crows could've easily been signs that she was dangerous. She didn't want to hurt anyone--She just didn'g want anyone to dislike her. Hence, she hit a crossroads. Admit that she wasn't keen on going on patrols with apprentices, or say that she did? Purring with amusement, she responded quickly with a calculated answer. "I love apprentices, don't get me wrong, but you've caught me," She admitted. "I was on the morning patrol with a few and I suppose the best thing to say is that growing cats need their rest more than they realize. They're always a bit grumpy." Amused by her own answer and how true it was, her ocean blue eyes softened as she looked at Mapleheart, nudging her with her hip. "What about you? What're you doing out here?"

Mapleheart listened to Doveheart quietly. She was true, apprentices could be a bit grumpy when they don't have their rest and the small pale ginger she-cat had been on many patrols with grumpy apprentices. It was never fun. She purred softly as she was nudged. "Ah just out for a walk, i needed to stretch my legs." Mapleheart smiled softly. Mapleheart may not have told the whole truth but most of it.

She always quite liked Mapleheart--Doveheart had issues bonding with cats, but she seemed to be a good cat at heart. A good listener, easy to talk to, so on so forth. At least, from what Doveheart could tell. "Would you mind some company or would you rather be alone?" She offered the option to be alone, specifically because it was never fun to have a cat tag along during alone time. Doveheart knew that better than anycat. She acted extroverted, but most of it was her forcing herself to put herself out there. Her acting was good, as many cats did believe her to be extroverted, but her social battery was easily drained, so she found herself out in the forest quite a lot. However, with a cat like Mapleheart, who she didn't actually mind and was easier to talk to, it wasn't going to drain her battery quite as fast.

Woodpaw puffed out his chest. "Of course im right!" Woodpaw flicked his attention back to Frostpaw. "Now get back here before we get caught." Frostpaw nodded, they were for sure going to get in huge trouble if they were caught. Frostpaw took a couple steps away from the edge and began to leap across the gorge again. But just as he was about to leap the crow called once again and before Blazingpaw and Woodpaw knew it the small silver apprentice had stumbled. Frostpaw had been startled by the crow and now he was clinging to the edge of the gorge, his claws hooked into the large clump of grass that lined the gorges maw. "B-blazingpaw W-oodpaw." Frostpaw stuttered as he tired to pull himself up. Then there was a flash of snow white fur and a very elegant white tom had Frostpaw by the scruff and was heaving him back to solid ground.

Mapleheart purred softly. "I don't mind the company at all." she said softly. Mapleheart loved having company on her walks, it was a way to really get to know someone. "Is there a place you would like to go?" She questioned softly. "If you want we could even go hunting." She added. Maplehearts tail swayed happily, it was really nice to have company.
