(All of my cats are open tbh) Sable // 14 Moons // light grey tabby with a dark brown ear // she-cat ~~ Sable quickly rushed away from the cats as quickly as she could. “That was a close one.” She panted, flicking her ears to try and detect anything. ”Hello?” She called out into the mist.
Bayfeather // 14 moons // grey and white // she-cat // Has a Clan name from parents being descended from Clan cats. ~~ Bayfeather patted her paws on the undergrowth, carefully stalking in the Bracken. She could scent mouse a couple of foxlengths away. ”It’s too far to get from here.” She huffed in frustration, flicking her tail and turning away. “The mouse would see me straightaway.”
Mouse // 14 moons // pale silver // tom ~~ Mouse was nervous. His eyes darted across the moving water with quickness. “Just hope I don’t drown.” He muttered under his breath, dipping a paw into the river hesitantly. Quivering at the wetness, he shook his paw, then plundered across the water. ”Fox-dung!” He yelped as a strong current pulled him under. Flailing in the murkiness, he felt himself hit something hard and jagged.
Crow narrowed his gaze as the scent of a she-cat filtered through his muzzle. He was stalking a mouse when the scent of the cat caught his attention. Turning his gaze back to the mouse, he quickly snatched it. His jet black pelt was a blur as he swiftly killed it with one bite. His eyes narrowed as he froze, the back of the she-cat in perfect view to him as she was walking away. Her grey and white pelt vibrant against the sun. He let out a low growl out of instinct. He didn't realize how close she was to him. Frost sighed as she walked through the bracken, she headed toward the river as she was in desperate need of a drink. She panted as she tried to steady her breath. She was chased by loners all day yesterday. Today was the first time she came back to the area she knew best.

@brokennose XDXD)) Rain couldn't help but purr at the tom. "Why do think id know more than you?" She asked. "And where did you live? Because you couldn't have lived as a loner for that long youd be dead!" She said curiously. She shook the remaining water from her pelt and padded toward him to check him out more. "With upwalkers!"Smokey chirruped."My nest burned down a moon ago and I've been feeding on grass and other plants."

Rain rolled her eyes. "How are you alive?" She asked as she walked around, checking the air for any prey. With their loud talking there probably wasnt much around here. "I cant really teach you, but i can show you if you would like." She stated as she watched him, her ears perked at him curiously.

Foster lets out a yawn and settles down to groom his fur. Summer blinked in surprise as she caught sight of a cat in a tree. She stared in confusion, until the panicked cry of a bird was cut short as the tom killed his prey. The ginger-and-white she-cat edged forwards as he returned to the forest floor. She felt curious about this stranger, to the point that she didn't think to stay downwind.

Maverick scented the stranger and lifted up his head. "Who's there?" He questioned ready to defend his prey in case someone tried to steal it. Wouldn't be the first time.

Mouse struggled in the water, attempting to pull his head up. An agonising pain spread across the back of his head. Paddling his paws, he managed to stay afloat for a couple of heartbeats. The tom-Cat gazed onto the shore, his breath stark as he took sight of a she-cat. ”Help!” He yelled as loud as he could before he submerged again.

Protractor please try to write a little more, so i have more to go off of )) Rain yawned before she walked toward the forest, motioning him to be quiet as they walked toward a few large oak trees. She perked her ears as she searched for any sounds and she scented the air. Squirrel! She twitched her tail excitedly. She took a breath as she spotted it sitting on a root, its back turned to the cats as it struggled through the leaves for seeds it must have found. Rain silently crouched in the hunting position, her tail strait out so that it didn't brush any of the leaves. She crept forward silently, careful not to step on any twigs. She was lucky the squirrel was busy, it was a pretty open area but the animal hadn't noticed her. Swiftly she pounced, snapping its neck with a single blow. She looked at it proudly. embertuft )) Crow watched her movement carefully, incase she was lying. After a moment he sheathed his claws and cautiously walked over with his prey. "Who are you? I have never scented you in this area." He meowed cautiously. His fur began to lie flat as he talked, she didn't look like she was interested in attacking and he couldn't scent any other cats around so he relaxed more. Frost perked her ears at the sounds of mewling and splashing. She ran toward the river, stopping when she noticed a cat in the water. She panicked as she looked around. She hesitated before jumping into the water, she was a strong swimmer so she would just pull him to the shore. She took a deep breath before grabbing onto his scruff. "Stop struggling!" She spat through his fur, she struggled to stay above the water as his legs flailed. Mousebrain! She thought to herself as she resurfaced, paddling as hard as she could toward land. Eventually she struggled with the current enough they landed somewhere she could stand up. Shakily she dragged him to the shoreline. Panting and coughing.

(Winter Hawk) Summer froze for a moment. Mouse-brain! Forgot to mind the winds. Shaking her head to clear it, she padded forward confidently, careful to keep any trepidation from her step or expression. "Just passing through. Nice catch, by the way," she commented, nodding towards the bird. "I don't know many cats who hunt in the trees."
(Blueflame123 not sure, lol. I was hoping they could run into some of the other cats and get some overarching plot going?)

Mouse // 14 moons // pale silver // tom ~~ Mouse stopped flailing as he felt himself being tugged onto land, rough grass scratching beneath his pelt. He allowed his head to loll into his paws, giving himself time to recover. With a shaky paw, the tom wiped water droplets off his whiskers. Summer's whiskers twitched in amusement. "If you say so. I don't have much of a head for heights, myself." She glanced in the direction of the river. I should be going. Hazel will kill me if I'm not back to the Alley by moonhigh with all the watermint I can get my paws on. With Scrap dead and Flare gone, we can finally treat sick and injured cats again. She nodded a polite farewell to the tom. "Well, I'll leave you to your kill. It was nice meeting you." It was a great feeling, being friendly with non-followers. She turned to leave.

Crow nodded as he watched her closely. He picked up his mouse and dropped it at her paws before backing away a few paces. "Here, you eat this, I will find something else to hunt down." He said quietly, watching her curiously now. How did she survive for so long by herself, for some reason he didn't look at her to be as strong as he was. He wasn't sure why. He blinked as he met her gaze, remembering him with is own littermates moons ago before they left to go live as kittypets. They weren't strong enough for the life of a loner. But Crow liked it, he got to be alone and in the forest, and he could go where ever he wanted. Frost sighed as she began to groom his pelt backwards, to warm him up. "What were you doing trying to drown yourself?" She mumbled loudly, she wasn't trying to sound mean but she was still shaken from what just happened. Her legs felt weak so she settled down to groom him roughly. Her mother taught her a lot about taking care of situations that involved injured cats, her mother did originally come from a clan. She said she was pregnant with her when she left with her mate. Frost paused for a moment as she remembered her parents. They got hit my a monster on the thunderpath only a few moons ago. She shuddered as she continued, grief threatening her mind as she tried to put it to the back of her head. She focused back on the tom. Sorry for a late reply!))

valleylight)) Okay!)) Lighting sighed as she walked along the fenceline with the she-cat. "Are you too scared to go into the forest now?" She teased lightly as she looked around. The sound of rustling leaves filled the air as the breeze blew. She wanted to go and check out the cat scents she had found as she met the kitty-pet, but she didn't want to leave her alone at the moment. She didn't mind the she-cat, sometimes she was annoying just because she didn't know much and was very skiddish in the forest. And good at scaring prey. She joked to herself as she looked around.

Sienna padded through the trees, her silver tabby coat ruffled by the wind and her green gaze alert as she scented the air for nearby prey. There was a squirrel nearby, and she crouched low, her ears stretched to hear the scuffling in front of her. Olive blinked seriously. "I am. That's why I came back." Pain stabbed the tortoiseshell kittypet's chest, and she struggled to keep calm as memories flooded through her. "I didn't want to leave you all, but I couldn't handle the fighting. There was so much anger, and fur and blood flying everywhere..." She shook her head firmly. "I don't think I could go back. Not if those awful loners are still there."

Oaka wandered around aimlessly, a look of confusion stained in her eyes. She had seen the same tree at least three times already, and she was positive she'd already passed that little stream. Then again, don't all trees and cricks look the same? she thought, halfly to avoid the fact that she was lost. The she-cat frowned and stopped next to a bush, her paws aching from the endless travelling she'd been doing.

Rose, Jet, and Sleet were perched high in the bows of an ancient pine, gazing out over woodland territory. Since their defeat at the paws of the traitor Hail and her loner friends, the rogue group had retreated to regroup. Since their return to the forest, they were shocked by the influx of traveling loners, kittypets, and even former Clan cats. Rose narrowed her amber eyes. Now it's time to make the most of it. We've been hoping for new recruits. She nodded down towards the silver squirrel-hunter. "Think you can introduce yourself, Jet?" A jet-black tom padded out from the undergrowth surrounding the silver-tabby, recoiling in surprise at the sight of another cat before dipping his head in greeting. "Oh, hi! Sorry, I didn't realize you were here." He nodded towards her squirrel. "Nice catch, though."

She preferred to be on her own, but when the jet black Tom parted through the bushes, she smiled at him kindly. “I was downwind of you, im not surprised the I snuck up on you... even though I wasn’t moving.” She teased him slightly, her ears flicking as she took another bite of her prey. “Thank you though,” she added softly.

Jet's pelt prickled with embarrassment. Honestly, Rose, did you have to suggest such a mouse-brained way to introduce myself to this recruit? He managed to twitch his whiskers in amusement. She noticed his embarrassment but decided to say nothing about it. “I don’t have territory, I just find a comfortable place to sleep for the night and then keep on moving the next day. Jet took a grateful bite of the squirrel. I can see why she likes this sort of life. I wouldn't mind eating whenever I wanted, instead of waiting for the elite members to take the best pieces of prey from the pile. He dismissed the thought out of paw. Focus, mouse-brain. "It sounds great," he admitted. "But do you ever get... I dunno... lonely, traveling solo like that?" He paused for a moment before laughing. "Look at me talking. I'm a loner myself! At least, right now I am. Maybe not after tomorrow."

The grey and white she-cat gazed at the mouse carefully, then took a single bite out of it. Her eyes then trailed back up to the tom infront of her. “You probably think yourself as stronger.” She murmured, her eyes darting quickly to him, then back down. “Well at least I’ve survived some amount of time here, and you haven’t murdered me yet.” Mouse // 14 moons // pale silver // tom ~~ “I was trying to find my littermate.” Mouse attempted to explain to the she-cat. His pelt had now half dried off, and he washed his paws hesitantly. “I managed to find her scent, which was trailing across the river. Now the scent is pretty much gone.” Mouse sighed, thinking of Sable. Him and Bayfeather has seperated together, and he knew she was deep in the forest somewhere, but Sable could be dead by this point.
