Do you have a specific jungle in mind, where this all takes place? I like to have a nice idea where we are rping, so that I can be as accurate as possible with my replies.
Also, I was wondering, every week someone gets voted off, no matter how good they do in the challenges, right? Maybe we should have it to where whoever does the best, every week, doesn’t get voted off for that week. Seems fair, since it’s mostly based off of dice rolls and coin flips, anyways.)

Hmmm, I did not have a specific idea. But as it’s the largest rainforest in the world, perhaps the Amazon? It’s up to you guys, however. Does anyone have any specific preferences? We could go for the Congo jungle or maybe Borneo. Whatever you like)

(Yes, well that is something we could do, Fire. That was kind of something I was thinking of doing anyway so that’s good, but it only works if the challenges are individual. For team challenges, which most of them will be, it can’t work like that)

For team challenges, which most of them will be, it can’t work like that) You have a point there, didn’t think about that. How often do they get challenges? Maybe somehow keep score of how everyone performed in every challenge for a week? Or just count the individual challenges for this? I feel like the first one may work, it might make the teams try to work harder and work together better if they knew that that challenge could possibly count towards them not getting voted off, but that’s just me. Then again, it’s mainly about dice rolls and coin flips, so it probably wouldn’t matter anyways XD)

The thing is, Fire, since it’s about chance it doesn’t seem fair to me that someone’s character, by chance, should be safe from getting voted off.
Now, we could have a vote just before someone is voted off for who should be safe from being sent home? Then it’s not solely on the dice rolls but it could be on individual performance and leadership qualities, etc etc. Everyone is ultimately out for themselves, after all, not their team)

It was several hours of travelling later, and the cameras were rolling once again as Ria stood in front of the group. She had already sweat her makeup off twice in the heat and so she was silently praying for a quick, seamless take.
“Okay, everyone, welcome to the jungle, your home for the coming days and weeks. But you may he thinking that this doesn’t look like your camp. And you would be right. We are currently five miles from the camp you will be staying in for the remainder of your stay.”
But she gestured to the darkening sky above her.
“But as you can see, you won’t be making it back to camp before sundown, so it is advisable for your guys to build some shelters and settle down for the night. You may pair up, team up, or work individually. This challenge does not count towards any scores because it is your first challenge and you have not been assigned your teams yet. So go, go, go! Try to set up a shelter and even build a fire if you can.”
(Okay this was super short but Ria only gives the challenges. The contestants can only use what is in their backpacks. See my post on the last page, I believe, to see the contents of their packs. This challenge counts for nothing as they are not in teams yet and we are still missing most of the contestants. Now, I can do dice rolls/coin flips for this if you would like or not, whichever you’d prefer)

Sorry for the short reply, don’t have much time right now)
Jason didn’t mind the traveling, he could take it, he didn’t mind the weather either. He was sweating a bit, but that didn’t bother him much, since he already changed his tank top, replacing it with a moisture wicking t-shirt, as well as changing into a pair of moisture wicking pair of cargo pants, and finishing it off with a pair of army-styled combat looking boots, which were fairly tough and extremely comfortable. Yes, he looked like a try-hard, but he was in it to win it. As the group came to a stop, Jason examined their surroundings, studying the lay of the land. As Ria explained everything, he nodded his head in understanding. This was a challenge that didn’t really count towards any scores, she said, but it could affect how the teams are formed, Jason thought. They needed to set up shelters and get a fire going, but he knew they needed to do more than just that. They needed to use as much of their time and man power as possible, and it would only take a few to set up the shelters, and and also a few to get a fire going.
Jason looked around at his fellow contestants, forming a plan. “I know there’s nobody in charge here, but I have a plan, so hear me out, please.” He stated as he explained what he thought they should do. “There’s twelve of us, two people should go get firewood, two people should try to find more food, two people should look for a viable water source, two of us should look for wood to make hunting spears, I know how to do it so I’ll be one of them, I’d like to also find some vines that we could use as strings, then maybe I could make some snares and see if I can catch anything. But also two more should look for kindling for the fire and make a fire pit, the other two should start to build the shelters. Once the two who are searching for kindling and building the fire pit are done, then they can help out with putting up the shelters. Nobody goes anywhere alone, though. You don’t know what could be watching us at any given minute.” He explained to the group before studying them, seeing their reactions to his plan. “Well, that’s my plan anyways, anyone have a better one?” He asked them, always welcoming of a new plan, even if it isn’t his, as long as it works better. Jason offered the group a small smile, trying to show that he wasn’t trying to take charge, just voicing some ideas and a plan that he thought would work.

Asher took in his surroundings as they traveled to their destination. This wasn't like the forests in Texas that's for sure. He wondered what kind of animals would be living in these parts. The heat made him a little uncomfortable but he kept his complaints to himself.
Once they arrived, Asher listened to Ria and nodded his head. First challenge already! He was going to mention something until the big guy Jason started barking out orders. Figures, he seems like the leadership type. He pondered on what he ought to do first. He could most likely either look for water or food. "I don't mind searching for food!" He said as he raised his hand. Shouldn't be to hard right? There was bound to be some fruit near by. He waited to see who else would be coming along with him.

Amelia Thorne Oh, she's hot but a psycho...
The jungle around them was nothing like she had ever seen before, at least not in real life. She'd of course seen documentaries, narrated by soft spoken Englishmen as he walked them through the lives of exotic flora and fauna. In real life, well it was far more grand. The sounds and smells, the tall trees who's leafy canopy offered shade from the sun but no respite from the humidity. She was glad for her time working in tropical places, it made the temperature slightly more bearable, it was certainly a change from her native Ireland. The other contestants milled about her some looking more comfortable than others in this new environment. Perhaps the most comfortable was tall, muscular Jason who spoke up now. He struck her as the 'take charge' type, there was a sort of personal trainer vibe about him, it was easy to imagine him shouting at flabby out of shape clients in some gym somewhere. She couldn't fault his plan however. People chimed in, offering their services. "I can work on kindling and getting a fire started." She'd changed her heeled boots to a far more comfortable (yet still rather stylish) pair of walking boots, but still looked rather out of place. At a glance you wouldn't think she would last a day in the Jungle, well she was here to prove everyone wrong, after all you can't judge a book by its cover.
The area they had stopped in was a pretty decent camp area, sheltered by the trees with enough clear area to safely light a fire. People started to pair up and head off on their own little missions. She knew she wouldn't need to go too far to get what she required, if she could start a fire on the damp Irish moors then starting one here would be a breeze. A quick glance through the supplied rucksack she pulled out the medium sized knife and the smaller knife, surprised that they had been provided with a flint and steel, which would only make her job easier. She glanced over at the team who were going to be building the shelters, shooting a smile at the nervous looking male. "If I get a fire stared in the center here is that going to interfere with your shelters?" She gestured to the spot she was planning to use, pretty sure it would be out of the way enough. As amusing as it would be for their shelters to catch fire she didn't fancy spending her first night in the jungle sleeping under the stars.
